**What do you like best about Aircall?**

I liked a lot that we could have most of the phone features on the phone APP.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

They don't have a price for a single user.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to solve call center issues like call tracking/monitoring. As it is a 1 phone number for multiple users, it helps to be all in the same page and be handled by extensions.

What I like most about Aircall is its design; I find it intuitive and that I don't need rigorous training to understand how to configure it to my liking, or if I have a problem, how to solve it quickly.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

What I like the least are the Conversations and Calls tabs, because I have to switch between them to check missed calls and messages. I think everything should be in the same tab.

**What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not consider that Aircall has problems at the moment, however, it helps me to communicate effectively with the clients and for them to also have good communication with us.

I like how I can keep track of my calls, and specially which user made the call if some users share a number. We have it integrated with HubSpot and works well!

Many users in our company present issues with background noise, it's a bit of a pain sometimes.

I don't like that I have my own assigned number, so if I call the client once, the client will believe that is the company's number, and will keep calling me

the gap between tiers of subscriptions can be rather large for small-medium businesses needing some additional functions. can be difficult to upgrade when requirements sit in between tiers, and lower tier functionality has been outgrown.

I've absolutely loved using Aircall. It's intuitive, reliable, and has made team communication and customer calls incredibly seamless. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the integration with our other tools (like CRM and helpdesk platforms) is a game changer—it saves so much time and keeps everything organized.

One of my favorite features is the ability to tag, comment, and assign calls, which really improves internal collaboration. The call quality has been consistently strong, and the analytics make it easy to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Second, it's made tracking and managing calls much more efficient. With features like call tagging, notes, and assignments, we’re able to collaborate across teams, ensure follow-ups happen, and never let a conversation fall through the cracks.

It also helps us better understand performance and member experience through real-time analytics and call recordings. That visibility allows us to coach team members, identify trends, and continuously improve how we support people.

I haven't found any downsides yet! The AI feature advertising in-product is maybe a bit annoying, but less so than in other tools we use.

While never show-stopping, these could slightly interrupt the flow. Thankfully, recent updates have clearly smoothed these out, making the experience exceptionally reliable now.

Aircall's Power Dialer tackles the huge time sink of manual dialing and logging. It eradicates inefficient gaps between calls, solving the problem of low outreach volume. For me, this means significantly more live conversations daily, streamlining my workflow, and allowing me to consistently hit and exceed appointment setting targets by focusing on engagement, not tedious busywork.

I use hubspot and the integration works great most of the time.

I've had a good experience overall, however, there was some issues in hubspot integration where I click to call the number, and it the phone extension doesn't load within hubspot.

It's just a phone for me generally. I don't utilize a lot of its features as I'm not aware of all of them, and the phone, and power dialer are the main features i really need for my position.

The integration with HubSpot is fantastic—it makes tracking and managing calls incredibly efficient. The AI-powered summaries of transcripts have been a game changer, saving a significant amount of time by providing quick insights without needing to re-listen to calls. The setup process was straightforward, and while the free onboarding calls weren’t strictly necessary, they were helpful in fine-tuning a few things.

**What do you dislike about Aircall?**

We had a few issues early on with laptop/computer compatibility, which were mostly related to our old IT equipment and thus Aircall crashing and running slow. It wasn't immediately obvious that this was the initial issue. These were all ironed out in the first couple of weeks.

Main issue I had before is my previous provider wasn't connecting with hubspot correctly. Now it is doing that it makes it 100x easier to track productivity and customer timelines.

I like that you can pre-record voice messages so you can just select the appropriate one when you reach voicemail. Also, you can easily integrate with you CRM so you can create tags to trigger certain automations for example, a no answer message or a follow up email with information right after the call.

The most helpful feature of Aircall is being able to use it on my computer. It was super easy to install and use from my PC an integrated much more easily into my workflow than having to make calls from my phone.

Overall it works great, but I couldn't use it for a GitHub account I was trying to create. This could be an issue on their side instead, but their confirmation text wouldn't go to my Aircall number, but it would to my personal number.

I would have to swap back and forth between my phone and computer to test my Voice AI, but now I can do it all in one place.

AirCall is the best tools i used so far. It's super easy to callback client or receive call. The call are dispatched between everyone in the team. For a Customer Support, it's the best thing to have. Use it everyday and love it! We can also use it with Odoo, it's easy to setup it for everyone.

Onlything I can dislike from it it's the UI, but it's still super good.

I like that I can use it just as long as I am connected to the internet. In my country, we need to have minutes (airtime) to make calls but with Aircall, I just need internet connection and that's it.

I don't like how sometimes there is a lag in audio and echoes. It's annoying to hear yourself speak on the other end of the call.
