Honestly, every experience I’ve had with AtoB has been handled well. I ran into an issue where an employee’s card kept declining at the pump even though it was loaded with funds, unlocked, and being used at an approved station. After a quick call to customer service, they were able to identify the problem right away and resolve it. My employee was able to fill up and get back to work with minimal delay. I really enjoy that AtoB it tells you specifically which gas stations are partnering with them so you know when you can get the lowest price. The app is very easy to understand, which helps a lot in managing things. I like that it allows me to delegate other cards to employees effortlessly. AtoB also lets me lock or cap spending to control gas expenses, which is super useful. It has been one of our first company cards, and we haven't switched since we started because of these great features. They help build our credit and handle issues quickly, like when I needed to fix my car's alignment and didn't have cash. AtoB makes those things easier. I feel that $2,000 isn't really that much for a vehicle. It's great to start, but I definitely need a little more, especially if I have more employees. Also, I'd like more cents off at the pump. There’s not much to dislike about AtoB, but if I had to say something that could be better, I would say allowing clients to pay for things like fleet tags at DMV, getting maintenance, & purchasing tires for smaller fleet vehicles at places like Walmart repair shops. With diesel prices being expensive, AtoB helps me save money, that is a plus I also appreciate the easiness of using the payment and the program at gas stations. I like how AtoB streamlines getting fuel. It's convenient because I can load money into the account to be ready, instead of taking money from completed jobs. I also appreciate the rewards they offer, which stack with the Murphy USA rewards program. You get a discount on the back end and an immediate discount on the front end. Plus, customer service is awesome. I once accidentally deposited money into the account and was able to easily get ahold of support and received a refund the same day. The initial setup was just as easy as signing up for anything else, and I chose the pay-as-you-go card, which might have attributed to the prompt acceptance.
