We never completed onboarding, never set up the CRM, and never used the platform. A few months later, we discovered they had been charging us $200/month for an account that never been set up or activated. We kindly requested a refund and explained that the account was never actually used. The answer was no. Keeping hundreds of dollars from a customer who never even onboarded may be allowed by their policy, but it says a lot about how they choose to treat customers. **What problems is DripJobs solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. We never started using the account Switched immediately to GoHighLevel and happy with the results ### 2. It can remind and communicate with customers with a mannered way and answer their needs and also make appointment dates or collect reviews and payments time to time.
