  ### 1. PCS is slow and takes up a ton of space on your computer.

**What do you like best about PCS?**

A good feature I would say was the visibility and how the Shipper and receiver profiles you could add a ton of notes and they were very visible every time you opened an order.

**What do you dislike about PCS?**

Quotes took forever to enter. PCS was not visually appealing. Only one person at a time was able to be in an order/quote and if you didn't exit out of the order correctly no one could go in after that. Since this is a client-based software it was very slow and would shut down completely when the internet was slow.

**What problems is PCS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was not making any updates that is why we changed to Roserocket. The software was so outdated and tech support was not very helpful. Updates would never get there.

Integration of various controls and devices. Smooth integration is good.

Security part. It is sometimes vulnerable to cybersecurity attacks
