A good feature I would say was the visibility and how the Shipper and receiver profiles you could add a ton of notes and they were very visible every time you opened an order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Quotes took forever to enter. PCS was not visually appealing. Only one person at a time was able to be in an order/quote and if you didn't exit out of the order correctly no one could go in after that. Since this is a client-based software it was very slow and would shut down completely when the internet was slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
