**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

It is extremely user friendly and makes the load and billing process more manageable. It has cut down on paper and scanning tickets. It also allows managers to access the auditing process so there is more accountability. The biggest takeaway is everything is fixable. Invoices can be fixed in an instant and re-sent to customer and shows the history of the process.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

It really isn't a Toro issue but since we decided to sync all invoices with our accounting system, I just need to wait a little longer to account for all payments in our check register in Quickbooks. But again, that's not a reflection of Toro. Just something we had to do.

**What problems is Toro TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more sorting and scanning hundreds of tickets. It has streamlined our processed and cut down on paper waste since drivers upload their paperwork to Toro.

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

Toro is web based, so I can dispatch trucks from anywhere. I don't need to be connected to a VPN either, which drastically slows speeds.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

Sometimes it will time out, and I will have to refresh it. It would be nice if it would automatically refresh so that doesn't happen.

It helps us dispatch trucks and track our loads.

THE EASE OF ABILITY TO MOVE LOADS LIKE PUZZLE PIECES AS THINGS CHANGE CONSTANTLY ALL THE TIME. THE INTEGRATION WITH ELD'S TO QUICKLY PROVIDE CUSTOMER UPDATE REQUESTS. THE ACCURACY IS WITHIN 15 MINUTES. I CAN BE ANYWHERE AND ALWAYS HAVE ACCESS TO TORO WHENEVER I TRAVEL OR WORK FROM HOME. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS STELLAR AND I CAN GET MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED IN A TIMELY FASHION TO KEEP THING ROLLING. ITS REALLY EASY TO USE SPECIALLY MAKING TEMPLATES FOR REPEAT LOADS TAKES JUST SECONDS TO DO.

THE ABSENCE OF A RUNNING REVENUE TAB OF SOME SORT TO SEE IN LIVE TIME AS I MAKE CHANGES IN THE MAIN CALENDAR SCREEN. I LIVE ON THIS MAIN SCREEN SO BEING ABLE TO SEE THOSE REVENUES FOR EACH TRUCK/DRIVER WILL HELP ME TO ENSURE EVEN DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUE PER TRUCK/ DRIVER.

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

The ease of using the program, all parts from Invoicing to planning and more, they work with each other perfectly.
The ease of implementation was simple and easy and the team walked through it smoothly.  The few times i had to reach out to customer support, they were spot on in solving the issue. The integration has been smooth and as New features come in, there is no hiccups in the system.  We use Toro every day all day and will not change to  anything else.

I do not know what you could dislike about Toro.

**What problems is Toro TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From receiving a load from our customer, we can build the load in the system, put it on the planned section of program, then easily dispatch it to the chosen driver.   The customer can get real time updates on their load. Then as the driver delivers, we can send the POD to the customer.  It is then invoiced.  A one stop shop for ease of use and functionality.

I like the customizability—it lets me create loads that fit a wide range of different needs.

The Quickbook Desktop integration isn’t the best, but I’m hoping that once we switch to Quickbook Online, everything will run more smoothly.

**What problems is Toro TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves time, reduces mistakes, and is easy to use. Instead of having three people juggling multiple Excel sheets and dealing with constant errors, everything is now in one place and much easier to manage.

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

The customer service is best around no question. They are always working on ways to improve the system and make it easier for us as the end user. I have a personal relationship with our account manager and he is always VERY responsive I would reccomend to anyone looking for a new TMS.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

We have had some issues with the messaging system every once in a while, this being said they have been very minor.  The issues are always resolved very quickly and the team is very responsive when we have issues.

It has changed the way that we dispatch along with how we bill. Toro has been a game changer for our team and is helping us grow into new markets along with focus on what is most important.

Toro is incredibly easy to learn how to use and is easy to use in general.
The Customer support is amazing! When you need help with certain reports they walk you through what you need and where to find things. Toro has become the best software I've used for my time in this company. I use it every day and am able to use it when I am at home if i need to do something quickly. It was super easy to move over to from our old software and the integration process was incredibly easy! Implementing the software was quick and everyone in the office caught on quick!

I haven't really seen a downside to using Toro!

Toro has improved our workflow for dispatching and for billing. It also  syncs with our customer base and Quickbooks. The Team support has been amazing to work with. Very fast to get back with us and has helped us through any of our concerns or issues.

The only thing I disliked was having to learn something new. We love it now!!!

Our team all works out of it, and we can all see the Orders that are dispatched and also see the history of the orders. The software offers excellent value for the price.

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

We have 3 people in the office, all with different positions. Everyone caught on to the system very quickly because it is so easy to use. I have been in transportation for 40 years and changing software can be one of the most challenging tasks. However, Toro made this a very easy transition for all of us! Not to mention... Customer support is always readily available. Integration was really easy as well. We utilize Quickbooks and Samsara and with a quick push of a button they were all talking to each other.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

I have not run across any downsides to Toro as of yet. We have been using Toro since September 2024.

**What problems is Toro TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to utilize 1 system instead of bouncing back and forth between systems.

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

Toro TMS is very user friendly,  easy to use and quick to learn. It was very easy to implement into our company and I credit that to the fact that they came into our office and helped us get everything up an running. Their customer support is AMAZING! Any time we have a question they are very quick to answer and help create ways to make our work flow easier. Toro is our main program that we use daily for dispatching, billing, and financial reports. Any time we say we wish Toro did something they make it happen or help us find a better way.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

The fact that we have to incorporate with QuickBooks is the only downside (but it really isn't a bad thing). I feel it would be better if they had an accounting side as well, but understand that it is easir to intigrate with a program that already does that so they can focus on making their program better.

There was a lack of efficiency in our old program and Toro TMS has made our workflow go smoother and way more efficint than it was in before.

What do I like most about Toro? I like how user friendly it is and how it saves me alot of time throughout the week when I have to make an invoice, dispatch a driver or calculate checks at the end of the  work week.  They also have a great customer support hotline in case you need help with the site.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

I havent had any real downsides with Toro TMS in my 2 years of use.

They are reducing the number of people I would other wise need to hire to do the job Toro TMS does for me. Which in turn saves money in my pocket.

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

Super easy to understand and learn. Only those who previously struggle with tech will have issues with this system. If you can change the wallpaper on your phone, you can figure out how to use Toro with little to no instruction. Only unique cool features need to be pointed out. The customer service also needs to be noted in the best of Toro, because they have the best I've seen in a company before.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

In the age of tech, it's hard to call it a downside, but the necessity for our older employees to use the system did create a hiccup. This is fully a generational issue.

**What problems is Toro TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, when I joined my current job at a trucking company, they were using a VERY outdated program. As the youngest in the company  (I'm 25), it was annoying to say the least. The system was operated by two guys with other jobs, who you'd be lucky if you could get a phone call with. The looks of the program was similar to what computers looked like before I was old enough for cognitive memory. I say this to clarity my statement that Toro has fixed basically every administrative issue that was present at the time when I was hired. I personally handle billing weekly, but I'm also trained to know the basics of everything in the company. Toro has made my life a breeze. The extent of "training" I need is simply opening the program, because most things I need to do in there are fully self-explanatory. If I ever do have a question, their customer service has it answered before I'm finished asking. Day-to-day work no longer involves me fighting a frustrating, outdated program, so arguably Toro made me actually enjoy my job.

What's not to love? Aside from the quick response when I have a question or problem, to them taking feedback for improvements and implementing them, to the ease of use of the software, everything about Toro TMS is absolutly the best! The platform is so easy to use. It has made our office more efficient and effective after only a couple of months of using it! Our drivers love it, our accounting department loves it and our dispatchers wonder how they survived without it! It was easy to switch from our previous TMS to Toro and integrated into our office so seemlesly. Fleet management has been much easier with Toro!

I don't see a downside to using Toro at all!

Using Toro has helped us become more efficient and effective in tracking our loads and invoices as well as maintenance for our equiment.

Toro TMS is super easy to use. Very user friendly and is extremely practical. Anytime I've had an issue the customer team has been quick to jump on and help us out. they put together videosand meetings to go over new updates. Training on the system is easy not complicated. Easy to log in on phone or tablet or computer.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

Just getting into Toro TMS and not finding anything I dislike. I think over time more shortcuts and tools will be added. Excited to see what the future holds for it.

Just keeping our trucks dispatched and sending information to our drivers. Easy to update and build new customers. Very user friendly and not over complicated.

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

Toro TMS is easy to use. Everyone at Toro TMS are quick to respond to any issues or suggestions. The engineers are very receptive to suggestions and requests. The support department reacts quickly to any issues that come up. There are a ton of features available to help with most aspects of a trucking company. It was a little daunting, at first, switching to a completely new system, but it didn't take long to integrate. We use it every day and it has helped to streamline our process.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

There's not really a downside to using Toro TMS. There are a few very small things (like "Next Order" and "Previous Order" buttons) that would be nice-to-haves, but Toro TMS is constantly adding new features. I don't really want to call much out because they are always working on things and adding features.

**What problems is Toro TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Toro TMS has updated our entire process. It is easier to use than our previous system and we can access it anywhere, as long as we have a web browser. So, I can work from home when necessary without having to remote login to my computer at the office.

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

The ease of use with Toro is it pretty self explanitory, makes for employees fast to catch on to learning their job roles and completing assignments. Customer support is quick & has been very helpful with requests. The sync from Toro to quickbooks has made payroll so convient. We use Toro on a daily basis. The switch from prophesy to Toro was a easy switch. Everyone at Toro has been extremely nice, frienly & made the switch very accomadating. Toro was not hard at all to adapt to the new dispatch system, they incorporate changes as we suggess them to their development teams to make our lives easier here at T&T Leasing.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

I have no dislikes, Toro as a company has been quick to make suggested updates to assist the company!

**What problems is Toro TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trailer maintence - Helps keep trailer records on a digital copy & easier access if someone is out of office. 

Sync from Toro to Quickbooks makes cordinating for accounts & classes so much easier. 

Dispatch - data entry is much easier & enter driver pay for each load makes it more accomadating. Less room for user error!

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

This is the easiest TMS I have used.  It's so easy to build, dispatch, and invoice when done.  Customer support is always quick to answer, and to get whatever issue resolved.  I love that there is the app now, which makes it easier when working from the road.  And they are still working to implement more options to improve performance.  I use this non-stop, and it is so easy for anyone in our office that needs to see what is going.
The templates make repetitive runs so easy to build.
You can dispatch everyone for the next day at the same time.
Invoicing is quick and you can bulk invoice with ease.
Running expenses by driver, truck, or trailer gives a broader picture.
The dashboard is a quick snapshot of how you are managing for whatever range you need.
With the link for uploads and timesheets, payroll moves twice as fast as before.
The TORO team is constantly working to improve the system.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

On reports, the Profitability by Truck could use some tweaking.  I've already spoken with a team member to make some suggestions.

They are constantly improving, everything I have reported they have been updating.

It is the easiest software i have ever used. Easy to navigate.

I have not found anything that is not useful. That is what i love most about it. There are not hundreds of things in my way that i do not use.

I can see all of my guys at a glance on one screen. On this same screen i see what product they are in & what day they load & deliver. I can also see if they have requested time off.

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

Very convenient and user friendly on both the driver and the office side.  Everyone has been very receptive to suggestions that we have made.  These guys are very down to earth and ready for any challenge!  Customer support is amazing!  Easily integrated with our existing Quickbooks for payroll and accounting.

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

There a very few things that we feel are a downside to this system.  Anything that we have suggested has been taken into consideration with some changes being made.

This is benefiting us by providing an easy to use uploading of BOL's for grain, DDG, gravel, salt, etc.  We get instant copies of BOL's which has sped up our billing process which in turn has resulted in less of a delay in payment

**What do you like best about Toro TMS?**

Our company has been using Toro TMS for over 2 years now. The process of dispatching is much easier and more convenient compared to other truck management software. The reporting and analytics features allow me to easily identify which units are under performing which is essential in this current economy. Toro's customer service is impeccable and any issues are resolved expediotiously.

I have not experienced any downsides to using Toro TMS. The differences between Toro TMS and other platforms are night and day.

It was like reading a 1st grade level library book. Go see dick run. My team was able to easily find things without having to have a lot of training. Other systems took a manual and step by step process.

With me doing the billing, I see how simple the process is for billing out. Toro makes it to where billing out is only a few clicks

**What do you dislike about Toro TMS?**

I like it for the most part. I like that you the drivers can upload the bills into the load but the only thing I would change about that is the quality of the pictures. If we could have them uploaded the way camscanner does it, that would be nice. A lot of the pictures uploaded are bad quality or images need to be cropped. If we had something like that in toro where they can take a picture of the bol's it can crop and scan a clear picture of it like camscanner does.

The simplicity of billing. Before Toro I had so many steps in the billing process

Everything from dispatching to invoicing has been simplified for our company. The customer support is unmatched and the implementation process could not have been smoother. We cannot imagine operating our business without Toro!

Our primary disfunction was our dispatching and the collection of paperwork for billing. Everything was a paper process which was time consuming and left room errors. Now everything is digital, we receive paperwork the same day and can seamlessly bill our customers without issues.

Trailer tracking due to you need to have GPS for it to be 100%. The trailer should be able to stay with the driver all the way back to the yard instead of getting hung up at the last delivery location.

The biggest downside to Toro is the lack of a well-modled mobile app. There are times when a mobile app is essential to running a business. The interenet version, on a mobile device, is inadequate to meet the needs of such a demanding business.

Toro is the hub of our operations. We are able to import load information from our clients easily. From there we receive payments, pay drivers and lonk with our accounting service.

After reviewing our systems for a year, there is nothing I dislike. Toro listens and wants to know how we operate versus telling us how we should operate to use their software.

Toro TMS allows me to upload order info in seconds from a customer CSV, saving countless hours of manual order entry. If you book loads from brokers, the whole process from order creation to synching payments to QB is seamless. Sending dispatch info from the order screen is clutch. The drivers not only appreciate the clear load info, they can also use the dispatch text to send in their signed BOL, which automatically attaches to the load. The user interface is well thought out and very intuitive. And if all of that wasn't enough, their customer service is unmatched.

Each time I've brought a dislike to their attention, they have addressed the concern.

We work with Amazon, who does not use EDI. Toro built an interface that allows order creation in seconds.
