
Aircall was incredibly fast to implement to my team of 15+ users when the pandemic began and we needed to quickly and efficiently pivot to remote work. In my opinion, the responsive support they provided and the speed with which we were able to get our teams up and running after moving from the office to home for the first time was remarkable. We occasionally see tickets in our help desk from users who report they are receiving calls from Chinese speaking callers. The frequency hasn't been enough that it greatly impacts their productivity, but we would like to mitigate them if at all possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
