The record voicemail button and the ability to set up your own voicemail. Having the text message button is very handy as well

-When a call comes in, you can accidentally click on the lower right of the screen since there's no option to stop that pop up

-We switched to aircall since according to my manager, our previous software that we use for calls is really costly. Aircall is cheaper and has a lot more features

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

What I appreciate most about Aircall is its great ease of use right from the first time you use it. The interface is clear, intuitive, and implementation is quick, even for teams without advanced technical skills. The integrations with other tools (CRM, helpdesk, etc.) are seamless and provide a real time-saving benefit on a daily basis. The software is very reliable, and being able to use it on both computer and mobile offers real flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The point that could be improved sometimes concerns the stability of calls depending on the internet connection: there are occasional small interruptions or latency, although this remains rare. Additionally, some advanced features could be a bit more customizable to suit all use cases. Finally, the price may seem a bit high for small teams, especially if they do not use all the offered integrations.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall helps us centralize all our incoming and outgoing calls on a single platform, which avoids dispersion between different tools or phone lines. Thanks to integrations with our CRM and support tools, each call is automatically linked to the right contact, saving a lot of time and improving customer follow-up. This also reduces human errors and allows the team to have better visibility on the history of exchanges. Finally, being able to work from anywhere, without relying on a fixed station, is a real asset for flexibility and continuity of service.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I find Aircall to be incredibly easy and straightforward to set up, integrating seamlessly with my Gmail account right from the moment I signed in. The integration process was smooth and intuitive, allowing me to apply noise-canceling features immediately, enhancing my communication experience from the get-go. I value the ability to make both outbound and inbound calls, and the chat functionality that it offers is equally beneficial. Additionally, the Text feature is particularly useful for my needs, as it handles messaging efficiently. I also appreciate the Tags and Notes feature, which is extremely effective for my work because it allows me to view profiles and necessary notes effortlessly. The call system and chat system are both robust and comprehensive, covering all bases in communication. Overall, everything about Aircall, from its setup to its core functionalities, makes it a tool I am very satisfied with, evidenced by my high recommendation score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

The interface during the trial looked clean and easy to use, and the promise of a built-in power dialer seemed like a great solution. At first glance, it looked like an all-in-one calling platform that could save time and streamline outbound calling.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The biggest issue is misleading pricing and features. The basic plan does not include the power dialer, and to access it you’re forced into a 3-seat minimum plan that costs almost $250/month after taxes. Customer support is very difficult to reach, refund requests are refused, and billing practices feel unfair — including charges after cancellation and unexplained add-ons. It feels more like a bait-and-switch than a reliable service.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, Aircall did not solve any problems for me. I signed up specifically for the power dialer feature, but since the basic plan does not include it, the product became unusable without paying for an expensive upgrade. Instead of solving my calling and efficiency needs, it created more frustration with unexpected costs, poor support, and ongoing billing issues. There was no benefit — only wasted time and money.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I have been using Aircall since 2022, and although I was initially forced to use it, I liked it from the start. I got to know it at my workplace, where it was embedded in Salesforce at the time, and it immediately provided me with a positive experience. I particularly appreciate the high call quality and reliable connection that Aircall offers, which allows for professional customer conversations without connection drops. The fact that Aircall makes communication so smooth is a big advantage, as it helps me acquire new customers and maintain existing ones. The Conversation Center is an extremely useful feature that allows for reviewing conversations and providing employees with valuable feedback on their communication skills. Additionally, I find Aircall's scalability remarkable, as it is easy to include multiple employees and numbers. I really like the interface, which makes Aircall a preferred choice over other providers I have tried. I am completely satisfied with Aircall's features, such as SMS writing, call transcription, and call forwarding, all of which work excellently. Aircall is not only a problem solver but actively prevents problems, significantly easing my workday.

Aircall proactively prevents problems, offers outstanding call quality and reliable connections, ensuring customer conversations run smoothly and professionally. **What do you like best about Aircall?**

Our company has been using this app for the past two years.
I am part of the sales team, so I use it a lot daily with out customers. and I am very satisfied with it.
It has significantly improved our workflow and processes.

The app is fast and intuitive, with good sound quality. It offers many useful features that are easy to personalize according to your needs and can be implemented at any time. Since we work with international customers, I find it extremely helpful that every incoming and outgoing call is instantly categorized with the appropriate country flag.

Searching for past calls is quick and efficient, whether by date, user, number, or by simply entering the phone number in the search bar. The ability to add notes and tags to each call is a great advantage for our team and for company statistics. Assigning missed calls and forwarding calls to colleagues is also straightforward.

Overall, I am very pleased with this app and highly recommend it, especially for companies with multiple departments or international clients who use different numbers for outgoing and incoming calls.

So far, I have no particular negative aspects to point out.

Setting up new users is really easy and flawless, and overall, it's a really useful app as it is.

The mobile app didn't feel as polished as the desktop version. I often ran into lag or connectivity issues when trying to take calls away from my desk

I especially like the user interface of Aircall. It is very nice and contributes positively to the overall work experience. The interface makes my work more enjoyable and efficient by allowing me to easily access my contacts, calls, missed calls, and all other conversations I've had, thereby enhancing the user experience. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Aircall to be extremely easy, which facilitated a swift transition to using the platform.

I am somewhat frustrated by the constant updates Aircall undertakes. Frequent updates can become a bit overwhelming, and I feel that the experience would be more enjoyable if there were fewer updates.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I love how it gives a summary of everything one needs to keep on top of in the calls through the AI Insights, BANT Summary, as well as the Action Items.

The interface is pretty intuitive and easy to understand, too. 

I use it at my sales consultant role while working remotely for a company in Australia where I need to make lots of calls, and the way it makes them all organized is splendid. Its amazing how I can sit here in Pakistan and get it all done easily with the software you have setup.

The analytics feature sometimes gets laggy - which is understandable, considering the bulk of data that it contains. 

However, maybe it can do with a rework of its interface - in terms of performance as well as the overall look of it.

Also, the option to maybe make bold or italic or basic formatting for SMS texts would also be very helpful!

Outbound calls for sales tracking as well as inbound calls from our customer support helpline. 

Helping me and my team in a way that it is our literal bread and butter, haha! I'm glad my management chose this over other competitor companies.

I find Aircall incredibly easy to use, particularly for my reps who find it simple to dial out. The live view is very beneficial as it enables me to see what the reps are doing at any time. This feature helps me assess productivity and address any issues. Additionally, I value the report pulling feature, and being able to immediately see who's calling and texting us back so we can quickly pull up their account.

I would like to integrate Aircall with CRM so that I could see Aircall information within CRM. Also, I would love to have a dialer campaign feature where I could load up certain accounts and have my employees run through them. The current speed dialer or super dialer that Aircall has is not beneficial.

I like the fact that I can set all the durations and forwards to ensure that the client receives a response when they try to contact us. I was able to set the phone to ring first at one place, then at another if there is no answer, and so on until the call is answered according to availability, which is very useful for call tracking.

The startup launch must be configured on each computer, it is not included in the program.

The tools make it possible for team members who weren't on the call to review what happened and determine any additional steps needed to assist the customer. I do like the ability to take yourself off calls and be specific with the options provided.

Recently, when calls would come in, it seemed like it was a race against my coworkers to answer the call. I do think there is a feature that disables that feature, but I am not sure. I also feel like the search options interface when searching within Aircall seem to a little difficult to figure out.

Often, there are discrepancies between what information is given over the phone and what is written in an email. Being able to re-listen to older calls regarding an issue at hand have been helpful understanding how to proceed with various situations.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I appreciate Aircall's ability to allow me to make calls without disrupting my internet browsing, which is a major benefit for me. I also find it incredibly useful that I can link up to five people to the same Aircall number, enabling efficient communication. Additionally, I love how Aircall automatically displays the time zone of the person I am calling, which is quite helpful.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I sometimes encounter network issues with Aircall, which can disrupt communication. There was an instance when I tried to reach someone, and the system incorrectly indicated that I had insufficient credits, although that was not the case. However, when I tried dialing another number afterward, it went through successfully.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aircall to make international calls without disrupting my internet browsing, and multiple users can access the same call number simultaneously, extending reach effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

Its easy to use and clear in its functionality. As I use it daily it needs to be reliable, which it is. It is easy to start up and runs smoothly. The audio is always clear and loud enough.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

When changing the setting to "On Lunch" or "on a break" etc it would be super useful to have a timer so it is easily visible how long we have been on that particular setting. This would make keeping to a tight schedule much easier. After consulting many of my co-workers they all agree that this would be a massive upgrade.

Customer contact by phone is essential for excellent customer care which makes Aircall essential.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I am in sales and use Aircall integrated into Salesforce.  Aircall has made a huge impact in my productivity.  I used to make calls on a cell phone.  Now, just one click to call right from my laptop in the customer record is so much less of a hassle.  I have the app on my phone too so if I'm on the road I can still make and receive calls.  Love that everything is recorded in the specific customer's files.  It's made it possible for me to sell $1.5+ million a year with a lot less stress.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I wish we could add screen shots in the text function.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Has reduced the amount of time and keystrokes it takes for me to make a call.  The reduction of time it takes to physically make a call is a benefit but also the reduction of stress to make the phone.  I don't have to be holding my phone, looking in contacts and then dialing and then hope I remember who I talked to and what we talked about.

I like that Aircall allows me to make business calls and is available anytime, everywhere. It's always connecting with phones around the world as long as I'm in WiFi, which I find reliable. I appreciate that I can access all landlines around the globe and don't have to worry about the cost of phone calls. I also find the initial setup very easy.

There is no such thing

I use Aircall for business calls. It's available anytime, everywhere, reliably connecting phones globally as long as I'm on Wi-Fi. I can access all landlines worldwide without worrying about phone call costs.

It's smooth and tool-friendly. It's very easy to learn and maximize.

It gives us a big help to call people in a smooth transaction. The downside is when you too much used it or for more than 8 hrs continuously, sometimes it's lagging.

One example is if I missed a call from the lead. It helps me to call them back in a very easy way possible.

I find Aircall's voice quality excellent and appreciate their good service. I like that I can leave messages and voice mails, which is really handy. I trust the app, and I think that's really important. It's great that I can set my status to not receive calls when I'm on a break. The initial setup was super quick, taking only about 5 minutes.
