I really like the ease of the user interface, it's so easy to use and intuitive which it makes it easy to engage with the platform. I also like the ease of the reporting tools, I use this over our CRM and the gamification side of the platform has been great to use in our office for sales days and just mini daily challenges! OneUp Sales is very easy to use, as our users excel with minimal training. The metrics it gathers can be customised to match the logic we need, providing us with precise data. We'd love the ability to rename columns in a report when you have multiple versions of the same column in there. Also the ability for admins to automatically have view and edit permissions on all reports and dashboards that users create would make it much easier to support the business when they have queries on their particular report. I really like the clear layout of OneUp Sales. It's great for tracking data and allows me to see my colleagues' KPIs, which helps me know where we all stand for the week. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be a bit confusing looking at all the permanent or contract billings, as it does not look very clear. When looking at the whole year and clicking on data insights for contract NFI, if it could be separated by candidate and then you click on each candidate and see their billings from there.
