What do you like best about Motive?

The ease of use, it is compatible with most other programs that we use. The business reps that we have are always very responsive and try to fix any issues that we are experiencing in the quickest time frame possible. The Motive equipment is always very easy to install and implement into our fleet. Our drivers are using these devices every single day, multiple times a day. What do you dislike about Motive?

We updated our cameras and now it is no longer sending us alerts when we have accidents. I know the Motive team is woroking on this. Other than that, we have not had many issues with our Motive devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Motive?

What I like best about Motive is how effectively it helps monitor and manage our trucking operations. The system provides clear visibility into drivers’ HOS (Hours of Service) logs, helps identify violations, and ensures compliance. I also appreciate the real-time safety features such as hard brake and speeding alerts, cellphone usage detection, and collision reports. What do you like best about Motive?

I really appreciate being able to use AI to generate reports for anything I might need. I also value our representative, who has been extremely attentive and helpful, always taking the time to show us new features and educate us about the different products that Motive offers. What do you dislike about Motive?

What do you like best about Motive?

Knowing where your drivers are at any given moment helps to dispatch on the fly and prove detentions to customers. The history feature is awesome. It also shows fault codes on trucks which is very informative to our owner operators. The safety features are also nice as they tell when a driver has a hard stop or speeds. Also, it keeps track of the driver's HOS. It helps the drivers to know when they can and cannot start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Motive?

The best part about Motive is the transparency it gives into our fleet’s daily activity. We can easily monitor performance, coach drivers, and handle maintenance before issues arise. It’s improved safety, efficiency, and accountability across the board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motive?

At times, the hardware setup or replacement process can take longer than expected, especially when managing a larger fleet. Improved turnaround and clearer communication during those times would make the experience even smoother. What do you like best about Motive?

Very easy to navigate and use. Easy to use coaching and safety features. Having multiple camera options is also a nice safety feature. Customer support has been helpful when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motive?

Delayed code notifications from trucks as they occur. App throttling when user reaches threshold for data. The app usage should not be throttled, but outside use of data for that transponder can be reduced. Live tracking should be all the time instead of going into follow mode. They are constantly doing updates, and it can cause issues if the driver has not updated their app. It makes it a little frustrating with a fleet of owner operators that bring their own devices or for those that are over the road and not tech savvy, but it is all able to be worked through.
