**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Aircall has a user-friendly interface. It also has a global presence in over 100 countries, which supports international calling capabilities, and it offers extensive integrations with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as productivity tools like Slack and Zendesk. From a data perspective, I get a lot of useful insights, such as missed_call_reason (for example, agent not available or another clearly mentioned reason), along with call recordings. All of this helps me with more detailed call analytics, plus the real-time dashboard and reporting features.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Incremental data sync sometimes needs careful handling, since I occasionally ran into late-arriving data. Webhook failures also require solid retry logic, and in my case historical backfills were slow.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Aircall, our marketing team struggled to make solid business decisions because the reports we relied on didn’t contain accurate, trustworthy data. Once Aircall was integrated into our system, we began receiving call analytics, a real-time dashboard, and call recordings. We also get small but useful details about missed calls, including the reasons provided, which helps our business teams make better-informed decisions.

  ### 2. Patchy Call Quality Despite a Handy Separate Work Number

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

The best thing about Aircall is how well it supports day-to-day sales communication while keeping work and personal contact separate. Having a dedicated work number makes it much easier to manage availability and maintain boundaries between work and time off, especially when working across different regions.

I also found the international calling functionality really useful, as it made communicating with prospects and clients in different countries much more straightforward. The reporting and team metrics are another strong feature, giving good visibility into call activity and performance across the team.

The integration with HubSpot works particularly well, as it allows calls to be logged automatically and makes it easy to revisit conversations with prospects or clients when needed. The ability to text from the work number and set up a separate WhatsApp account for business communication was also a big advantage.

One area that could be improved is customer support, which I found fairly average in terms of responsiveness and issue resolution.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

One downside of Aircall is that the call quality can occasionally be inconsistent, particularly when relying on Wi-Fi connections, which can affect conversations at times. It’s also relatively expensive compared to simply using a personal phone number, especially for smaller teams or businesses managing costs closely.

In addition, customer support was fairly disappointing, as responses could be slow and resolving issues wasn’t always straightforward.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall solves the need for a dedicated business communication system by providing separate work phone numbers, which helps maintain professionalism and keeps work and personal communication separate. It also makes it much easier for teams to manage inbound and outbound calls in a structured way.

One of the biggest benefits was the ability to record and revisit calls, particularly when speaking with prospects or clients, as it helped with follow-ups, training, and maintaining consistency across conversations. The AI-generated call summaries were also very useful for quickly reviewing key discussion points without needing to listen back to entire calls.

The platform itself is also very easy to use, which made onboarding and day-to-day adoption straightforward for the team.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

We’ve had a very positive experience with Aircall so far. It has become a key part of our call center operations, especially as we scale across multiple business units. It’s a very user-friendly tool, and it’s constantly being updated—especially within the AI tools. Call quality and platform stability have been solid. We manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and Aircall has handled this reliably. By centralizing our communication and improving agent productivity, we’ve been able to optimize our team’s performance without needing to significantly increase headcount. The time savings and operational visibility alone justify the investment. Onboarding was smooth, and the support team has been responsive whenever needed. Additionally, the availability of resources and documentation has made it easy to explore more advanced features over time. One unexpected advantage has been the ability to leverage analytics and insights to improve not just operations, but also training and quality assurance. We’ve been able to identify patterns in calls and refine our processes in a more data-driven way.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

One limitation we’ve encountered is around SMS capabilities. While Aircall supports one-to-one messaging effectively, it does not natively offer robust tools for running mass SMS marketing campaigns.

The ability to leverage analytics and insights to improve not just operations, but also training and quality assurance. We’ve been able to identify patterns in calls and refine our processes in a more data-driven way.

  ### 4. Avoid this service at all costs! 4 months later still can't text!

Nothing because they weren't able to deliver on a core function: texting never worked

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Aircall couldn't deliver on their service promised.  4 months later I still can't text after going back and forth with their support team fixing the supposed issue.  They kept blaming it on upstream provider and giving new reasons why I can't text, I would fix them wait forever only to be denied texting again.  This went on for over 3 months with about 5 exchanges back and forth until I had enough and asked to cancel.   When I go to cancel they basically said too bad, you signed a year long contract and have continued to charge me even though I ported all my phone numbers back to old service provider.  I run a sales organization and lost a lot of business because my reps couldn't text customers.  What a waste of time and energy and not to mention 5 months of charges (over $2,000). DO NOT GO WITH THIS PHONE PROVIDER!!!

They didn't solve nay of my problems

Our Number Operations team has been thoroughly communicative with you throughout the carrier slowdown. The carrier had a handful of rejections surrounding their privacy policy and opt-in process. This led to delays and an A2P rejection, resulting in SMS being unable to be active in this case.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I really like using the Aircall workspace, especially the feature that allows me to send messages and view the transcript dialogues, which includes all previous conversations. This functionality is immensely helpful for compiling call summary reports, as it lets me review the details of troubleshooting sessions and conversations with the called party. The call recording and transcript options are invaluable tools in maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring accuracy in my reports. Setting up Aircall was seamless for me, thanks to the Single Sign-On (SSO) login, which made the process simple and efficient. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Aircall and would gladly recommend it to others, as reflected by my high likelihood of giving it a perfect score of 10.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I experience occasional delays or lag when connecting calls with Aircall. Although it doesn't happen all the time, when it does, it disrupts the flow of communication. Additionally, the interface could be more intuitive, as I find it somewhat challenging to access call logs or switch between features seamlessly.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aircall for ISP and client communication, benefiting from call recordings and transcripts for detailed call summary reports, which help in reviewing conversations and troubleshooting.

  ### 6. Great Online Calling and Power Dialer, With Room to Improve

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Aircall works entirely online, so teams can make and receive calls from anywhere without needing physical desk phones, the power dialer works great for outbound sales teams. It helps reps move through call lists faster and spend more time talking to prospects. Also, it automatically records calls for quality assurance, coaching, and training purposes.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

There were a lot of bugs that would require me to restart the application I would say about 10-12 times per working day, the app would also get stuck every 7 out of 10 times when trying to paste a phone number from another application, eventually slowing me down as the app would take about 10 minutes to respond again.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall was helping me go unnoticed when calling business owners from outside of my home country, giving me a US phone number and ease of use with text messages included to stay up to date with my leads also

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Very easy it is to integrate into existing workflows. The setup is straightforward, and the integration with tools like CRM systems or comm tools (Front) platforms makes it much easier to keep communication centralized. 

I also like the visibility it gives teams through shared call histories, tagging, and analytics, which helps with collaboration and follow-ups. From an operational perspective, it’s quite intuitive for teams to adopt quickly without heavy training. AI features too: call summary & topics

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Reliability can sometimes be inconsistent, particularly when call quality drops or there are delays in connecting calls. 

The structure on mapping/creating workflows is still quite manually

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting our call to the rest of the workflow, centralising communication in a cloud-based solution, which means call information, notes, and customer history are automatically synchronized to other systems

improved visibility and collaboration around customer communication. Overall, it helps streamline communication workflows and gives better insight into call activity and performance.

I appreciate the exceptional ease of use, rapid setup, and seamless CRM integrations (specifically HubSpot and Salesforce). It's easy to navigate and you. can save contact details, make a call with a touch of one button. the call transcripts are amazing in helping you see what was discussed on the call. Their customer is easily reachable and swift in assisting and their knowledge base has very useful information.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

Sometimes missed calls just appear without the phone ringing but I later found that this is a routing issue after reaching out  to their customer, they helped me with properly setting up routing and I did not have a missed call problem anymore

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall centralizes calls, contacts, and data into one platform with integrations (e.g. CRM tools) and it gives teams dedicated business numbers and centralized communication tracking.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I use Aircall for after-hours services for a Homecare Agency in the US, and it solves a lot of problems for me. It never fails to notify me of an incoming call, which is a common issue with most inbound call tools. I like Aircall because it is very accurate to the voice received and is very independent. I value the voice messaging system the most because it clearly picks up everything in the call and conveys it perfectly. The initial setup of Aircall was also very easy.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I love that with Aircall, I can text with clients while on a call, which means they can send me documents and other things I need right away. This feature saves time because I don't have to ask them to send an email or use another method. The text feature is especially valuable because it also helps me avoid being marked as spam. Additionally, Aircall provides a call summary that is very specific, which helps me remember past conversations with clients without needing to recall everything myself. The setup was pretty easy, and Aircall is super user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I don't really think I have negative things to say about Aircall. What I would really like is to have an option to call multiple numbers. If they don't answer, then go to the next one.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aircall to call different clients across states. I like that I can text clients during calls to receive needed documents, avoiding emails. It also keeps me from appearing in spam mode and provides call summaries, helping me recall past conversations.
