I would like to see better assessment of vehicle data in the Advanced Analytics. More AI could be beneficial. Also, it would be helpful to have service reminders by fleet location, and to provide more insight to the Fleet Manager on how overdue reminders affect cost due to downtime from not keeping up to date. First of all, Fleetio is very rich in features and can accommodate multiple types of vehicles. I find Fleetio really helpful due to its native integration with Samsara, which assists us in tracking utilization of our assets and streamlines inspection reports. I'm impressed by the very fast support, especially when resolving issues with the API and getting accustomed to new features. The extensive collection of API endpoints and their accommodating approach to our special needs for data connections is something I appreciate. I also find the workflow automation feature particularly beneficial as it saves manual time when changing vehicle status for work orders. The bilingual feature helps us better interact with maintenance technicians that are more familiar with Spanish. Lack of Samsara integration for trailer meter reading makes it challenging sometimes to import trailer meters from Samsara to Fleetio.
