I like that Trumpet allows me to see when a prospect has gone in and looked at information that I've sent out to them. I also like that it allows me to have pages so that they can explore without having to navigate our website. And I like that all of the information is compiled in one spot. For example, sometimes I want to upload a live web page, but the view of it or the ability to control how big it is on the page can be difficult. Also, finding the right widget for what I'm looking for can be challenging. If I want a PDF preview versus a website preview, or a link to my calendar, without knowing the keywords in Trumpet's menu, it is not as intuitive as I'd like to search. Setting up my own Trumpet templates can be a little overwhelming, especially finding all the right widgets for what I actually need. I wish Trumpet were connected to our CRM management tool, Gong, and Salesforce. When prospects engage in Trumpet, especially the chat feature, that doesn't integrate into my CRM management tool, which misses out on insights like how conversations progressed and AI summaries. I really like the ability to embed Gong videos in trumpet, which lets clients look at previous conversations we've had. It's also great that I can upload presentation decks so everyone can view them with just an email. This helps me stay organized with the clients I work with and eliminates the need to communicate through multiple emails to different prospects. The integration with Salesforce and Gong works very well, enhancing my workflow. So far, aside from the minor bug here and there, there's really not much about Trumpet that's not to like, on the rare occasions I've had a small hurdle to cross or struggle to understand how something works exactly all it takes is a quick message to representatives and I'm back on the go. It's helped in my discipline specifically by allowing us to create bespoke and unique to customer mini sites that they can glance through or read in depth if they'd prefer. The customisation options and sheer volume of unique widgets/structures you can create really assist in the creation of those customer facing pods. Once you've got a decent grasp of the software putting together templates, pods or widgets becomes very much like a "lego" experience, you build what you need, keep it updated and then pop what needs to go where together, it's seamless and quality.
