While you have the big boys such as Uline, Budget, etc. Sometimes this one goes noticed but it should not providing all of the tools and utilities as the competition but at the fraction of a price . While the system maybe rudimentary at times it does work for ease of efficiency by displaying the available services in a clear and concise format (regardless of the limitations that there are). Cost cutting measures come in somewhere and that is reflected in the quality of the customer care support. But that is not a knock on the individuals themselves but more so it could be the training structure and education on their services or lack thereof I should say. This is just one of the prices you will pay jack of all trades but master of none is a accurate phrase to describe the experience I had. While not overwhelmingly amazing it still at the same time could have been alot worse, so then you need to ask yourself for your project are you just looking for a minimally viable product or something more complete.
