    "TalkDesk to us from 0 to 100 (real quick): Very easy set-up and customization. Getting started with TalkDesk was a painless process with the help of a implementation specialist. Training for my support team was minimal as the interface is so lightweight. Connection with Zendesk was straightforward and allows us to capture key metrics in both systems. The best thing, is definitely the access admins have to fine-tune their TalkDesk instance as their business needs change (even in a moment to moment basis)."

    "Cisco UCC: The highlight of using Cisco UCCX is the high customization with the product.It's easy to grow and scale the product as needed and the integration with CUCM is seamless. The program has auser friendly programming interface. Once you understand the logic it's simple to create scripts to do what you need. Once you create scripts, it is very easy to duplicate them and edit them as needed. The system is also pretty reliable as far as uptime. The system generates great reports to help you keep track on call stats for your agents. "

    "Ease of implementation and use + quick switch away from Zendesk: Coming from Zendesk to Dixa, the day-to-day job has now become much more enjoyably for our 50+ Customer Care agents. Dixa is fast, easy to use, intuitive ... things that can't be said about Zendesk. The omni-channel approach that Dixa is taking has already made the everyday job faster and easier for the agents. Setting Dixa up is a breeze, but at the same time there's a lot of advanced features that you can take advantage of. All in all we haven't regretted the move for a second. We implemented Dixa in 8 countries over a time period of less than one month. Dixa assisted with the training and we did the setup ourselves. Dixa is also very responsive when we need help...our agents use the in-Dixa-chat feature if they have questions. If we find bugs, they a quickly fixed. We would recommend Dixa to anyone looking for a tool that support the way you work! "

It has a good distribution in terms of the facilities it offers, address book, search for any contact easily and quickly that is registered in the telephone center associated with the application, you can make calls in conference, fax, voice messages , instant messages, association to different devices, VoIP phones, or diadems for calls, any type of headphones with integrated microphone. At the operational level, associate the active user with a specific pool to receive or make calls, thus having several groups according to the type of incoming call associated with the same internal number, using the same label or different labels as required.
