What do you like best about OneUp Sales?

It's UI, whilst incredibly simple, is very effective. It translates all the necessary data into fully customizable

windows and will not flood your homepage with any data you do not wish to see.

It is also very easy to project it upon screens in the office, another feature which is fully customizable to suit the needs of your team.

What do you like best about OneUp Sales?

I really like the ease of the user interface, it's so easy to use and intuitive which it makes it easy to engage with the platform. I also like the ease of the reporting tools, I use this over our CRM and the gamification side of the platform has been great to use in our office for sales days and just mini daily challenges! We literally use it every day and it is constantly on our screens in the office. It was really easy to integrate into our daily practices and the team got onboard with it really quickly. What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?

I don't think there's anything I really dislike about it to be honest! Sometimes there can be a slight disconnect with some of the more complex metrics (e.g. revenue) but the team are always on-hand to support any questions or queries! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

OneUp Sales is very easy to use, as our users excel with minimal training. The metrics it gathers can be customised to match the logic we need, providing us with precise data. The scoreboards are brilliant, with different versions for our company's brands. I enjoy the gamification, which motivates staff and boosts performance. The dashboards are great for displaying key metrics clearly to every consultant daily. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM and timesheet system, providing a centralized place for all necessary data. What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?

We'd love the ability to rename columns in a report when you have multiple versions of the same column in there. Also the ability for admins to automatically have view and edit permissions on all reports and dashboards that users create would make it much easier to support the business when they have queries on their particular report. I really like the clear layout of OneUp Sales. It's great for tracking data and allows me to see my colleagues' KPIs, which helps me know where we all stand for the week. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?

It can be a bit confusing looking at all the permanent or contract billings, as it does not look very clear. When looking at the whole year and clicking on data insights for contract NFI, if it could be separated by candidate and then you click on each candidate and see their billings from there. Ease of reporting, dashboards, TV screens.

Implementation was very seamless.

When we speak to support they are aways super helpful and follow up to ensure our issues are resolved.

After an upgrade to the TV screens, we were no longer able to run them without additional cost or extra technical support.
