It is so easy to learn and use. They provide manuals once you sign up and it explains just about how to do everything. Anything you won't find, customer service is just one phone call away.
What do you dislike?
There isn't alot to dislike. It's a matter of paying attention to what is being entered. Although the software itself is amazing, the actual work that is being done by employees still matters. Sometimes we have connectivity issues with our server.

Increasing work proficiency. It catches errors in dates and it is alot less work from the software we were previously using. Employees don't have to spend hours putting reports together, or putting numbers together. The different settings make it easier to compile and know exactly what is going on. It is easy to learn as well, so training also is not a problem.
