What do you like best about Aircall?

Aircall was incredibly fast to implement to my team of 15+ users when the pandemic began and we needed to quickly and efficiently pivot to remote work. In my opinion, the responsive support they provided and the speed with which we were able to get our teams up and running after moving from the office to home for the first time was remarkable. We had both our sales team and our customer service team set up with Aircall accounts on their Macs and mobile devices within 48 hours! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

We occasionally see tickets in our help desk from users who report they are receiving calls from Chinese speaking callers. The frequency hasn't been enough that it greatly impacts their productivity, but we would like to mitigate them if at all possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

What I like about Aircall is that it's extremely convenient when you want to select the mode to do the isolating voice. You can work with it very effectively even if your connection is kind of lagging and losing its course. It's coming down the line. You can work with it very effectively. You can access to the recordings and evaluate your calls and propose an excellent service. And what I also like about it, it is very convenient in terms of customer experience. When you use it, it's very easy, it's very practical. You can set also the timelines and etc, etc. There is a lot of good and cool features. So, thank you, Aircall. What do you like best about Aircall?

It is easy to use and I have never bumped in to any issues so it is also reliable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

I don't know if it is possible, but it would be of great help if there was a function that detects the number and who is calling. Today we name the numbers with either name or restaurant name, but if the number is not named it makes it harder for us to know/creates an extra step where we have to check and search manually for who is calling. Another feature that would be nice is if we could take notes in aircall, maybe leave a few sentences what the call was about or some helpful information that the next person could have use for, today we can only leave a TAG - a headline for what the call was regarding. • Caller identification: When contacts are saved on Aircall (or synced with a CRM) the name will be displayed. Are you suggesting something that captures a probable business name even if there was never any established contact before? • Notes on calls: In addition to tags, Aircall supports call notes/comments directly in the app (during or after a call), and those notes can sync with many integrations. If you’re not seeing Notes today, our Support team would be happy to help enable it and share a quick walkthrough.

What do you like best about Aircall?

I like that Aircall's interface is large and is a pop-up window, making everything easy to see. It allows me to quickly see all of the contact info I need to look at. I can easily hit Alt-Tab on my keyboard to switch to Aircall, helping me text customers or see my status. The pop-up window also allows one to see slightly behind it, which is helpful. I find Aircall very user-friendly, and despite never having used it before, I feel very comfortable navigating it now. It's easy to use even for someone new to the software. What do you dislike about Aircall?

The only thing that would be very beneficial is when the icon is shrunk down. When I'm not using Aircall but it's open, I wish there was a way to indicate that I was available or unavailable. Sometimes I don't remember if I marked myself available or not after I finish a task. It would be really nice if there were a red icon or a green icon to indicate my availability. What do you like best about Aircall?

What do you dislike about Aircall?

We recently switched over to Aircall from another phone platform. It’s still very new to me, but so far, I find it a bit hard to navigate. It’s not as user-friendly as I expected, and it doesn’t seem to have everything in one place like our previous system did. You have to click through several areas to find what you’re looking for, which kind of defeats the purpose of using it.
