At first it looks like alot to learn but with the amazing training they provided, we've been more efficient and quicker, plus we can have all of are required paperwork in one program. From dispatching to our book keeping/accounting needs. If we have any questions or need help they have great tools on the program and great customer service if you need help from someone. We love the fact we can use the program anywhere since it's accessed online not downloaded. When we switched they helped move all our information over to this program so when we started using it, most of our information was already there. We use this program everyday from the office to drivers and have really enjoyed using this program. The company helped us integrate to this program from a different dispatch program, and we took a few weeks to switch over and get it all figured out. Now I wouldn't want to go back to the old program. **What do you dislike about Axon Trucking Software?** The one thing we have had a few negative remarks on is the app. The drivers don't really like it and some of the features need to be adjusted. Our owner ops would like if the loads they do would stay on the app so they could look back on loads if they needed to, not disappear when the office invoices them. **What problems is Axon Trucking Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can be more efficient and faster which helps because you need less employees. I've been able to complete tasks in a fraction of time, and less human errors since we can upload documents. I love that I can get all my work done in one program. ### 2. Their Help team is always quick to return calls and eager to assist; their solutions regularly exceed expectations when we are looking for specialized reports to suit our needs. I use Axon daily for accounting and payroll and our team uses it in conjunction with our ELD program seamlessly to track orders and our fleet movement. Their team makes it easy to install and provides an abundance of manuals and training to help you navigate through. I would recommend Axon software to any trucking company looking for a program to do it all. **What do you dislike about Axon Trucking Software?** The only downside is that because it is so seamless and interconnected (PO's, maintenance WO's, job orders etc) it can occasionally take some time to backtrack and Unattach something if changes are required to a specific entry - though this is quite an uncommon occurence. **What problems is Axon Trucking Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Axon helps to integrate a Job Order tracking system, a payroll system, an accounting system, and maintenance tracking system all into one. It quite literally does Everything we need (and they offer More that we aren't even using yet). Their support team is also unmatched - they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very timely with their responses to help requests. ### 3. I also really like the invoicing as well as it's easy to send out to customers. **What do you dislike about Axon Trucking Software?** The downside has been when you need support, you more than likely, 99% of the time, have to be called back to be helped. Then you usually are called when you have to step away from the desk, so it's a bunch of call tag. **What problems is Axon Trucking Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Axon has made it easier for me to do fuel tax. That was a massive downside for me before switching over to Axon, as I had to do everything manually. It's quick and easy and has saved me a lot of time! ### 4. Great Program, and support. Which should be easy, as they cover most things. But if you are looking for something custom, you will likely need to find a way for it to work in Axon, rather than changing Axon to work for your custom idea. **What problems is Axon Trucking Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dispatching, messaging, invoicing, payroll, service, inventory, warehousing. This is a one stop shop for a trucking company. ### 5. There are different settings to get exactly the reports and information you want. Customer service is always willing to help out. It is so easy to learn and use. They provide manuals once you sign up and it explains just about how to do everything. Anything you won't find, customer service is just one phone call away. **What do you dislike about Axon Trucking Software?** There isn't alot to dislike. It's a matter of paying attention to what is being entered. Although the software itself is amazing, the actual work that is being done by employees still matters. Sometimes we have connectivity issues with our server. **Recommendations to others considering Axon Trucking Software:** If you have a growing or large fleet, Axon works perfectly. **What problems is Axon Trucking Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increasing work proficiency. It catches errors in dates and it is alot less work from the software we were previously using. Employees don't have to spend hours putting reports together, or putting numbers together. The different settings make it easier to compile and know exactly what is going on. It is easy to learn as well, so training also is not a problem. ### 6.
