Total Mail Converter Pro converts email files (MSG, EML) into PDF, DOC, TXT, HTML, TIFF and RTF in batch — and, unlike the basic edition, it extracts and embeds attachments so nothing is lost. Built for archiving, e-discovery and compliance, it keeps message metadata (sender, date, subject), preserves folder structure, and processes thousands of emails at once. It runs as an easy desktop app with a wizard interface, and also ships with a command-line (CLI) version for automated and scheduled jobs. A separate server "X" edition (ActiveX/DLL/CLI) is available for unattended and server-side processing.
