I’m especially looking for tools that help online stores handle product questions, support requests, and order tracking without slowing down the sales funnel.

Here are some of the most recommended options from G2’s Chatbot Software category:

  • Fin by Intercom: AI chatbot that can resolve customer inquiries using your existing help docs. Great for deflecting support tickets while keeping the user experience seamless.
  • Zendesk Support Suite: Multichannel support platform with chatbot automation. Useful for ecommerce brands scaling support across email, chat, and social.
  • Birdeye: Chat and messaging platform that integrates with review management and CRM tools. Often used by retail and local ecommerce operations.
  • Qualified: Originally built for B2B, but its live chat and automation can help ecommerce sites convert high-intent traffic through personalized conversations.
