We no longer have to constantly monitor our techs, which has been a huge improvement for us. The ability to log in and see all the details is fantastic. We can adjust their policies, set restrictions, and manage their spending limits easily. By integrating and importing our vehicles with Samsara into Coast, we’re also able to track their locations and check their odometer readings. We have about 130 managers, owners, admin and techs using these cards every day. Also, having a mobile and a virtual card makes our lives SO much easier! Simple to access and set up. The biggest area for improvement is the integration and reporting. At times, it can be difficult to get all the fuel and vehicle data we need in one place, especially when trying to compare Coast fuel transactions with mileage and fuel data from our telematics system. We love how easy the Coast portal is for our company! From automatic coding AI intelligence with merchants to reviewing receipts and transactions, it is very user-friendly and easy. One of the best features is its flexibility. You can keep processes completely manual or automate them as much as you'd like.

The integration with QuickBooks Desktop was effortless, making implementation smooth and efficient. We also appreciate the built-in fuel controls, especially the feature that only allows fuel purchases when the assigned vehicle is at the pump. The nearby fuel price visibility is another valuable benefit that helps us manage costs.

Our onboarding specialist was incredibly helpful and made the transition seamless. We also love the text notification feature that allows users to quickly submit memos and receipts without having to log into the system.

I like how Coast is accepted almost everywhere, which makes it convenient for fuel purchases. The ease of use is a big plus for me, and I really appreciate how I can tech tag it with my GPS to ensure the truck is actually at the gas station we use. I use Coast for our company fleet's gas cards, and I like the cash back benefits we receive. The gas card security is amazing, ensuring that no one outside of our fleet can use them. It can be as basic or robust as you want - make reviewing receipts manual or automate it a little or all. Integration with Quickbooks and our GPS system (OneStep GPS) was easy and almost effortless. Love that it only allows people to pump gas when the truck is at the pump! The extra bonus of seeing fuels prices nearby is great. Our onboarding person was a huge help! We love how easy it is when the text notification comes thru to send a memo and receipt without logging in. Pricing is fair as the rebate pays for itself.
