Having used the program for a year, this reviewer finds it efficient and comprehensive for managing various trucking company tasks. Though the app has received negative feedback from drivers due to missing features and usability issues, the overall experience has been positive.

Axon is by far the easiest, most intuitive trucking dispatch and accounting software I've used. Their Help team is always quick to return calls and eager to assist; their solutions regularly exceed expectations when we are looking for specialized reports to suit our needs. I use Axon daily for accounting and payroll and our team uses it in conjunction with our ELD program seamlessly to track orders and our fleet movement. Their team makes it easy to install and provides an abundance of manuals and training to help you navigate through. The only downside is that because it is so seamless and interconnected (PO's, maintenance WO's, job orders etc) it can occasionally take some time to backtrack and Unattach something if changes are required to a specific entry - though this is quite an uncommon occurrence. The most helpful thing I found about Axon is the Fuel Tax, where I can import and plug numbers in, and the software generates the report for me! I also really like the invoicing as well as it's easy to send out to customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside has been when you need support, you more than likely, 99% of the time, have to be called back to be helped. Then you usually are called when you have to step away from the desk, so it's a bunch of call tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Multiple functions to help cut the workload. There are different settings to get exactly the reports and information you want. Customer service is always willing to help out. It is so easy to learn and use. They provide manuals once you sign up and it explains just about how to do everything. Anything you won't find, customer service is just one phone call away. There isn't alot to dislike. It's a matter of paying attention to what is being entered. Although the software itself is amazing, the actual work that is being done by employees still matters. Sometimes we have connectivity issues with our server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
