I like how you can check the time zone; it provides an entire picture f the day. The way it connects with transport is great **What do you dislike about Penske?** Sometimes the page is prolonged to update, which can be a pain. Since this page is connected automatically to our TransportPro system, it is a nightmare whenever it doesn't work correctly. **What problems is Penske solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monitor upcoming Loads. Filter by arrivals and find out the route# and Load#. It is one of our central System since it is required by our Client. ### 3. Not enough miles are included in the program **Recommendations to others considering Penske:** Penske does an excellent job at scheduling maintenance that is needed for the leased trucks. **What problems is Penske solving and how is that benefiting you?** This allows us to not own as many trucks. ### 5. Pricing is very clear and I've never had additional unexpected charges brought up or any discrepancies with pricing. **What do you dislike about Penske?** Every Penske pickup location is different and the reliability of some of them is questionable due to notification settings. I've used Home Depot as my pickup point before, and stood in line for about 30 minutes just to talk to somebody and they did not have my paperwork ready for the truck. This reflects poorly on Penske and other retailers. **Recommendations to others considering Penske:** When reserving trucks from a user perspective, it is more reliable to schedule through trusted businesses or Penske locations directly. **What problems is Penske solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moving office furniture. While the system maybe rudimentary at times it does work for ease of efficiency by displaying the available services in a clear and concise format (regardless of the limitations that there are). **What do you dislike about Penske?** Cost cutting measures come in somewhere and that is reflected in the quality of the customer care support. But that is not a knock on the individuals themselves but more so it could be the training structure and education on their services or lack thereof I should say. This is just one of the prices you will pay jack of all trades but master of none is a accurate phrase to describe the experience I had. While not overwhelmingly amazing it still at the same time could have been alot worse, so then you need to ask yourself for your project are you just looking for a minimally viable product or something more complete. **Recommendations to others considering Penske:** Decent alternative to the other competitors out there not cream of the crop though. You get what you pay for. **What problems is Penske solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solved a logistical problem I was having using Penske and was able to meet my deadline on time. The benefits of having a good logistics and transport partner is very valuable especially in our current economic state ### 7. Clean trucks in excellent condition. **What do you dislike about Penske?** Sometimes they are so popular that it's hard to get a truck. Some people don't like the high trailer. IMO It's really better for moving. **Recommendations to others considering Penske:** Take time to know how big a truck you really need, including how much extra space you need to properly secure and protect your artwork, glass, furnishings, etc. They are very helpful in advising you. **What problems is Penske solving and how is that benefiting you?** Moving our home & office was a breeze.
