**What do you like best about Turvo?**

Turvo is an excellent time-saving tool, uniquely capable of quickly generating documents like BOLs and carrier rate confirmations. And it has its own tracking app.
Tracking is the best feature I have ever seen.  it allows users to monitor shipments in real time on a map, showing the exact location of drivers.

**What do you dislike about Turvo?**

So far there is no dislike from my side.
All features are very helpful.

**What problems is Turvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turvo helps to track the shipment in real time. Turvo have a lot options for the shipment update like covered, cancelled, ready for billing etc, which helps us to modify our load. Tauro gives us the transparency of the load.
Turvo has an option of other tracking tools as well like macropoint tracking. If driver is not able to get the Turvo link we can send him macro point tracking link as well. The best feature of Turvo is its automatic uploading of Proof of Delivery (POD) and invoices from the carrier once the load is delivered. This makes the invoicing process seamless and significantly easier, saving time and reducing manual work.

**What do you like best about Turvo?**

Eay to use for load tracking.
Shows no of features like managing company revenue.
Able to good customer service to my client .
Quick way to make loads and implement them.
My frequecy to use this app was cotinuous for 8 houurs a week.
Ease of integration.

Nothing is least helpful I belive this the best software to use for every company

Their teams do all to make your business success. It's helps in work faster also helped us in increasing number of shipment a person can take on.its one click integration help in increase the business

Their is not much bad about this solution. Additional costs in bill when add into our ERP system.but it's not a complaint. They keep getting better to make their and our business better.

I think one of my most favorite parts is Turvo Academy. Since we are heavy in training our team to help them get up to speed, Turvo Academy helps onboarding go smooth with live examples to help our employees understand the platform. We have received a lot of positive feedback on the training.

**What do you dislike about Turvo?**

Right from the beginning of our partnership, we received great service from the team, and our rep is always ready to help us when we need.

**What problems is Turvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Turvo is transforming the supply chain industry with smart tech solutions for both tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy customers. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the platform. Turvo helps us make more informed decisions with data integrity.

**What do you like best about Turvo?**

We are a tech-enabled vehicle transport and specialized freight broker using Turvo since 2016. Turvo implemented a handful of features we requested, giving us the visibility we need into all our shipments, especially the 5% of our shipments where we need to manage exceptions.

**What do you dislike about Turvo?**

I’m looking forward to seeing further enhancements to the platform. I have no major complaints.

Greater team connectivity and transparency. We are a unique organization in that we build out solutions in-house as needed along with using Turvo’s platform. Overall, Turvo inspires our team to achieve more with tech.

**What do you like best about Turvo?**

Thanks to Turvo, we can work faster and more efficiently to increase the number of shipments one person can handle.  Turvo provides contextual messaging, task organization, built-in tracking, and one-click integrations that have allowed us to grow at a rapid pace without adding many people.  The best part is that Turvo is still improving and adding key features every quarter to build their system around their customer's requests.

There is nothing that I dislike about Turvo.

Turvo provides a platform that helps us communicate as a team and with our customers all in one place.  The simplicity of having everything we need and use all in one platform allows us to be quick and nimble in a fast-paced industry.

The best thing about Turvo is that your success is their success. The Turvo team goes out of its way to ensure we have everything we need to be a successful business.

I have zero complaints with the Turvo software or with the Turvo team. I know that if we need anything to improve our business, they will do everything in their power to help us.

Turvo has made our company faster and more knowledgeable and allowed us to make better decisions for our business. We needed a TMS that could keep up with the ever-changing logistics landscape and Turvo does that for us.

**What do you like best about Turvo?**

After Googling various TMS systems in the market that were not cutting it, we decided to settle with Turvo. The other options were not cloud-based and/or had a long implementation process. Turvo is the clear winner.

**What do you dislike about Turvo?**

Turvo is constantly rolling out new features and Turvo Academy is great for self-training. Nothing to dislike.

**What problems is Turvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s obviously nerve-wracking at first when you are switching from legacy systems that are being used for the past 15 or so years to more modern technology, but the shift was necessary for us to scale our business. We are so glad we made this decision and the entire process was simple!

I definitely did not like the 1+ year long onboarding.
I dislike the inability to have things responded quickly on help.

With a single click, we can invite anyone we want to on the platform, for all of us to collaborate and view shipments and documents. Turvo has made our supply chain visibility dreams come true.

Nothing to dislike at the moment. Turvo has been extremely helpful for us.

**What problems is Turvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use numerous disparate systems which were clunky and time-consuming. Turvo has allowed us to consolidate all of our processes on a single platform, and be able to manage all shipments remotely. Our efficiency levels have gone up by 400%.

The system has a very intuitive UI/UX for easy navigation with minimal clicks. You can tell that a lot of thought and effort has gone into the system’s design, and we love it.

Turvo has all the features we need, so I cannot think of anything we dislike as of right now.

We have greatly benefited from Turvo’s TMS to connect our carriers, customers, and staff. The collaborative features that we have access to through Turvo help us immensely with simplifying our processes, resulting in almost double profits. We truly acredit our significant growth to Turvo.

Ever since we started using Turvo TMS, our operations have improved greatly. The platform has a lot of flexibility so our employees are able to work from home seamlessly. We have been very happy with the service that has been provided to us by the Turvo team.

We cannot think of any downsides when it comes to using Turvo’s platform.

Turvo has not only benefitted our employees but customers as well. The driver app is excellent, and the ability to upload pictures straight from the app is pretty neat.

Turvo has been a crucial part of our growth and have helped us to connect our partners, drivers, customers etc. one shipment at a time. From the beginning, our team was extremely impressed with how simple it is to use Turvo and there was not a whole lot of training needed as our team came up to speed quickly.

**What do you dislike about Turvo?**

Again, we attribute our success and growth to Turvo, and we have had nothing but a good experience with them.

**What problems is Turvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a drayage company, operations can quickly go downhill if there is little to no visibility involved. Using Turvo allows us to uniquely position ourselves as a transportation company that utilizes visibility tech to get rid of operational clutter.

All of the people that I have worked with at turvo have been extremely helpful and open to feedback/ new ideas.

**What do you dislike about Turvo?**

At least in the early stages of customizing the system for lineage, it would be nice to have the larger releases monthly instead of quarterly.

We have a lot of workarounds in our current TMS, Turvo is working to develop the type of functionality we need within the system.

The Turvo team has been excellent in helping us go live within just 8 weeks! Going from an on-premise TMS to a cloud-based system not only helped us save major costs but also a great deal of time spent on manual labor.

I really would like to discuss this more. I even applied LOL. Tiering this system would benefit a lot and acquire more of an audience

I like the fact that it consolidates things.  I can communicate within my organization and with customers all in one place and not have to use different platforms.

**What do you like best about Turvo?**

I enjoyed how easy everything was to edit. You can easily edit almost everything on one individual file. The related files section was straightforward to utilize, and I enjoyed the large amounts of file types that could be uploaded.

**What do you dislike about Turvo?**

Very difficult to create many different copies of one file. I had a customer who would send me a large number of containers in a single shipment where the only difference was the one number. I would have to copy a single load and create new one, where it would be more beneficial to copy a file and create 10-20 new files.

**Recommendations to others considering Turvo:**

I am not sure of the pricing. However, it seemed like Turvo was relatively cheap compared to other products like it. While it works for smaller customers, large customers, it was tough to operate.

**What problems is Turvo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While using this for logistics, Turvo made it very easy to change and add stops that a driver would have to make as my customer made changes to their shipments.
