## trumpet Reviews
 ### 1. Streamlining Client Collaboration Made Easy

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranjal D. | Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like most about Trumpet is how it streamlines the buyer journey with personalized digital sales rooms. The platform is very intuitive to use, and features such as content tracking, engagement insights, and centralized document sharing make collaboration far more efficient. It’s helped cut down on unnecessary back-and-forth while providing clearer visibility into client engagement, overall deal progress, and what’s resonating with buyers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One challenge I’ve noticed with Trumpet is that some customization options can feel slightly limited when trying to tailor sales rooms for different client use cases. Also, for new users, it can take a little time to fully explore and understand all the features available on the platform.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps solve the problem of scattered client communication and disconnected sales resources by bringing everything together in one centralized digital sales room. It has made collaboration much smoother, improved visibility into client engagement with its analytics, and reduced the time spent on repetitive follow-ups. Overall, it has helped create a more organized, efficient buyer experience.

 ### 2. A gamechanger for sharing marketing and sales collateral with prospects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annette B. | Senior Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

As a marketer, what I like most about trumpet is how it lets us turn our collateral into something that actually feels considered when it lands with a prospect: branded, on-message, and cogent rather than a string of attachments and links. The templates and reusable content blocks make it easy for the wider team to stay consistent, and being able to see what's actually getting engagement helps me work out where to focus effort next.
Vicki and the team have been brilliant too - quick to reply, full of practical solution whenever asked, and offering up suggestions regularly.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Next to nothing! Putting a pod together from scratch can take a bit of time when you're customising heavily, though once you've got a few templates set up it gets much easier. Library organisation could be a touch tidier as things scale, but nothing that's got in the way of actually using it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing trumpet has solved for us is fragmented content and patchy visibility. Before, our materials lived across email threads, decks, and shared drives, and we had little sense of what was actually being engaged with.. The HubSpot integration has been a real boost on top of that, tying pod engagement back into the marketing funnel so we can see what's genuinely moving deals along. As a busy scaleup, we're just starting to dip into the new AI tools trumpet has rolled out, and we're excited about the time those could save us going forward.

 ### 3. Streamlined, Customer-Facing Sales Rooms with Strong Integrations and ROI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah L. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like best about Trumpet is how it centralizes and streamlines the entire sales engagement experience into a single, customer-facing workspace. The UI/UX is clean, intuitive, and makes it easy to create personalized sales rooms that bring together everything a prospect needs-messages, assets, proposals, and next steps-in one place.

The integrations are a major strength, especially with CRM and sales tools, which makes it easy to keep everything in sync without manual updates. Performance-wise, the platform is smooth and responsive, even when managing multiple active deals or rooms at once.

From an ROI perspective, Trumpet has helped improve engagement rates and deal velocity because prospects have a clearer, more structured buying experience. Instead of scattered emails and attachments, everything is organized and accessible, which reduces friction in the sales process.

The AI and intelligence features also add value by helping personalize content and structure sales rooms based on deal context, making outreach more relevant and tailored. Support has been responsive and helpful, especially during onboarding and setup.

Overall, it improves how I present, collaborate, and close deals by making the sales process more interactive, organized, and efficient.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

What I dislike about Trumpet is that while it’s very strong in creating structured sales rooms, it can feel a bit limited in customization depth once you want more advanced layouts or highly tailored branding beyond the standard templates.

The setup process is generally smooth, but there is a bit of a learning curve at the start when figuring out how to best structure rooms for different deal types.

Integrations are solid, but in some cases I’ve found syncing with certain tools could be more seamless or offer more real-time updates without manual checks.

In terms of performance, it’s usually stable, but when managing multiple rooms or heavier content, it can occasionally feel slightly less responsive.

The AI/personalization features are useful, but still somewhat basic-there’s room for stronger automation or smarter recommendations to reduce manual setup further.

Overall, it works very well, but I’d like to see more flexibility, deeper automation, and continued improvements in scalability for larger or more complex sales processes.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet is solving the problem of fragmented and unstructured sales communication by bringing everything into a single, customer-facing workspace. Instead of juggling emails, attachments, documents, and follow-ups across multiple tools, I can centralize all deal-related content in one sales room, which makes the buying process clearer for prospects.

It also addresses the issue of low engagement and slow deal progression. By giving prospects a guided, interactive experience with all relevant information in one place, it reduces friction, improves clarity, and helps keep deals moving forward faster.

From my side, the benefit is improved efficiency and higher-quality interactions. I spend less time chasing information or sending repetitive follow-ups, and more time focusing on meaningful conversations. It also improves visibility across deals, making it easier to track engagement and understand where each opportunity stands. Overall, it leads to smoother collaboration, better buyer experience, and faster deal velocity.

 ### 4. Intuitive Signal Tracking, Ideal for Sales Qualification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thibaut S. | CEO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really appreciate the Data insights and signal part of Trumpet, as it helps me understand which buyers are genuinely interested in working towards a deal and which are not. This is really interesting to me. The ability to give homework assignments to prospects and observe their clicks and interactions within the room allows me to gauge the energy of a deal. Trumpet is a huge time saver since it helps me focus on opportunities that are likely to close. Additionally, the setup is really simple, and the onboarding is super straight to the point, making it quick and easy to send the workspace to my customers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing, it's really a great tool. Everything was really simple so no complaints so far.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to understand buyer signals, which helps me disqualify unqualified prospects. It focuses me on opportunities likely to close, saving time and ensuring I work with serious buyers.

 ### 5. Centralizes Sales Processes, Game-Changing Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana D. | Senior Technical Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I find the analytics in Trumpet to be game-changing, offering data from the buyer's side that we have never had before. This includes insights on who has viewed the pod, total stakeholders shared with, which pages are most engaging, and identifying new contacts for our CRM. The integration with Hubspot is particularly convenient, allowing us to see insights directly in our CRM. The Trumpet team is also very receptive to our feedback, and they've delivered many features based on it, significantly enhancing our experience with the product. Setting up Trumpet was pretty simple, especially with the help of their customer success team, who made the process smooth and helped us optimize their offerings for our needs.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

With Trumpet, when it's used, it works. Like with any new tool, our largest hurdle at Hubspot is the initial ramping period and adoption. The Trumpet team is proactive when it comes to opportunities to engage our reps, but we are hoping for higher usage. One more thing we would ask of Trumpet is the ability, as an admin team/sales management team, to see our weekly and monthly active usage in a self-serve environment, so we can better assist our user base.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet centralizes sales and CS content, preventing fragile manual docs and increasing engagement. Its reports offer insights into buyer activity, improving service. Integration with HubSpot enriches internal processes. Additionally, Trumpet aligns with buyers’ preferences, enhancing customer delight and experience standardization.

 ### 6. Intuitive, Trackable Content Sharing—Setup Can Be a Bit Tedious

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan M. | Enterprise AAE , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet is a great tool for showcasing material without the heavy lift of sending lots of collateral over email. The UX is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the wide range of integrations makes it simple to embed calls from platforms like Gong.

The engagement tracking is especially helpful for understanding who is opening the data centre and when they’re doing it. I also find it really useful to be able to see how different pods are performing across the company.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The initial process of building trumpets can be a bit tedious, especially when I’m making custom ones for clients and tailoring them to their needs. Still, that’s just the nature of the game.

If we could integrate Gemini / an AI assistant to help build, that would be very useful

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allows you to keep track of everything you share in one place and not in long, heavy email chains. You can tag and push individuals to get things done within the trumpet, which is also very helpful.

 ### 7. Streamlined Sales Decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uzair S. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It helps ensure that the organisations we’re selling to—and all departments involved in the decision-making process—have clear next steps in place, with information that’s easily accessible. Makes decisions more helpful, and you can easily see who has accessed the information, and you then know what's required from yourself, the sales person, to target and cover with the prospect. For example, if the accounts person is yet to review certain information on the portal, you can chase this up, or do it via reminders from Trumpet.

It's super easy to build a pod once you have a base template made, and you can easily adjust everything to suit who you're selling to best. Trumpet even automatically brands the Pod (portal) with the customers brand saving you time from having to do it yourself.

The onboarding process was quick and easy. Vickie has been extremely helpful with great response times to any queries we have as an organisation.

Also, integrations with products like Slack and Outlook make it so much easier to know what's going on with your deal.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Although the insights are amazing and very detailed, it could go one step further with the ability to see how they're interacting with the pod live.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We as an organisation sell to law firms who have many departments, and key decision makers in different offices. An email may be lost, but Trumpet brings everything into one place and makes it much easier for everyone to review. Emailing and having different threads with different departments becomes an issue as when companies are reviewing several providers, information can be lost.

 ### 8. Trumpet is a game changer for our GTM teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawrence S. | Head of Buyer Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The suite of AI now embedded within Trumpet is great-they very much delivered on their roadmap promises

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Now that the suite of AI is embedded within Trumpet the next area I’m looking forward to arriving is the enhanced integrations as we look to integrate with Claude.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Async selling and multithreading - trumpet allows us to 'sell whilst not in the room' but do so in a way that enables and engages the buyer and allows us to multithread. It creates and engaging experience and allows us to nurture opportunities along the whole sales/buying cycle. It also provides analytics to allow us to assess deal health and also monitor which content is being engaged with by our prospects and each persona. We're also using it post sale too, creating a consistent experience for onboarding clients once contracted. We are also using trumpet for internal enablement by creating training pods for our own teams to access.

 ### 9. Centralizes Content with Smart Engagement Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samyuktha N. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet to keep track of all my emails and content in one repository. It centralizes everything, and the engagement tracking gives me clear visibility into what’s happening on the customer’s end. I especially like being able to track buyer behavior and the related metrics, such as who opened something and how long they spent on a piece of content. Overall, it helps me stay in control of async selling and respond more intelligently with real context, instead of just guessing. Their team is really supportive and the pricing is not so much

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Setting up the entire thing takes up time; templates there would help.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet centralizes my content and emails, providing visibility into customer engagement. It solves the problem of not knowing what's happening on the customer's end, enabling smarter replies by tracking buyer behavior and metrics.

 ### 10. Centralize the sales process with collaboration and flexibility, I love it!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea G. | Growth specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet allows for different collaborations within the virtual room, which means there can be different teams supporting and collaborating to make the virtual room as complete as possible. This facilitates having different points of view and ensures that the information the client can view is super robust. Additionally, it allows me to visualize all the interactions the client is having with the virtual room, not just for me, but for the rest of the team involved.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I consider it an incredible platform, I wouldn't improve anything about it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps me centralize customer information, making them feel more guided in the sales process. It allows collaborations in the virtual room, providing different perspectives and access to robust interactions, improving the experience for both me and my team.

 ### 11. Seamless Sales Automation with Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really appreciate Trumpet's ease of use and the seamless integrations it offers. These features simplify my digital sales room processes and streamline the way I prospect new logos. Trumpet collates resources into an easily digestible format, which is incredibly helpful in communicating with prospects effectively. Additionally, it takes on the role of selling when I am not directly speaking with prospects, which is a significant advantage. The initial setup of Trumpet was super easy, accomplished quickly at an admin level. I’m impressed enough to give it a rating of 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I find that sharing pods within Trumpet could be easier. It's somewhat cumbersome to share pods with teammates, and it would be beneficial if it were more straightforward for them to duplicate my pod. Additionally, the process of making templates could be improved to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to easily collate resources in a digestible format, enabling sales even when I'm not present. It integrates well with other tools, simplifying my digital sales process and prospecting.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet! Welcome to the band 🎺

 ### 12. Makes buying easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harley P. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like how Trumpet gives me a central place to keep all my demos and resources, like pricing and case studies. It acts as a mutual action plan that makes the buying process easy. It looks super professional and provides awesome account maps. I appreciate that customers have everything in one place, they can share it, and I can see who's engaging, which helps me create account maps. The integration with Consensus works amazingly because I can embed Consensus interactive demos inside my deal rooms, so buyers have everything in one spot. Trumpet gives them key resources like pricing and case studies, while Consensus demos allow stakeholders to learn about the product asynchronously. The initial setup of Trumpet was easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I wish it could find more leads automatically with the account map, it finds some but not always my ICP.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to manage deals with a central hub for demos and resources, making the buying process easy. It looks professional, includes awesome account maps, and helps me see who’s engaging, which keeps deals moving when I'm not on calls.

 ### 13. Easy to Use, Customizable, and Fast to Launch from HubSpot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is easy to use and customizable. It’s especially convenient that I can spin it up quickly directly from my CRM, HubSpot. As a busy Account executive, I appreciate being able to set up a room fast without wasting time clicking through a bunch of buttons. It also helps me follow up right after a call before moving on to the next one, which saves me a lot of time and gives me something professional to present to my prospects. On top of that, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike! If I had to point to a "next phase" for our usage, it would be deeper automation. It would be incredible if Trumpet could feed data directly from the CRM deal record to auto-generate customized, deal-specific elements inside the room; like executive summaries, prospect challenges, and pain points. To be fair, Trumpet likely already has this capability, and it's simply a matter of us fully implementing those specific tools internally.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves the problem of scattered sales materials and opaque buyer behavior. I use it to centralize all of our resources, track exactly how customers are engaging with them, and manage deal progression effectively. It provides a single, unified hub to lay out clear next steps and easily involve multiple stakeholders in the buying process. Because it integrates directly with my CRM, I can facilitate rapid, customized follow-ups without the usual administrative headache, ultimately saving me time and keeping deals moving forward

 ### 14. Effortless Communication and Customization with Trumpet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant N. | Mid-Market Account Executive - UK & IE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is easy to set up. We've built a template as a company, and it's easy to replicate the template across new opportunities. I can then personalize it using some AI capabilities. It allows me to have all types of information from PDFs to links, share documents, videos, snippets, and more. I also appreciate how it helps me share resources following conversations, and see when my prospects are logging in and viewing certain materials. It's been helpful to move deals along as well.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don't really have too much, to be honest. I think maybe some of the fonts or the formatting when you put in the company kinda has some interesting fonts. I think the AI generator where it pulls in images sometimes the images make the text hard to read. But other than that, it serves its purpose.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet lets me share resources after conversations, like videos, notes, pricing, and more, improving communication with customers. It's helpful for moving deals along and seeing when prospects view materials.

 ### 15. Simple, Ad-Light Interface That Makes Conversations Feel Genuine

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krithik M. | Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The interface is simple, posting feels quick, and it’s easier to have real conversations without getting buried under endless ads and algorithm spam. I also like that the community still feels smaller and more direct, which makes interactions feel a bit more genuine instead of just chasing engagement all the time.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One downside of Trumpet is that the platform still feels relatively small, so engagement can be inconsistent depending on the topic or community. Sometimes the content feed feels repetitive, and discovering new people or active discussions is not as smooth as larger social apps.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps create a more focused and less noisy social experience compared to larger platforms where everything feels driven by algorithms, ads, and viral content. For me, the biggest benefit is that the platform feels simpler and less overwhelming, which makes social interaction feel more genuine and less performative.

 ### 16. Streamlined Onboarding in One Place, but Customization and Integrations Feel Limited

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like most about Trumpet is how it brings customer onboarding and collaboration into one place, making it simple to create personalized, interactive experiences for clients. It streamlines communication, keeps everything organized, and makes the overall process feel more efficient and engaging for both internal teams and customers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One downside of Trumpet is that it can feel somewhat limited when it comes to customization and integrations compared with more established tools. There can also be a slight learning curve, especially when you’re setting up more advanced workflows.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet addresses scattered communication and slow, unorganized sales and onboarding processes by bringing everything—content, conversations, and next steps—into one centralized, interactive workspace. For me, this makes it much easier to manage client interactions, keep everyone aligned on what’s happening, and track engagement in real time. Overall, it saves time, improves efficiency, and helps move deals forward or onboard customers faster.

 ### 17. Modern, Sleek, and Surprisingly Deep—Backed by Solid Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke G. | Customer Sales Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet support has been amazing, anytime I've had a question or query all it takes is a brief reach out before I've got some time booked. The tool is modern, sleek and has surprising depth to it, over the last couple months I've been using it I've always found something new to implement or try out. A seriously solid tool and one I can wholeheartedly recommend.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

So far, aside from the minor bug here and there, there's really not much about Trumpet that's not to like, on the rare occasions I've had a small hurdle to cross or struggle to understand how something works exactly all it takes is a quick message to representatives and I'm back on the go.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helped in my discipline specifically by allowing us to create bespoke and unique to customer mini sites that they can glance through or read in depth if they'd prefer. The customisation options and sheer volume of unique widgets/structures you can create really assist in the creation of those customer facing pods. Once you've got a decent grasp of the software putting together templates, pods or widgets becomes very much like a "lego" experience, you build what you need, keep it updated and then pop what needs to go where together, it's seamless and quality.

 ### 18. A centralized hub that has transformed our buyer experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janet B. | Enterprise Sales Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

We’ve been using Trumpet for a few months now, and it has completely streamlined how we manage our deal rooms. It allows me to keep every essential piece of information in one centralized 'point' for my prospects and customers, eliminating the need for scattered email attachments.

Our prospects have specifically mentioned how much they appreciate having a single source of truth for our partnership. They use the pods frequently, which gives us great insight into their engagement. To top it off, the customer service team is exceptional—always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for any sales team looking to level up their professionalism.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I can't think of anything at this point!

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Problem: Sales deals often get lost in 50+ email threads filled with outdated PDF attachments and expired links

The Trumpet Solution: It creates a single "Pod" (Digital Sales Room). This acts as a centralized "source of truth" where a prospect can find every document, Consensus video, and message in one link. As you mentioned, it keeps everything "essentialized

 ### 19. Efficient customer communication, learning curve at the beginning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher H. | Account Executive 3 Medium Business, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I still like it very much. I especially appreciate that Trumpet helps to avoid a lot of email communication with customers because everything can be supplemented centrally in the virtual space. Additionally, I value that the content can be kept up-to-date and interactive at any time – this conveys a very modern, professional process to the customer.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

At the beginning, Trumpet was not entirely self-explanatory for me. Therefore, a better onboarding (e.g., short guided tours) and clearer best practice templates for typical setups would be helpful. The initial setup could also be a bit more intuitive and faster – but once everything is set up, it runs smoothly.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

trumpet reduces email traffic by adding everything in the virtual space and offers a modern, interactive process.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Christopher, thanks so much for sharing your positive review of trumpet. We're so glad to hear that it helps to give prospects a clear overview of your product, it's so important! Thanks for being in the band 🎺

 ### 20. Efficient Evaluation Management with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is intuitive, allowing me to create templates and easily reuse them for any evaluation and any client, making tweaks when needed. I love the 'hide' feature so I don't have to delete elements I want to use later on, but can make them invisible to the client. I also love the insights section and email notifications when people are engaging with my Trumpet. Templates make me more efficient in creating new Trumpet rooms, the 'hide' feature does the same so I don't have to recreate elements later on, and the insights section lets me know when a client is or isn't engaged. It helps me spend time in the right areas and opportunities. It's integrated with my HubSpot account, so I can work an opportunity there and easily jump into the Trumpet room to edit it. The initial setup was very quick.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I would like for trumpet to notify the client when I make updates -- or allow me to send email notifications with notes when I'd like, so I don't have to also email the client telling them I made certain edits.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to create evaluation workspaces, making it a one-stop-shop for resources and tracking. It helps establish mutual accountability and keeps everything organized in one spot, eliminating messy emails and aiding in progressing evaluations smoothly.

 ### 21. Transform Project and Sales Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel M. | Senior Sales Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like the ease of creating customized rooms for each client, which helps give them the feeling that the opportunity and the space are theirs. This links it to Remuner and seems to please the clients a lot, as they can have all the information organized and clear in one place. I also value the analysis of the people who visit the space, as it allows me to see who is reviewing the information, the time they spend on it, and what they attribute more value to or what generates more doubts. This is important to determine the interest and commitment of the potential client with the opportunity.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don't like the chat and comments section. I prefer to do it by email because I like to have all the questions in the email thread, meetings, post-meeting emails, etc.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Trumpet, I document projects from the discovery call to the closing, track the sales process, and keep clients informed. We personalize opportunities for each client. I analyze interest and map the people who view the space, seeing what they value most.

 ### 22. Streamlined Outreach with Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyansh J. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like the stakeholder mapping feature in Trumpet because it's super easy to use. Another great aspect is the integration capability; I can integrate it with anything in my tech stack, whether it's my CRM like HubSpot or my calendar tools - it's pretty much integrable with everything. I also love the ability to personalize my deck however I like it. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy for me because the customer service team was really helpful and did most of the heavy lifting.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I feel the UI/UX needs a little bit of enhancement in terms of making any changes, to make it a little bit less clunky and more fluid and easy to edit the deck or the pods.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to identify hidden stakeholders, synchronize communications, and spot deal risks, which helps cut sales cycle time. It's easy to map stakeholders, integrate with my tech stack like my CRM, and personalize my presentation decks.

 ### 23. Streamlined Deal Management with Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shikha A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how trumpet offers transparent and optimized deal management, bringing all the necessary details and assets on a single platform to aid the buying team in decision-making. Tracking who’s opened the pod and identifying what prospects are looking at, as well as if they share it with others, helps in identifying new members of the buying committee. The mutual action plan is great for always setting a concrete, actionable next step and keeping conversations warm and ongoing. I'm impressed with the UI, which was great and easy to learn, and setup was very easy with a helpful team. trumpet brings all my siloed deal-associated workspaces together, helping me focus on things that matter rather than cleanup. The integration with Salesforce was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I couldn't think of anything major, but maybe gamifying it a little bit more for our sales team could be an improvement. Having a mobile app to make quick edits on the go and having more targeted notifications would also be beneficial.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet gives me visibility into deal interactions, helping manage stakeholder conversations and reduce ghosting. It brings all deal details together, making sales conversations more consultative. Features like pod tracking and mutual action plans keep prospects engaged and accountable.

 ### 24. Streamlined Deal Management with Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khalil C. | Scientific Inside Sales Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet for moving deals forward with their buyer signals AI. I like that it helps surface signals during deals that would often go missed, creating context around the time spent off-calls and understanding what the buyer might be thinking when we're not directly interacting. I appreciate the AI CMS feature that recommends content to share with prospects, and I find the prospect tracking inside the deal room very helpful. The integrations with Hubspot are also great. Trumpet makes working on a deal more streamlined and provides context on next steps, reducing guesswork around closing deals or mitigating deal risk. The UI and ease of use are major pluses; it's faster, better organized, and less cumbersome compared to our previous tool. The initial setup was very easy, and after uploading everything into the CMS, everything went smoothly.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Pandadoc integration is in the Scale tier, otherwise every integration we need is available in Pro

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to move deals forward with its buyer signals AI, surfacing critical signals during negotiations. It streamlines deals, provides context for next steps, reduces guesswork in closing deals, and integrates well with Hubspot.

 ### 25. Modern, Easy-to-Use Deal Insights with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

trumpet helps me to understand which deals I should be prioritising and what my stakeholders are engaging with in between meetings and during the evaluation process. It's a way for me to get my voice in the room whilst I'm not with them. The Insights are so helpful and I feel more confident when forecasting, rather than relaying on gut instinct. It's easy to set up a pod once you've got a template and my prospects are enjoying the experience. It looks modern, the UI is easy on the eye and is easy to use. The HubSpot integration is especially good compared to other Sales too. Not to mention the outstanding support from the trumpet team.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It would be good if there were more automations but I've heard that's coming. Otherwise, nothing to comment so far.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to forecast more accurately, especially with the HubSpot and Gong integrations. It's been very interesting to finally understand what prospects are engaging with and I am able to tailor my approach as needed. It's also helped me uncover a few key stakeholders in deals, which is a nice bonus.

 ### 26. Highly Effective for Customizable Sales Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet because it helps me manage my sales deals by consolidating all the necessary information, documents, and planning into one space. It solves the issue of knowing whether my customers are engaging with the materials I send, as it allows me to keep track of who's opening and reviewing my documents. This way, I can ensure that the deal is active even when I'm not directly involved. I really enjoy the ease of use and the customizable features Trumpet offers, making it easy to tailor to my needs with minimal effort. I can quickly use templates to save time and then customize further if required, which is great for maintaining a scalable approach. I also appreciate the chat feature and the digital sales rooms, which facilitate better communication and streamline my workflow. The training provided by Trumpet was straightforward, requiring only an hour to get the sales team up to speed.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It's not that easy to add documents, I believe this can be smoother and faster. It feels like too many clicks.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to monitor if my customers open shared documents, track deal status, and organize sales information in one place to keep everyone aligned and deals active when I'm not present.

 ### 27. Unified Resources, Somewhat tricky to learn

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that my customers get better engagements with our materials because Trumpet is a one-stop place to find everything. My customers are not having to go to a lot of different areas to connect the dots on all the things we've talked about and shared, which pulls everything together nicely. I also appreciate the reporting analytics from Trumpet, as the insight allows me to tailor my follow-up questions and conversations.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The drag and drop editor and the ability to correctly link videos and documents using the right widget is pretty clunky, and it hasn't been the best experience. It took a while to figure out how to use it. It was not the most easiest tool to learn, although there were plenty of resources shared, it had somewhat of a clunky interface.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to aggregate resources and call recordings, solving the issue of scattered emails and helping clients see what's next and remaining in the process. It improves customer engagement by providing all materials in one place, aiding in understanding client interests through analytics.

 ### 28. Effortless Deal Progression and Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salim J. | Senior Account Executive II - Canada Direct (Mid-Market and Enterprise), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is easy to use and customizable. It's really convenient that I can quickly spin it up directly from my CRM. Being a busy executive, I appreciate how I can quickly set up a room without spending too much time clicking buttons. It helps me follow up after a call before moving to the next one, which saves me a lot of time and gives me something professional to present to my prospects. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Honestly, there's nothing much I can think of. I think, like, as a next phase, and I think this is part of how we've implemented Trumpet. If you can if it can feed directly from the deal record, and customize like, auto generate certain things that are tailored to the deal. Like a executive summary, like challenges, pain points, that would be amazing. I think it already has that, but we haven't implemented those tools internally.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to centralize resources, track customer engagement, and manage deal progression effectively. It helps lay out next steps and involve stakeholders. It's easy to use, customizable, integrates with my CRM, and saves time by facilitating quick follow-ups.

 ### 29. Streamlined Asset Management, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** stephen C. | Mid-Market Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how well Trumpet looks and how it's very presentable to organizations. I love how you can brand it to their colors, making it feel like something they own rather than something you're pushing from your company to them. I also love the alignment it creates between my champion and myself, along with uncovering other decision makers in the buying process that I may not have had access to or even known were evaluating our software. It helps uncover all the stakeholders all at once. As a client, I wouldn't want to keep up with all the attachments, proposals, and historical emails on an evaluation, and with Trumpet, it can all just be kept in one spot and shared with me as we go through the evaluation.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think that the integration for our company's data into Trumpet could be better. When I go in and create a new Trumpet, I always have to go and find and input my picture, my email, my phone number, even though my profile is set up, just like the templates. I also have to do the same thing for any solutions engineers and for my manager every time. I would love for Trumpet to be linked into our calls so that when we're getting executive summaries, we don't have to do a lot of the manual activity to create these Trumpet rooms. It could all be greatly streamlined if we had Trumpet integrated into our software and the ability to use AI to create a lot of these summary points.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to keep all the assets in one place for evaluations with customers, making it easier to share with decision makers. It keeps everyone on the same page and helps me track engagement of our proposals. It's a great solution for collaborative meetings.

 ### 30. Brilliant software for improving the buyer journey and gaining insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The best thing is the insights you get. It really allows you to understand how 'real' the opportunity is. I also like Trumpet because of its customisable features and the flexibility the tool offers. It allows me to create a bespoke workplace for prospective clients, making the journey better for them. I'm also impressed with how well it integrates with tools like Loom, Gong, and our CRM system, which is really helpful. The team at Trumpet, especially Helena, was super helpful in getting us set up and involved, and she's been brilliant even after the setup.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think sometimes it can be a little temperamental. I tried using their video editing software the other day, and it didn't really work. But after a refresh, it was fine.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving the customer buying experience. I use Trumpet for centralising resources, enhancing client interaction, and improving buyer experience without email threads.

 ### 31. Verbessern Sie das Kundenengagement mit nahtloser Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan v. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

der Inhalt könnte von KI generiert sein, heutzutage ist es viel Kopieren & Einfügen von Salesforce und Gong

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 32. Boosts Sales Engagement and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garrett D. | Strategic Accounts, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I do like the templates. I like that it's pretty easy that after a customer call, I can spin off a new microsite for a net new customer or prospect, and that comes off as a very low lift for me, but also gets this over to the client in a very quick timeline so that it stays fresh. I really like that Trumpet gives me insights as to what the customer is thinking. What are they navigating to? What are they interested in most? What are the landing pages that they're assessing the most? How frequently are they accessing it? Those insights are really helpful for me as a seller to understand where their heads are at or at least get a sneak peek into where their heads are at when we aren't talking or communicating online as frequently.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think there could be some AI aspects in Trumpet that would be great. It could provide feedback on the most frequently used pages within the trumpet rooms and give insights to help refine my templates, so I can get rid of content or pages that customers don't find valuable.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to keep deals alive, engage customers, and understand buyer intent. It helps me inform customers about our processes and tools, consolidate conversations, and identify key stakeholders while saving time with templates and microsites.

 ### 33. Effortless Template Management, Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua H. | Product Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use trumpet for creating and updating templates for our go-to-market team, and I appreciate how it helps our team collaborate better and create consistency across the entire business in terms of template layout. I love how easy it is to use, which means that anyone on our team can log in and create or update templates without needing extensive or specialist training. It's also great how easy it is to access insights and support from our trumpet Customer Success contact. Having our CS contact on hand is extremely valuable and means that we can get the best out of the service as possible. The initial setup was as easy as it could be, especially considering our business setup is quite complex.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

We are currently having to store shareable documents in multiple places (within Trumpet and outside of Trumpet), so having some kind of integration between the two would be great so we only have to update a single source. We operate more on a page basis so having a way to sync updates to pages rather than individual widgets would also be appreciated. These elements are already under new development and so would benefit us immensely.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps our team collaborate better and creates consistency in templates. It's easy to use, allowing anyone to update templates without extensive training. Access to customer support ensures we maximize the service.

 ### 34. Intuitive Interface, Enhances Engagement for Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kieran W. | Senior Presales Consultant

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really find that Trumpet brings structure and consistency to how we engage with prospects and customers, which usually gets tricky with emails, calls, and different documents. It centralizes information like tailored content and roadmap updates. The user interface is very easy to use and maintain, which is great for new starters and customers alike. It's not complex or unfriendly, so people are more likely to engage with it. Additionally, we've linked Trumpet to Salesforce and it works well, and we're looking to connect it with our Teams platform too. The initial setup was very easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It would be great if we (Me and customers) could edit the same documents, we have a lot of scopes so rather than emailing versions back and forward it would be great if we could upload one document and edit the content.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to centralize information and bring structure to engagements with prospects and customers, reducing complexity from emails and calls.

 ### 35. Effortless Setup, Boosts Sales Consistency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is very easy to use and configure. It's also simple to set up, which is important for my data tasks where productivity is key. I can't spend too much time on admin tasks, so Trumpet helps me work efficiently. It allows me to configure rooms quickly and ensures I don't have to do double work, helping me work structurally. Compared to competitors, it lets us send examples of a really good customer experience, which I like. The setup for personal use was very easy, and its integration possibilities with our current ID stack offer better compliance and safety rules.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Of course, when there's changes within the business, you always need to update it. So I rely on marketing to update it for me. But sometimes, this doesn't happen quick enough. So you, of course, always need to ask yourself you cannot be lazy, but you need to ask yourself the question, is this the best setup, and is this the relevant and right context?

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet ensures my follow-ups are consistent, providing a place for all relevant information, which enhances customer experience. It boosts productivity by simplifying setup and preventing duplicate work.

**Official Response from Will Angel:**

> Hey there!

Thank you for the feedback, we'd love to dive into this further and see if we can do anything to make things easier. Feel free to reach out to me at will@ sendtrumpet.com and I will be able to help :)

 ### 36. Revolutionized Our Customer Interactions, Stellar Team Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graeme D. | Director of Sales UK&I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really appreciate the people at Trumpet. They are super friendly, supportive, and helpful. We got access to the platform before even signing up, which allowed us to test it out and see how it could benefit us. The whole team, including the engineering team, has been accommodating, particularly with our Salesforce requirements. They are always trying to meet our needs, and nothing seems too much for them to help with. I also love the customization ability Trumpet offers, allowing us to really make it our own, like branding it as room x room and adding video content, making it feel like part of our existing platform.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Definitely, the SalesLoft integration could work a bit more seamlessly.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Trumpet for creating transparency with customers, ensuring shared accountability with action plans, faster decision-making, shortening deal cycles, and maintaining continuity between sales and onboarding teams. It also helps uncover hidden stakeholders and eliminates email ping pong by enhancing direct customer collaboration.

 ### 37. Interactive Proposal Platform with Stellar Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like the analytics feature in Trumpet, which we utilize very often. It gives us the opportunity to look into who is looking at proposals, what specific areas they're looking at, and helps us inform our next point of contact or discussion. Additionally, the ability to build proposals bespoke and tailored to each individual client or prospect using different widgets, whether from scratch or using templates we've built up, cuts down on time significantly. It's also user-friendly, and I actually enjoy putting proposals together instead of it feeling like a chore.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

There have been a number of updates to the system over the last six months or so that have moved certain things around, like where you access photography, logos, certain widgets, and things. So that does take a little bit of recap and remembering where to get these things or where they're located now. But, you know, once you've done that, you do get back into the swing of things.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet for creating interactive proposals, making client engagement lively. It provides analytics on proposal interaction, guiding our next outreach. The bespoke, user-friendly design saves time and enhances enjoyment versus traditional PDFs or PowerPoints.

 ### 38. Trumpet: Streamlined Sales Cycles and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bronwen D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like the flexibility of Trumpet and the fact that you can brand it so easily. It's very responsive to changes, allowing us to develop digital deal rooms that are professional. The ability to add videos, comments, and facilitate interaction between customers and Account Executives is great. It's also a plus that you can bring in external stakeholders at any stage in the sales cycle and they are presented with a wealth of information which will speed up the buying process. The wealth of possibilities, like creating organisation charts and providing analytics, is impressive, and we're just starting to explore everything it offers. Finally, I really value the support Trumpet can provide and find it to be a much more scalable tool.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

At present, there isn't anything I dislike. It has been a very positive start and we have received great feedback to date internally on the impact it is going to have.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Trumpet offers essential AI elements that previous digital deal rooms lacked, providing valuable resources and speeding up the sales cycle. It enhances customer engagement and professionalism right from the start and is going to be extremely scalable.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the flexibility and branding capabilities of trumpet, as well as the ability to facilitate interaction between customers and Account Executives. We're committed to providing stellar support and are glad to hear that you find it valuable.

Welcome to the band 🎺

 ### 39. Intuitive Platform with Overwhelming Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emre A. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like Trumpet for its ease of use and setup. It's easy to build these pods and sales rooms, and sharing them is straightforward. Our customers give us good feedback about it, noting how easy it is to use and access. Another thing I appreciate is the excellent service provided, especially our customer success manager who is very responsive and helpful. We also receive ongoing trainings and refreshers to keep us informed about new updates. It's very well done in terms of customer success and account management.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One of the problems I see with Trumpet is that it has a lot of functionalities that we don't use, and this can be overwhelming. Although it has promising features with AI, and we have a very nice customer success manager, it still comes off as overwhelming. It would be nice to have more materials directly inside the platform to show how to use these advanced functionalities, with some knowledge sharing.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to communicate with prospects and leads, sharing assets and information in a digital sales room. It's straightforward and has easy setup and sharing. However, the many functionalities, especially AI, can be overwhelming.

 ### 40. Efficient Sales Room with Some Login Challenges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayden M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like that the templates in Trumpet are already prebuilt, which means I only need to customize a few areas. This feature allows me to manage many deals at once without spending too much time on them, giving my customers a white glove experience without having to spend white glove time. Also, the initial setup of Trumpet was very easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The biggest challenge is getting customers to log in to Trumpet and view the resources upfront. I typically have to hold the quote in there and force them into Trumpet if they want to view the quote. Otherwise, they won't look into Trumpet and log in with their email.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to consolidate all customer-facing resources into one place, creating a seamless evaluation experience. The prebuilt templates save time, letting me manage many deals and provide a white glove experience without extra effort.

 ### 41. Incredibly Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant V. | Mid-Market AE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Incredibly easy to use. After every initial call I have with a prospect, I'm able to create the room in minutes and then continuously add to it over the duration of the deal cycle. The notifications are perfect to understand where stakeholders are spending time and lead to deeper conversations the next time we meet. It gives full visibility into things I never thought I needed, and provides greater perspective into additional risk in the deal cycle to flush out earlier to win more deals, while driving further value for the prospect.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Generating a new section from scratch that is specifically asked for from the client can be a bit time consuming the first few times you do it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides visibility into where there is underlying risk in my deal. Zero engagement tells me a lot, as well as what pages people are spending time on. It helps me be more proactive in my deals and derisk earlier.

 ### 42. Easy, Fun Pods That Wow Customers and Help Track Buying Intent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff W. | Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

As an Account Executive for HubSpot, I use Trumpet as much as I can to show my customers we are organized and are different than our competitors. It's easy to spin up a pod and actually fun to create. The feedback I've received from our customers has been extremely positive: "I've never seen anything like this before!" As well, I can track usage and that's super helpful in determining the likelihood of them purchasing.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Not a knock against Trumpet - there are some buyers who don't use it. I'd say about 60% of my customers use their pod but some buyers are just set in their ways and aren't open to new ways to evaluate software.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Keeping customers organized throughout their evaluation - all supporting collateral is in 1 place.
2) I use it as a mutual action plan to ensure we are aligned on next steps and timeline.
3) I can track usage and understand the likelihood of them purchasing.
4) It differentiates us from the competition.

 ### 43. Hyper-Personalized Pods That Streamline the Buyer Journey

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

steep learning curve during initial setup, restrictive customization limits within Pods, a cluttered interface as content libraries scale, and a need for deeper third-party integrations alongside more robust analytics.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves fragmented sales processes by centralizing content into Pods. This benefits users by providing real-time engagement insights and streamlining the buyer journey, resulting in faster deal closures and improved visibility into buyer intent.

 ### 44. Beneficial for Sales Proposals and Customer Success Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadja Z. | Customer Success Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It’s been beneficial for both our Sales team when putting together new business proposals and our Customer Success team during onboarding, as well as for ongoing account management.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It takes a little while to get used to because it’s different from other platforms, but that isn’t a negative at all. Once you spend a bit of time with it, it’s actually very user-friendly.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very large number of clients, and having everything in one place has made a huge improvement in how we manage them. Before this, it was difficult to keep track of everything across multiple systems and stay organised.

 ### 45. Incredibly User-Friendly, With Phenomenal Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet is incredibly user-friendly. It’s easy to learn and navigate, and the support has been phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It might just be my lack of understanding, but it would be really helpful if there were a way to get notified when someone updates an attachment, widget, or shared page, so I can keep my personal template updated with the latest content.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining insight into a prospect’s level of interest in our solution is a game changer. The real-time alerts about activity in the pods are tremendously valuable. Just as important, having a central repository for information is much easier to manage than trying to keep track of what has been sent through email messages. It’s also easy to add new content and materials throughout the sales process, and prospects appreciate having simple access to everything without needing to dig through old emails.

 ### 46. Centralized Document Management with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent C. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I love the centralization of all documents and everything under one platform with Trumpet. It helps me because all the documents are there, making it easier for me to follow-up and track all the different touchpoints I have with my clients. I think it also creates a clear 'wow' effect for the clients, showing that the sales team spends time on their cases and pains. Also, the integration between Trumpet and my CRM, Brevo, is great because I only need to type the client's name on Trumpet, and it populates directly from the CRM, allowing me to track any activity from my client. On top of that, setting up Trumpet was super easy and takes me only five to ten minutes to create a pod.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to centralize everything, making it easier for clients to access all their documents.

 ### 47. Effortless Setup, Powerful Engagement Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoha A. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like Trumpet for its ease of setup and sharability. As a first-time user, I could set up the dashboard in just a few minutes with a few clicks. I also appreciate the ability to track visits and engagement, allowing me to share it with prospecting clients and see who interacts with it and for how long. I find these features valuable for consolidating the sales cycle within my marketing agency. Compared to the previous product I used, Aligned, I prefer Trumpet for these capabilities.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Some customizations are tough, like the header image and icons that display on it can't be changed much (at least to my knowledge)

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to consolidate the sales cycle by centralizing documentation, streamlining workflows, and tracking visits. It helps me easily share PDFs with vendors and track client engagement.

 ### 48. Streamlined Client Onboarding in One Place, but Limited Customization & Integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

how it simplifies customer onboarding and collaboration in one place, making it easy to create personalized, interactive experiences for clients. It helps streamline communication, keeps everything organized, and makes the overall process more efficient and engaging for both teams and customers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One downside of Trumpet is that it can feel a bit limited in customization and integrations compared to more established tools, and there can be a slight learning curve when setting up more advanced workflows.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves the problem of scattered communication and slow, unorganized sales and onboarding processes by bringing everything—content, conversations, and next steps—into one centralized, interactive workspace. This benefits me by making it easier to manage client interactions, keep everyone aligned, and track engagement in real time, ultimately saving time, improving efficiency, and helping close deals or onboard customers faster.

I really appreciate how Trumpet improves engagement rates and reduces the sales cycle length while increasing our average contract value. It's great for initial calls, presentations, and proposals, which leads to quicker decisions and more engagement from prospects. The tool is super interactive, and the support is amazing. I'm quite impressed with how versatile it is – you can include, present, and brand anything all under one link, making it super easy to use. It also has that wow factor, impressing prospects and leading to higher conversion rates. The setup was relatively easy, and Maddy, our CSM, was really helpful, making the setup process smooth and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Customization feels limited once you get into deeper use cases. People like the templates, but some say that advanced branding, layout control, and highly customized sales room designs can feel restrictive.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Low buyer engagement visibility
Sales teams usually don't know whether prospects actually viewed the proposal or ignored it. Trumpet gives engagement tracking so reps can see what buyers opened and interacted with.
