**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I love how Aircall has simplified communication with my clients, transforming a previously complicated process into something simple, fast, and intuitive. I appreciate the ability to work as a team, as someone from my company can answer a chat for me when I'm not available. Additionally, the Aircall mobile app allows me to make calls and send messages even when I'm not on my computer, which is very convenient. I enjoy the cross-platform work it offers, making my experience simple and intuitive. The seamless integration with Salesforce is also a great benefit, ensuring everything works smoothly. The initial setup was very simple, making it hassle-free to start using Aircall. Overall, I find Aircall perfect and I am more than willing to recommend it to others, as evidenced by my 10 out of 10 recommendation score.

I liked features like the power dialer and how it made it so much easier to work in roles like sales and customer support. I also appreciated how i didnt have to manually type or copy-paste any information.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

What i dislike is mostly the inconsistent call quality. For example, some connection drops, unstable internet, and lagging or freezing.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall solves the challenges and issues of fragmented business communications and clunky phone systems. It benefits me by helping me streamline workflows and personalizing customer interactions. All of its AI integrations are also very benefitial.

I use Aircall as our primary phone system for customer support and find it reliable and easy to use. The integration tools, like CRM and helpdesk platforms, save me a lot of time. I appreciate the ease of access when calling, and its integration with our CRM or helpdesk ticket system improves our communication workflow. This makes it easier to provide timely, professional support. The initial setup was straightforward with easy-to-follow guides.

When internet is low, the voice quality is also low.

I find Aircall extremely valuable as it transforms our VoIP communication system, being the primary mode of conversation with our clients. I particularly love that it automatically saves recordings and transcripts of all our calls, which enhances our record-keeping and tracking capabilities. The user-friendliness of Aircall is another standout feature, making it simple for anyone on the team to use without intensive training. The mobile app is a game-changer, revolutionizing how we make and receive calls by offering flexibility and accessibility, especially on the go. Furthermore, the integration with multiple systems, notably the seamless connection with HubSpot, has marked a significant improvement in how we operate, creating a noticeable before and after in efficiency and effectiveness. I really love using Aircall because it is incredibly easy to use, and its user-friendly design makes navigation a breeze for me and my team. The dashboard stands out as a favorite feature due to its simplicity and accessibility, which I find very helpful for maneuvering through tasks. Additionally, the inclusion of AI capabilities is a significant enhancement that has greatly benefited team leads with agent monitoring and performance reviews. This feature allows for a better assessment of how phone calls are handled, thus aiding in performance evaluations. I also appreciate how easy it is for the agents to transfer and conduct conference calls using the app, further streamlining communication processes. Another commendable aspect of Aircall is the excellent customer support, especially from Brianna, who is always available to assist us and address any issues we encounter. Her willingness to arrange meetings if needed really adds to the overall support experience. Furthermore, the workflow feature is very user-friendly, and any issues with this can be quickly resolved with the help of Brianna. **What do you like best about Aircall?**

Aircall is the best phone app we've used here at work of the 3 different ones over the years I've been here. The shared callback list for each team is very helpful, but still has the ability to assign calls to yourself personally. It's very easy to learn to use.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I don't really have any complaints about Aircall. A few design and functionality issues I've had, I emailed support and they fixed it within a week or two! One suggestion I'd have is to have a popup for a brand new user that explains that the callback list is SHARED. We've had a couple new users close every single callback request and voicemail that didn't pertain to them and it was very difficult to try and ensure we returned all those calls. On that same note, I wish you could UN-archive a callback or voicemail ticket.

Aircall helps our team reply to customers quicker and helps us avoid double touches by using the shared inbox but being able to assign calls to yourself or to another team member.

I greatly appreciate the ease of use of Aircall, which makes the user experience very smooth and efficient. It is a tool that I primarily use to manage business calls and sort my communications through a tagging system, which proves to be very practical for categorizing calls and obtaining volume analytics. The call replay feature is also valuable as it allows for the recovery of any missed information, which is extremely useful in professional contexts. In general, everything works well with Aircall and I find that the integration with other software like Pipedrive and Modjo further enhances its value. Overall, these features make Aircall an essential tool for me, which I would be ready to recommend to any professional looking for a high-performance telephony software.

Some server bugs, where sometimes the calls don't ring.

I use Aircall for professional calls, which allows me to categorize calls with tags and benefit from telephony without a smartphone. Ease of use and smoothness are essential for me.

I like that Aircall has different ringtones, which is useful when calls come in for different departments. It helps me manage who to transfer calls to by seeing who among my coworkers is online and available.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I think the call rotation needs improvement. Some workers get more calls than others, which is not fair. It should be a balancing system to ensure the calls are split up evenly. Also, we initially tried to use Aircall's workspace, but it started not to work for us, so we switched back to the Aircall app.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aircall helps manage call volume and notifies me of missed calls. I appreciate the different ringtones and seeing coworker availability, as it aids in transferring calls to the right departments.

Makes me not work on days when there is PL football, cause it knows I will not be attentive at work and not work at all.

Now, here is the juicy part!
1. Not an ease of use tool! Does not load at all. You will have to restart the app at least 10 times a day
2. You need to have a separate tab open to make calls, even though it is integrated with HubSpot. 
3. When you click on the call icon, select a number, and it dials on Aircalls, and the call connects - this whole process takes at least 15 to 20 seconds, whereas other apps take close to 5 seconds. 
4. State retention is horrible. When I call from tab 1, the same number is reflected in tab 2, tab 3 and tab 4. 
5. I need to give permissions constantly 
6. Does not consider working hours.

The interface during the trial looked clean and easy to use, and the promise of a built-in power dialer seemed like a great solution. At first glance, it looked like an all-in-one calling platform that could save time and streamline outbound calling.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The biggest issue is misleading pricing and features. The basic plan does not include the power dialer, and to access it you’re forced into a 3-seat minimum plan that costs almost $250/month after taxes. Customer support is very difficult to reach, refund requests are refused, and billing practices feel unfair — including charges after cancellation and unexplained add-ons. It feels more like a bait-and-switch than a reliable service.

Honestly, Aircall did not solve any problems for me. I signed up specifically for the power dialer feature, but since the basic plan does not include it, the product became unusable without paying for an expensive upgrade. The fact that Aircall makes communication so smooth is a big advantage, as it helps me acquire new customers and maintain existing ones. The Conversation Center is an extremely useful feature that allows for reviewing conversations and providing employees with valuable feedback on their communication skills. Additionally, I find Aircall's scalability remarkable, as it is easy to include multiple employees and numbers. I am part of the sales team, so I use it a lot daily with out customers. and I am very satisfied with it.
It has significantly improved our workflow and processes.

The app is fast and intuitive, with good sound quality. It offers many useful features that are easy to personalize according to your needs and can be implemented at any time. Since we work with international customers, I find it extremely helpful that every incoming and outgoing call is instantly categorized with the appropriate country flag.

Searching for past calls is quick and efficient, whether by date, user, number, or by simply entering the phone number in the search bar. The ability to add notes and tags to each call is a great advantage for our team and for company statistics. Assigning missed calls and forwarding calls to colleagues is also straightforward.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I especially like the user interface of Aircall. It is very nice and contributes positively to the overall work experience. The interface makes my work more enjoyable and efficient by allowing me to easily access my contacts, calls, missed calls, and all other conversations I've had, thereby enhancing the user experience. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Aircall to be extremely easy, which facilitated a swift transition to using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I am somewhat frustrated by the constant updates Aircall undertakes. Frequent updates can become a bit overwhelming, and I feel that the experience would be more enjoyable if there were fewer updates.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Aircall to efficiently address customer service issues, provide solutions instantly by putting calls on hold when needed, and enjoy the ease of accessing contacts and call histories through its user-friendly interface.

I love Aircall's ability to integrate with other programs, which significantly expands its functionality and allows me to easily connect my work tools. It is an essential feature that helps me manage communications more efficiently. Additionally, the initial setup of Aircall was very easy, which allowed me to start working quickly without complications, something I greatly appreciate. Finally, I consider Aircall to be such a robust and useful service that I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends or colleagues, which reflects the high regard I have for this software.

Sometimes the calls are not recorded and I cannot listen to them later.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I love how it gives a summary of everything one needs to keep on top of in the calls through the AI Insights, BANT Summary, as well as the Action Items.

The interface is pretty intuitive and easy to understand, too. 

I use it at my sales consultant role while working remotely for a company in Australia where I need to make lots of calls, and the way it makes them all organized is splendid. Its amazing how I can sit here in Pakistan and get it all done easily with the software you have setup. 

PS: I operate with the name Maria Cameron here at ElectrifyMe, as they prefer Western pseudonyms instead of our own. My real name is Mominah Kamran, and I work here at ElectrifyMe on an hourly consultant role while juggling another job with S&P Global. Mentioning all this for transparency purposes since I am not public about this new role of mine yet (considering I'm still evaluating its fit in my life), but feel free to reach out if you have any questions and I'll be happy to answer those for your ease!

The analytics feature sometimes gets laggy - which is understandable, considering the bulk of data that it contains. 

However, maybe it can do with a rework of its interface - in terms of performance as well as the overall look of it.

Also, the option to maybe make bold or italic or basic formatting for SMS texts would also be very helpful!

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outbound calls for sales tracking as well as inbound calls from our customer support helpline. 

Helping me and my team in a way that it is our literal bread and butter, haha! I'm glad my management chose this over other competitor companies. 

Everything we can do at our role is because of Aircall making it easier for us.

**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I find Aircall incredibly easy to use, particularly for my reps who find it simple to dial out. The live view is very beneficial as it enables me to see what the reps are doing at any time. This feature helps me assess productivity and address any issues. Additionally, I value the report pulling feature, and being able to immediately see who's calling and texting us back so we can quickly pull up their account.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

I would like to integrate Aircall with CRM so that I could see Aircall information within CRM. Also, I would love to have a dialer campaign feature where I could load up certain accounts and have my employees run through them. The current speed dialer or super dialer that Aircall has is not beneficial.

Aircall makes it easy for my reps to dial out and offers live view benefits, allowing me to monitor productivity and address issues instantly.

I like the fact that I can set all the durations and forwards to ensure that the client receives a response when they try to contact us. I was able to set the phone to ring first at one place, then at another if there is no answer, and so on until the call is answered according to availability, which is very useful for call tracking.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

The startup launch must be configured on each computer, it is not included in the program.

I find Aircall useful for tracking all incoming calls, even missed ones, and for ensuring customer service by efficiently directing calls to the right correspondent through flexible settings.
