"Good technology, nonexistent support and completely incompetent billing that will disable service"
0/5
What do you like best about Quo?

The software is great and very effective. It does not do multi tagging, which is a serious flaw for importing CSV files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The worst support of any software company and the stupidest AI chat that was ever created. On a Friday the texting stopped working and I paid an extra $65 to get it working three hours of tech-support and nobody could solve the problem even though I sent screen captures of the payments. What's most frustrating though is the AI chat is so unbelievably hideously horrible truly something that can give somebody with high blood pressure or heart attack thank God I don't have high blood pressure. If you're prepared to use software that does not have support this is a good choice if they're billing is so in ineffectual that you cannot buy extra credit credits to send text then stay away from the software. "A Helpful Tool for Streamlined Team Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I like how Quo makes communication and collaboration easier. Its organized interface and convenient features help streamline daily tasks, keep conversations in one place, and make it easier to stay connected with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

Sometimes, notifications and updates can be delayed, and navigating certain features could be more intuitive. Improving these areas would make the overall experience smoother and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, Professional Call and Text Management for Small Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

What I like best about Quo is how easy it is to manage business calls and texts from one place. The setup is straightforward, the interface is clean, and features like missed-call notifications, automatic text responses, voicemail, and the phone menu make it much easier to stay responsive without being tied to the phone all day.

I also appreciate that the phone menu helps filter out robocalls while still making it simple for a real customer to reach me. Overall, Quo feels practical, professional, and well designed for a small business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The main thing I dislike is that some call-handling settings are not as customizable as I would like. For example, I would prefer more control over how long the phone menu repeats, what happens after repeated timeouts, and whether the desktop ringtone can be fully disabled.

A few features also require upgrading to a higher-priced plan, which can feel limiting for a small business that only needs one or two additional tools. Overall, these are relatively minor issues, but more flexibility in the call-flow settings would make Quo even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Avoid Quo - Too Many Issues"
0/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Marketing makes Quo look better than it actually is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The user interface was confusing for all users. Both the soft app on computers and the phone app were difficult to use. To make a simple phone call took many steps, was sometimes hidden, and it was unclear which number you were calling from or the status of the call.

Multiple times over a few months, Quo experienced complete systemwide phone outage. In 10 years of using Ringcentral previously, we never experienced a single instance of something like that.

No fax service included.

Quo would errantly charge us for new users we never asked for. It was difficult obtaining refunds for those incorrect charges.

Price for Quo increased substantially within a couple months from the price we originally agreed on. When we finally left Quo, they purposefully slowed the porting for weeks so they could charge us another month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI, Smooth Multi-Device Setup, and Everything Just Works"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

The UI is clean, the features are easy to use, and it simply works. It connects smoothly to my phone, iPad, and laptop, so I don’t have to worry about which device I have with me. I haven’t run into any glitches or bugs so far, and customer support has been very quick and effective for setup and porting my old number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

My one dislike about QUO is how little I actually get to use it. Everyone seems to prefer emailing me instead of calling or texting. QUO gives me the option to call or text, but everyone still chooses email. So, if I have one complaint, it’s that I barely get to use QUO and I really wish I could use it more. "Simple small business phone provider"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo's prices are very reasonable, and the API is pretty easy to implement. I also like how well the organization systems are set up. On top of that, I really love the AI tools that let me affordably use an AI receptionist when I can’t take calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

For a one-person team, it’s great. That said, I can imagine that as you scale, it becomes more expensive and may no longer feel like such a strong value. As we grow the company, that’s something we’re definitely keeping in mind. I also wish I could automatically play this call’s recording without having to upgrade to the business plan. "Quo Helps Me Run My Business More Efficiently"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Quo has been a game-changer for my mobile notary and wedding officiant business. As a business owner who also works a full-time job, I rely heavily on Quo to manage client communication efficiently.

My favorite feature is Sona, the AI assistant. It helps answer calls, qualify leads, collect appointment details, and guide clients to the correct booking options when I'm unavailable. This has improved my response times and reduced missed opportunities during my regular work hours.

I also appreciate the call flows, automated messaging, and integrations that help streamline my workflow. What surprised me most is how quickly Quo became an extension of my business rather than just a phone system. It helps me maintain a professional client experience while saving valuable time each week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

One area where Quo could improve is the AI call handling experience. While Sona has been extremely helpful for answering calls and qualifying leads, there have been times when it asked follow-up questions that the caller had already answered, particularly when discussing services such as I-9 verifications or apostille assistance. Improving the AI's ability to retain context throughout the conversation would create a more seamless caller experience.

I would also appreciate additional flexibility in some automation settings and business-hour configurations for appointment-based businesses. Despite these minor challenges, the platform continues to provide significant value, and the development team appears committed to improving the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Modern UI and a Standout AI Auto-Responder"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I needed simplicity in the UI as opposed to a bloated tool. That's what I love about Quo, everything is easy to find and access. The price point was also the best for the features that I needed and the tier that I chose had the features that I wanted without additional features that I didn't. I love the AI auto-responder! It's so much better than a "press the number" system and is so much more modern. Support was helpful at the beginning when I needed them and the clarity of the interface allowed for seamless onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

Perhaps this is a Canadian number issue, but I'd love to be able to have the same kinds of number verification and call display as my American counterparts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
