The best thing about this tool is it's ease of use and and easy to maintain while the administrator neend to maintain the master data. **What do you dislike about Axon?** There isn't anything that i don't like about this tool but the only problem that Axon have is that it does not integrate with the other tools which are available in the market. The other minor drawback of Axon is that it takes time for the claims to settle, which becomes something a bit anxious. **What problems is Axon solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the help of the tool, Axon; we in our organization need to take care of the claims system of the WiFi bills the employees are applying for so that we get the track that every employee doesn't take advantage of the claim system. It is very useful tool which is of very much use in the organisation. ### 2.
