What do you like best about trumpet?

Before October, we had never used a digital sales room for our sales proposals, but we finally decided to make the switch. Looking back, I wish we had done it sooner. It has made our go-to-market process much more professional, given us the ability to track buyer engagement, and saved us a significant amount of time compared to our old method of using PowerPoint presentations.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

It's difficult to find any real downsides, considering how much this has improved our process. Creating new modules can sometimes be a bit challenging, but thanks to trumpets' customer support team, any issues are usually resolved within 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about trumpet?

I found it's really easy to use, not only for me but also for the users or prospects. I haven't had anyone say they've struggled logging into Trumpet or got lost in it; it's really easy to click through. Personally, what I like when I set up the pods for prospects is the ease of just creating a new pod from a previous one and updating some specifics for the proposals. What do you dislike about trumpet?

I wish when you embed an edited Gong video you could still select a summary, because some people like to read transcripts or a summary piece instead of watching the video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about trumpet?

What I like best about Trumpet is that it becomes the single source of truth for a deal.

It keeps everything a buyer needs in one spot. Mutual action plan, value story, customer evidence, recorded demos, business case. No scattered emails or files to dig through.

What really stands out to me:

Buyers actually use it. Engagement stays high because the rooms are clean and easy to navigate.

It naturally drives multi-threading because new stakeholders can jump in and get up to speed fast.

The page-level insights help me understand what buyers care about so my follow-ups stay sharp.

It makes the entire experience feel more organized and professional for both sides.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

I honestly don’t dislike much about Trumpet.

If I had to point to something, it would be the learning curve in the first week. Getting the layouts right and finding my personal style for each room took a little trial and error.

Our enablement team partnered with their implementation team and did a wonderful job setting up templates for us to leverage. Cutting down the time it takes to create a deal room. What do you like best about trumpet?

I have found Trumpet to be incredibly valuable in my sales process. Its digital evaluation space is fantastic for sharing clear product screenshots and videos with prospects, centralising all necessary information for the buyer journey, including pricing and onboarding details. Transitioning from clunky sales decks, Trumpet has saved our sales team a lot of time by replacing outdated methods. The ease of setting things up is remarkable, managed primarily via Google Chrome and it takes just about two minutes. The shared space on Trumpet allows seamless access to team assets and templates, making onboarding straightforward without building from scratch. Trumpet's tracking feature is incredibly useful, allowing me to see when prospects are engaging with the materials I've built, helping me focus on engaged buyers. The automation in creating sales proposals saves time and has modernised our sales process, making it more sleek and digitised. Additionally, I love the template saving and quick creation of new pods for companies. The ability to add and screen record demos to showcase our product PayFit and the flexibility to build assets as the buyer journey progresses stands out. Trumpet has also helped me sell more efficiently and reflects well on our company as a forward-thinking tech business. Overall, Trumpet brings immense value as a modern sales tool. What do you like best about trumpet?

This platform provides my organisation with a unified client experience, guiding clients seamlessly from Prospecting and Sales through Onboarding and into ongoing servicing. Having one easy-to-use and customisable system is a significant improvement over our previous approach, where we relied on multiple tools throughout the client lifecycle, resulting in a fragmented experience for our customers. What do you like best about trumpet?

trumpet brings together all the key information for relevant stakeholders within a single ecosystem, which saves a significant amount of time by allowing you to answer questions simply by sharing a link. As a result, involving all necessary stakeholders becomes much easier, which helps improve both the sales process and the overall customer journey.

Additionally, trumpet’s high level of customization makes it very user-friendly, enabling you to create personalized environments for each prospect and customer.

What do you dislike about trumpet?

At the moment, there isn't anything I would immediately want to change or that I find unsatisfactory. However, it would be very helpful to have integrations with CRM systems, so that, for example, the status of a pod could update automatically when a deal is marked as lost or won. What do you like best about trumpet?

I really appreciate how simple it is to use and set up Trumpet. Publishing and updating content happens quickly and in real time, making it easy to share information with my customers. The platform is very user-friendly and intuitive to navigate, which makes the whole process smooth. My customers can also share the content within their own company, ensuring everyone is kept informed about the topic. I find it helpful that I can track how the content is being used, which helps me avoid the hassle of sending multiple emails that might otherwise get lost in inboxes. I use Trumpet for all my Opportunities, and it also helps me identify other stakeholders involved, something I might not discover until much later without this tool. The integration with Slack or Gmail is especially useful, as I receive instant notifications when someone joins Trumpet, asks a question, or leaves a comment in the chat bar. This keeps me updated on every interaction. Whenever I have questions or can't locate something, the Trumpet support team is fantastic, they respond promptly and are always friendly and professional! I’m really impressed by how much customization and personalization this offers. It’s extremely helpful, particularly when there are changes in roles or when new team members join a deal. What do you dislike about trumpet?

There isn't really anything I dislike about this product. I'm especially looking forward to the addition of backgrounds to the video feature. While it's easy enough to work around this for now, having the ability to simply record and go would be incredibly convenient. The customer service is outstanding, and the response rate remains excellent even after the trial period.
