**What do you like best about Followup CRM?**

The dashboard for following up on existing proposals was the only good thing.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

Shady accounting practices.  I rarely leave a review but I want to protect other consumers. This company will not allow you to cancel. We did it in writing over 90 days prior to renewal and they still billed us $4500 because we didn't do an off-boarding phone call. We had to prove to our credit card company that we canceled to get our funds back.  
We tried canceling immediately after getting the service because there was glitches everywhere.  They refused and would not give us those months of money back either once they acknowledged things didn't work and had fixed them.
This CRM only works for following up on existing proposals and not on landing new clients and building relationships to grow the business.

**What problems is Followup CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It did not solve any problems for us as we did not find it to be a true CRM.

if you have multiple trades you must add each project for each trade so the totals are broken out by trade

One stop shop for CRM. The ease of use and ease of implementation are above my expectations. The Follow Up team has been very helpful along the way.

Slow to react when bouncing from page to page or project to project.

Follow Up has solved our issues with tracking bids in all aspects and being able to follow up effectively and on time with projects.

It is helpful to process information and passing that info onto the team.  I also like that it is webbased and not another software we have to worry about.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

Right not the integration with exports and imports.  I think it would be better to have connectivity with your Outlook Contacts or Gmail Contacts or from where ever the contacts is from instead of importing said contacts.

**What problems is Followup CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything in one place.  It's great.  It lets us know where the project is at and what else needs to be done.

**What do you like best about Followup CRM?**

What I love most about Followup CRM is how well it keeps me organized with projects I need to go look at. I also like that it is easy to talk to support if we are having any issues or if we have any questions.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

The search bar does not work very well so that can be very frustrating and can make it difficult to find specific projects. It worked well for a while but it is now hard to find things based on phone number some times and occassionally it won't work by specific name.

**What problems is Followup CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Followup gives me great info on what my work load is for the day at a glance so I can be more organized and efficiant. This program also makes it easy to check on other coworker's workload to see if we need to make any changes.

It's work flow process integration and task management view.
It's customer service and training. 
It's flexibility.

The color of the website.
The main contact information is only applicable for one contact and not multiple. We want to see all the customers bidding the project.

Simple to use, great integration with Outlook, very customizable.  Able to share emails with the team members so everyone's on the same page, without cc's on every email!

The onboarding specialist is extremely helpful in teaching how to use the system efficiently. Followup is a great task manager for bidding projects and keeping track of active ones as well.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

Followup has a few bugs as a new system for our company, but the staff is more than happy to address any issues you bring up and work on fixing the problems. The calender sync has a few issues but it may just be user error.

**What problems is Followup CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Followup is a good tracker of tasks and creating a to-do list so that you can offload that from your 'mental RAM'. It also helps to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you like best about Followup CRM?**

I like how user-friendly and intuitive it is. The support team is helpful, too. I have been able to track all of my sales and opportunities progress through FollowUp quite well.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

I have been having issues with the filter cache selecting all possible filters unnecessarily, which is slightly annoying. The way to fix it is to sign out and back in, so it isn't the end of the world.

**What problems is Followup CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned, I had some issues with every filter being selected, and manually clearing each one is a bit time-consuming. Other than that, I need my permissions changed, and my supervisor has to take care of that for me.

I like the tracking of sales, closing rates, hot cold & dead projects.  I also like that it keeps up with how many bids I put out per month and how many get closed per month.

Right now it seems a bit overwhelming.  There is a lot of detail that has to be entered.  There are lots of different icons on the dashboard to look for information.  It would be nice to consolidate some of those.

**What do you like best about Followup CRM?**

I enjoy the feature that will alert you of an upcoming follow-up date for a project, as well as the alerts if a project is overdue. Having all of the boxes to input relevant information is an extremely useful feature for keeping up with things like when you last revised your price and what was the bid price three rounds ago.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

I think the only thing I would complain about would be that the user interface could look a little more up-to-date and modern. Other than that, I think that the software is great!

The problem this software solves is the improvement of communication between associates and departments. This is especially useful in a time when remote working is needed and more common.

I'm able to easily enter data into the database for everyone
I like the notifications for when a sale is entered

So far everything is working very smoothly and I have no dislikes

The ability to search for files, clients, and properties with the search bar is amazing. Being able to leave notes for anyone to read when the file comes back to life.

While looking at the dashboard in search mode the account manager name does not show up. This makes it difficult for me to find my specific file while looking for a job.

When working in a high-paced industry it may be hard to remember so many clients and be able to follow up with them. Followup CRM will show you the next follow-up date.

**What do you like best about Followup CRM?**

FollowUpCRM's user interface and user experience are very friendly to newcomers. Once landing on the home page, it is very easy to intuitively navigate the web app and know where you are to go to access certain data and features.
I really enjoy the projects page where the spreadsheet-like grid presents all of our project data in a convenient easy-to-read format. Adding notes, changing follow-up dates, and sending emails to clients through the system are also very convenient. Further, I appreciate how FollowUpCRM has made a good effort to constantly update the platform and make improvements. Their roadmap shows exactly what they got in their pipeline for modifications to the platform.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

Some of the reports that can be generated can have issues. Specifically, the system will pull notes and data from our projects and present them in a way that makes the reports formatting a bit wonky. The text fields can be very big and throws off the proportions of the formatting of the report. This is understandable, as sometimes the notes inputted by us can be full of text. Some more customization for the data charts on the homepage would be nice, but it works for now.

FollowUpCRM takes away the need for utilizing a combo of Excel and Google Spreadsheets to track data. FollowUpCRM serves as a centralized platform for storing and accessing all of our customer and project data.

**What do you like best about Followup CRM?**

CRM helped our company organize our customer information into an easy-to-use database. One thing I liked the best was that all o our job status information was in one place, making it simple to follow the progress fo the job.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

One of the things I disliked about Followup CRM was the "help" bubble in the bottom corner of the webpage. At times, it would pop up and block some of the webpage not allowing me to access certain features until I clicked away or moved the window onto a bigger screen.

**What problems is Followup CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the problems that Followup CRM is solving is reduced search times. Whenever a customer calls us I can pull their information up along with any other project we may be working with them on at the time.

Funneling is a term used in hunting that brings all the goods to a select area, making it easier to access what is desired.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

After a little bit of tweaking (the speed at which the info saves was long-12 seconds to save info...but is so much faster now, at about 3 seconds to save) I am happier and much less impatient.

Followup gets our estimators, our customers and our management on the same page with little to no issues of anyone missing out on much-needed information! Love it!

FollowUp CRM's Dashboard provides a clear snapshot of items needing to be completed and helps create reminders of things you need to do.

The report function doesn't translate bid dates unless you mark it in your sales behaviors as "completed".

FollowUp CRM has allowed us to be able to track our budgets and made sure that no 2 sales person is working on the same project.

Followup constantly reminds me on which clients I need to reach out to and provides me with the notes I have set aside for myself in a neat and apparent manner.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

I am part of a company in which people have multiple roles, I.E. Take Off or Account Manager, I am reminded of my peers failures or late responses to clients and I don't like it to effect my dashboard.

It keeps me and my coworkers on track and makes sure that any opportunities we have don't slip through the cracks so we are able to capitalize on as many as possible.

The calendar page; it allows me to see a snapshot view of my team's schedules for the week/month which helps when adding bids to the list.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

That there isn't a mobile app and that calendar view isn't available on the mobile site.

**What problems is Followup CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking/scheduling our to-be-bid jobs, tracking which jobs still need to be followed up on, and tracking our capture rates.

Customization. If you're coming from other CRMs, there are many features and functions you can use to make Follow Up feel similar. It creates an easier learning experience for the staff.

**What do you dislike about Followup CRM?**

Nothing off the top of my head. I would like the customization of the features to be a bit easier to configure. 

It's not terrible, but too many features up front can lead to analysis paralysis.

Connecting the whole company is essential. It's excellent for tracking goals, notes across all staff on a project, and has gray compatibility with other CRM software.

My favorite part of FollowUp CRM is the email integration.

The only downside are the Users, not Followup itself.  It's only good as the information provided.  It's a MUST!

It solves the "what was the last thing we discussed" with client moments, as all emails are capable of being saved in the "notes".

Followup CRM has given me the ability to track jobs that I am working on to better organize my work.

When bidding a job to multiple GCs, I would like to be able to add a bid amount to each GC. Sometimes the cost is different depending on who we are bidding to.

It is helping me to better track the jobs that I am currently working on and also track conversations.

Helps me stay on track with who to follow up with and love that I can leave notes and look back before calling a client

It takes so long to load when I am looking up a project with a client on phone. Also, I don't like how I can't click "back" after I click on a project from the dashboard and it take me back to the dashboard. It takes me back to projects list that I wasn't even in to begin with.

All of my projects are right in front of me showing me exactly what I have left to accomplish. This is great so I don't forget any steps along the way!

There is not much to complain about. I need to spend more time customizing to tailor it to my needs more, but other than that it's a great resource.

It keeps all of my time sensitive deadlines in front of me and keeps me on track to hit my goals and not forget anything.

Helps with measuring key performance indicators. Done so in a reasonable and organized way.

Some of the reports lag and do not update with current information. Wish there was more customizable options in terms of getting reports on specific months and time frames. When I pull reports on time frames it tends to be a bit confusing.

Generally all good experiences.  The downside is the product is made to appeal to all and we must conform.  Not easy to customize for our company and as we add people it gets very expensive

UI was generally slow. Waiting for pages to load after applying a filter on lists resulted in long wait times.

In busy times, you might forget some jobs. Followup crm helps us to keep on top on them and track there history.
