The software is designed explicitly for Recruiters who want to utilize Tech to improve their business and reduce the Admin to improve their time-to-close for Jobs. The Job Flow makes it easy to keep on top of the current statuses of all Jobs. The Cards and Quickview make sure that you have all the information you require right in front of you, completely bespoke to the candidate/client/contact/job information that is most important to you. Adding Candidate or Contacts directly from LinkedIn, Candidates being automatically uploaded after applying. Interviews confirmations being sent out automatically once times are all agreed. There are so many things that Vincere.io does well, and all of these things seemed to be designed with one ethos in mind - reduce time spent of Admin, so recruiters can focus on the recruiting! ### 2. It has powerful reporting tools, which means all our manual reports are a thing of the past, replaced with automatic reporting that provides us with all the information that we need instantly. The fact that it's a cloud based solution makes it flexible for our teams across Mexico. The integration with our email simplifies the communication for our users. In all it is a very complete solution. The support is terrible: No phone support only via live-chat (which is effectively an e-mail system). They keep adding features but aren't able to fix a simple bug. All the functionality they advertise only works to a certain extent: You might get lucky and it works for you, but if you want to change anything: Oh boy, don't you dare! They keep pitching the fact that Vincere is 'fully customizable' which is as far from being true as possible. I would estimate that only 10-20% of Vincere is customizable (if at all). Uploading candidates, using Velocity to pull through LinkedIn details, and the search facility make day-to-day use very straightforward. There is an impressive selection of integrations with job boards and other software, which gets upgraded all the time. The analytics suite is superb and enables managers to gain an exciting insight into what is happening within the business in just a few simple clicks and offers the results both statically and graphically. I have found the support team very helpful, and there are online self-help videos to enable consultants to train in the less familiar areas. They have proved invaluable to me. **What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?** There are some areas I would like to see, such as a full breakdown of candidate sources per client and a little more cohesion between the client and candidate results in analytics, but I know this is an area that in development. **What problems is Access Vincere Evo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Any areas within analytics that are missing are resolvable because of the ability to download the data into Excel and reproduce from there. Whenever there is an open question you can easily find the solution in the superb Help Centre or - in case there is not a quick answer - you can contact the hard-working and extraordinary staff members which will help you find the right solution for you. With Vincere we have everything we need in one entire solution, both CRM and ATS work perfectly and can be adjusted to fit your processes and needs. Every interface inside Vincere is customizable to your needs, may it be the process itself, the names you use for employment types, all the way to how you want your documents (CVs, invoices, etc.) to look. With many plug-ins like Velocity (import of candidates from XING or LinkedIn) or TimeTemp (solution for temps and contract placements), Vincere can serve as even more than just a database - if you want you can build your entire business around the solution the team at Vincere is providing. **What do you dislike about Access Vincere Evo?** We like the suggestion tool, but at times it is frustrating to not receive any feedback except the user upvotes.
