I really like the healthy competition that OneUp Sales fosters while keeping the team focused. The dashboards are straightforward, even for someone like me, and the reporting is flexible as our business evolves. From a management perspective, it streamlines performance and tracking, which helps keep my team focused. I find it a great working tool because it offers much-needed visibility, especially when managing a team of 10 or 20 people. It's UI, whilst incredibly simple, is very effective. It translates all the necessary data into fully customizable

windows and will not flood your homepage with any data you do not wish to see.

It is also very easy to project it upon screens in the office, another feature which is fully customizable to suit the needs of your team.

I find the KPI Tracking targets and data input really helpful because it makes it easier to follow up on conversations. The display of all KPI details, NFI Targets, and pipelines is convenient because it saves the effort of working it out manually each time.
