**What do you like best about Callingly?**

Fantastic program! Wow... This is incredibly affordable, their webhooks work perfectly with Mautic to sync with my marketing automation system. The best feature is the automatic Sales Cadence feature - It can automatically send out an SMS after the first unsuccessful call, and you can easily program a follow-up series of calls. I synced this too Mautic and then also too my CRM system and it is working brilliantly for a streamlined outbound operation.

**What do you dislike about Callingly?**

For the price, there is not too much too dislike. The tech support team also helped me out in the chat and did some free customizations for me which helped out a lot.

**What problems is Callingly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic Sales Cadence. I did not want too be limited within a SaaS platform and this was a very affordable solution that did what I wanted with phone calls sequences but also passed webhooks too Mautic too let me customize.
