At first it doesn't seem like much, but in reality this one move provides a huge amount of time gain that our Agents can use to snag more loads. Couple that with visual tracking data and anyone can see the value Trucker Tools provides. **What do you dislike about Trucker Tools?** Like any piece of new technology, it can be a daunting task to teach new users the right and wrong ways to utilize the program. Even the most basic, easy to use software has its drawbacks and Trucker Tools is no different. ELD setup is probably the number one item I'd like to see more streamlined in the future. As it stands now it takes a day or more for new setups to go through and if you have a hot load or another emergency, it's not possible to utilize ELD when the carrier has a new setup. **What problems is Trucker Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trucker Tools saves our Agents time by eliminating the need for constant check calls. Everyone I have ever worked with at Trucker Tools is knowledgable, and you can tell that caring about customers is engrained in their company culture. Lastly, their reporting capabilities put their competitors to shame. It works very well out of the box, but an integration between our TMS and Trucker Tools streamlined the process. Support is very helpful not only for our users, but also the drivers as well. They are happy to reach out direct to the driver and help them resolve any issue. The app is more than just a tracking platform. Drivers are able to view/book more freight with us, view fueling stops, submit documents, and many other things. **What do you dislike about Trucker Tools?** The integration between the TMS and Trucker Tools can be complex at times. It causes a lot of confusion on the user end. Would like to see more ELD integrations so the carriers don't have always download the app. That said, there are some benefits to the drivers for using the app. **What problems is Trucker Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to get real time visibility for drivers on loads. We also have regular meetings with a Trucker Tools rep who reviews our tracking stats and helps us with ways we can improve the amount of successful tracks we can get every day. Their support shows, since we have consistently increased the number of successfully tracked loads. They also have many PDF guides that we can send to carriers and drivers to help train them on using Trucker Tools. **What do you dislike about Trucker Tools?** If the driver has an issue with the Trucker Tools app, the broker does not have a great way to see what the driver sees to help trouble shoot before escalating to the support team. **What problems is Trucker Tools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trucker Tools provides multiple ways to automate tracking for the broker.
