### 1. Fantastic Tool for Streamlining Sales Outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron H. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet has been a great addition to our team’s toolkit. It’s super easy to use and has genuinely improved the way we connect with prospects. I love how simple it is to create personalized, professional documents that look great and get attention—no more fumbling with design or formatting!

I also have to give a special mention to Maddi, our customer success manager. She’s been incredible, always quick to offer helpful advice and really patient with our questions. Thanks to her support, we’re using Trumpet to its full potential. Highly recommend both the tool and the team behind it!

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

nothing, they constantly update the product

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet is solving the time and consistency issues we used to have in creating personalized outreach materials. Now, we can quickly build polished, branded documents that engage prospects, and the analytics feature gives us insights into what prospects care about most. It’s saved us time, improved our engagement, and made our outreach much more effective.

 ### 2. Incredibly Easy to Build, with Seamless Champion Enablement and Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren S. | Sales Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

An incredibly easy tool to understand and build, and the team behind it are great! Working with Vicki on standing Trumpet up for our commercial team has been so easy - always there whenever I have questions and providing so much support. I picked Trumpet up in my first couple of weeks in role and she was very patient with me whilst I got my head around everything! As a tool though, Trumpet allows true champion enablement - super easy to personalise to the rep and the customer - and a very seamless approach to quickly getting new information out to a prospect or current customer

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

There are some automations that it's currently lacking but I understand should be coming soon - there's nothing overall though.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When used consistently and properly, the amount of insight you can get on your customer and what is happening when you're not in the room is impressive!

 ### 3. Effortless Onboarding and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa G. | Project Delivery Coordinator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

We use trumpet for onboarding customers and new partners. It serves as a valuable resource for providing guidance and contact information post-onboarding. I love the ability to hide/unhide forms until required, which helps prevent customers from being overloaded with too much information or forms at one time. The feature also allows us to provide new accessible information and resources after onboarding. The help function when setting up hubs is really helpful for guidance. Bel and Maddie at trumpet are fantastic, always reaching out and supporting us whenever we need it, with quick responses and problem-solving help. Trumpet's initial setup was great, with support the whole way, and Maddie's assistance continues to be invaluable. I find trumpet help is very clear on guidance/processes, answering many of my questions effectively.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

N/A

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet for onboarding customers and partners. It provides a one-stop shop for onboarding with videos and step-by-step guides, keeping everything in one place, which helps update processes. It prevents information overload by hiding forms until needed and allows adding new resource offerings.

 ### 4. Excellent for Customer Engagement, But Lacks Project Planning Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie C. | Senior CSM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use it to track engagement with my customers, especially when it comes to the business outcomes I aim to achieve or when monitoring the progress of the outcomes realization plan I manage as a CSM. It serves as a centralized hub, making it easy to collaborate with my customers. It's also a great way to see if my renewal proposal have been viewed as well as any collateral around our academy resources or best practices!

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I found it somewhat more challenging to use when it came to project management. It would great to have more of a google sheet format (vs right now, you have to embed as a URL and some of my customer dont have google sheet in Enterprise).

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this as a centralized hub to track my engagement with customers, especially as renewals or upsell opportunities approach. Without it, important information would likely get buried in my emails, but this tool helps me stay organized and on top of action items.
It also helps me keep the conversation as strategic as possible (vs tactical).

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Stephanie and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping you to keep organised, especially around those all important renewals and expansion opportunities!

Thanks also for your feedback regarding project management. We'd love to understand more here if you are willing to share - please email vicki@sendtrumpet.com and let's chat.

Welcome to the band 🎺

 ### 5. Helps me sell in a room I'm not physically present in :)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jagrit G. | Account Executive, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2024

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It's so easy to create a pod with the customer's branding and colors, and they absolutely love it!

Adding new widgets and customizing the pod is also seamless.

Their support team is amazing, I get a response to my queries within minutes.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It doesn't integrate with our notetaker, only connects to Gong and 1-2 others, so I'm unable to utilise automated creation of pods based on my demo calls.

AI pod creation is also a possible gap.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's confusing for prospects to find collaterals and key information post a demo from multiple email threads. Things get lost.
Trumpet is helping me help my prospects find all the relevant info in 1 single place, along with a mutual action plan.
It makes it easy for the prospect to share the pod internally and I can see analytics for each and every person's engagement.
Trumpet pods are also helpful in doing a handover from Sales to CS once the prospect converts into a customer.

The performance of the platform exceeds my expectations and it's easily a high ROI tool in my stack.

 ### 6. Streamlines Complex Sales with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ainsley S. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like best about Trumpet is that it makes the buying experience feel more modern, organized, and customer-friendly. The UI is clean and intuitive, so it is easy for both our team and prospects to navigate without much hand-holding. From a rep perspective, it helps me present everything in one place in a way that feels polished and easy to use.

It has also been a strong fit from a performance and ROI standpoint. We have had very positive feedback from customers, and in some cases prospects have been impressed enough to ask what platform we use because they want to explore whether Trumpet could work for their business too. To me, that says a lot about the experience it creates. It has been an absolute hit internally, and it adds value not just as a sales tool, but as part of how we build credibility with buyers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

What I dislike about Trumpet is that some of the modules can feel a bit clunky when it comes to editing or configuring them. Most of the time it is manageable, but there are moments where making small changes takes more effort than it should.

I also wish it were easier to undo edits. Having a more straightforward way to reverse changes would make the experience feel smoother and give users more confidence when updating content.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet is solving the problem of having sales content, next steps, and key resources scattered across too many places. Instead of sending buyers a long trail of emails and attachments, it gives us one central digital sales room where everything is organized and easy to access.

That benefits me by making the buying experience feel more streamlined and professional, while also helping customers stay aligned on what they need. It saves time, reduces friction, and creates a more polished experience overall. The positive customer feedback has been a big proof point, and the fact that some customers have even asked what platform we use shows the experience is making an impression.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping to create engaging spaces for your buyers that keep everyone involved aligned and on track!

Thanks also for the feedback regarding the HubSpot integration. Would love to hear your thoughts on this to take back to the team, so please email vicki@sendtrumpet.com or come through to the in app live chat and let's chat!

Welcome to the band :)

 ### 7. All Your Sales Collateral in One Place

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yogesh P. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like the interface and the analytics. The Loom video plugin is something I personally like a lot. I can add custom Loom videos to make them relevant for the user. The analytics help me understand what pages are being engaged with and where my prospect or user is finding the most value. The interface in general helps me smoothly bring in everything in one place. The setup was fairly simple. We also had a trumpet rep walk us through the product, so it's pretty intuitive, easy to figure out, and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I wish trumpet had an AI feature or some kind of cloud capability built in or plugged in somewhere, where I could just give voice prompts or type prompts and trumpet could design the whole thing for me, including whatever collaterals are needed. If I could build the part using AI generated prompts, nothing like it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to send out proposals and information to prospects after demo calls. It helps me consolidate everything in one place using multiple formats like Loom videos, Calendly links, and PDF decks. The analytics help me see what pages prospects engage with most.

 ### 8. Creating an easier sales process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonny A. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

We've been using Trumpet to create personalised digital sales rooms, and it's been a positive addition to our sales process. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, making it straightforward for both our team and prospects to find the information they need.

The platform performs well overall, and we've found it reliable when sharing proposals, videos and supporting resources. The engagement analytics are particularly useful, helping us understand what prospects are viewing and where conversations are gaining traction.

While we've not relied heavily on integrations yet, the platform fits well alongside our existing sales process without adding unnecessary complexity. From a pricing perspective, it's delivered good value by helping us present proposals in a more professional, interactive way and giving greater visibility into buyer engagement.

The onboarding process was smooth, with plenty of support available to get us up and running quickly. The team have also been responsive whenever we've had questions or needed guidance.

The AI features are still developing, but there's clear potential, and it's encouraging to see regular improvements being made. Overall, Trumpet is a solid platform that continues to evolve, and we're happy with the value it brings to our sales process.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The UI for creating pods/rooms could be a little more intuitive and user friendly. But overall there aren't too many dislikes.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet has helped solve one of the biggest challenges in our sales process: keeping everything a prospect needs in one place. Instead of sending multiple emails, attachments and links, we can create a single, personalised space that makes it much easier for customers to engage with our proposals and supporting content.

It's also given us far better visibility into buyer engagement. Being able to see what content prospects are viewing and when they're returning to it has helped us better time our follow-ups and have more informed conversations, rather than simply chasing for updates.

Overall, it's helped us present a more professional buying experience, improve customer engagement, and make our sales process more efficient without adding unnecessary complexity.

 ### 9. Easy shared working space for clients!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanna T. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The set up was so quick with a template given to me for clients. Super easy to use to gather action items for me and my clients in one space, to assign to the client as a to do list. As well as bring in more ideas for them to look into in their own time and other modules that they could add on too. Use Trumpet daily for managing my clients and projects and quickly created many pods for multiple users in a short space of time. Any questions or issues are quickly answered by support too.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The notifications emailed to me should link directly to where the comment or text is in the pod
Sometimes it can crash when lots of items in mutual plan in pod

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the need for a shared space with clients to ensure actions are done on both sides and projects are completed on time.
As well as providing the space to inspire merchants with further ideas of what they can achieve and more modules to utilise.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Joanna and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support. We love that it's helping you with project management and organistion!

Thanks also for your feedback regarding comments and notifications. We've recently released a number of improvements to the collaboration functionality which I hope has alleviated this for you, if not please let me know at vicki@sendtrumpet.com and I'll take a look.

Thanks for being a fab band member 🎺

 ### 10. Trumpet’s Digital Sales Rooms and Analytics Are a Game-Changer for Renewals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patsy K. | Account Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

As an Account Manager running renewals and uplifts, Trumpet gives me a single, professional space to centralise everything a customer needs, proposals, case studies, pricing, mutual action plans, without endless email threads. The engagement analytics are what really set it apart: I can see exactly when a stakeholder has opened the pod, what they've spent time on, and use that as a real-time signal to reach out at the right moment. It's made my renewal conversations feel more strategic and less reactive. The branded, polished experience also genuinely impresses customers - it signals that we're invested in the relationship, not just sending a PDF and hoping for the best.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The initial setup and templating does take some time to get right- there's a bit of a learning curve when you first start building out pods, especially if you want them to feel truly customised rather than generic. It can also feel like there are almost too many options when you're starting from scratch, which can slow you down if you're in a rush before a renewal call. However we have been working with the team to build out templates to overcome this

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Trumpet, my renewal and uplift conversations were fragmented - proposals in email, supporting materials in different links, action items lost in long threads. Customers had no single place to go, and I had no visibility into whether they'd actually engaged with anything I'd sent. Trumpet solves both of those problems. It gives every account a centralised, branded space where everything lives, and it gives me the engagement data to know who's active and who's gone quiet. The benefit for me practically is that I can prioritise the right accounts at the right time, walk into renewal conversations with confidence, and present uplift business cases in a way that feels polished and easy for the customer to share internally with decision-makers. It's shortened the time it takes to get stakeholder buy-in and made my pipeline far more predictable.

 ### 11. Visually Pleasing, Easy Setup, A fundamental tool in our sales process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven E. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2023

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I find Trumpet visually pleasing and easy to use, which makes it great for our sales process and customer success / event delivery. The analytics part is a standout feature for me, as it allows us to identify hidden decision makers, blockers, and cross-sell opportunities. Setting up Trumpet was super easy; just one video and we were up and running. I really appreciate how straightforward and effective the overall experience with Trumpet is. We love it.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

If I was being picky, the user interface could be a little more robust. Sometimes when making edits at speed, version drafts are lost. I'd also like to see a more premium feel to the POD given its often giving our first impression to prospects

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet for our sales process and customer success events. The analytics help us identify hidden decision makers, blockers, and cross-sell opportunities.

 ### 12. Trumpet Puts the Buyer Experience First for Complex B2B Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourav C. | Assistant Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Buyer experience over seller convenience

A lot of sales software is optimized for internal reporting, but Trumpet feels designed around making the buying process easier for the customer.

Strong fit for complex B2B sales

For enterprise or multi-stakeholder deals, digital sales rooms make far more sense than endless email threads, and this approach fits that kind of sales cycle well.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

If a company has short, transactional sales cycles, a tool like Trumpet can end up feeling like overkill. Even people talking about it on social media note that the value you get from it depends heavily on how well it fits into your workflow and on the quality of the content you put into it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves the problem of messy, fragmented B2B sales processes.
Instead of buyers and sellers juggling endless emails, PDFs, demos, pricing docs, and follow ups across different tools, Trumpet puts everything into one shared digital workspace.

It helps companies organize complex sales conversations so deals move faster and with less friction.

 ### 13. Transformed Our Sales Process with Pods, Seamless Integrations, and Powerful AI Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronit M. | Data Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Since implementing trumpet to manage our buyer journeys, our sales process has completely transformed. We moved away from messy email threads with dozens of PDF attachments and started using trumpet’s "Pods" (digital sales rooms). It has fundamentally shifted how we present our value proposition and collaborate with champions during complex deals.

Here is a breakdown of our experience across key areas:

UI / UX
Instead of just saying it’s "easy to use," the best way to describe trumpet is that it removes all friction from content design. The drag-and-drop interface for building Pods saves my team hours each week. We no longer have to rely on marketing to build beautiful collateral; reps can simply pull in widgets (videos, mutual action plans, PDFs, and links) to create a highly personalized, stunning landing page for each prospect in under five minutes.

Integrations
The integrations are where trumpet truly becomes a powerhouse. The two-way sync with our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) is seamless. When a prospect updates a field or interacts with a mutual action plan inside the trumpet Pod, that data flows directly back into our CRM. We also love the seamless integrations with tools like Loom and Calendly—having our booking links and demo videos embedded natively directly inside the Pod keeps the buyer in one unified space without making them click away to external sites.

AI / Intelligence
One of the most unexpected benefits we’ve discovered is trumpet's AI capabilities. The AI-driven buyer intent signals are incredibly granular. The platform doesn't just tell me if a Pod was opened; its intelligence features highlight exactly which stakeholder spent the most time looking at the pricing widget versus the security documentation. The AI auto-generation tools also help us instantly spin up tailored Pod templates based on CRM data, saving us from starting from scratch.

Performance
Performance has been flawless. When dealing with enterprise buyers, you cannot afford slow load times or broken links. The Pods load lightning-fast on both desktop and mobile devices. Whether we are uploading heavy video files or embedding interactive slide decks, the buyer experience remains smooth and responsive, which makes us look incredibly professional.

Support / Onboarding
The onboarding process was remarkably structured. Instead of just handing us a login, the trumpet customer success team helped us build out our first five master templates. Their support team is highly responsive, usually getting back to us within minutes via in-app chat. The library of pre-built templates they provide also meant our reps were sending out their first Pods on day one.

Pricing / ROI
While adding another tool to the revenue tech stack is always heavily scrutinized, trumpet’s ROI became obvious within the first quarter. By centralizing all deal resources, we’ve reduced our average sales cycle by roughly 15%. The time our account executives save on manual follow-ups and formatting easily pays for the per-seat licensing cost.

Summary: If your team is still sending long emails with five different links and attachments, trumpet is the upgrade you need. It gives you control over the buyer journey, incredible analytics, and a genuinely enjoyable interface that both sales reps and buyers love.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Not applicable, I like everything about it

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The transition to a "digital sales room" model effectively shifts your sales approach from a transactional interaction to a collaborative partnership. Because all stakeholders—including decision-makers, technical leads, and finance—can access the same resources at their own pace, deals move faster and with fewer internal bottlenecks.

 ### 14. Streamlining Client Collaboration Made Easy

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranjal D. | Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like most about Trumpet is how it streamlines the buyer journey with personalized digital sales rooms. The platform is very intuitive to use, and features such as content tracking, engagement insights, and centralized document sharing make collaboration far more efficient. It’s helped cut down on unnecessary back-and-forth while providing clearer visibility into client engagement, overall deal progress, and what’s resonating with buyers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One challenge I’ve noticed with Trumpet is that some customization options can feel slightly limited when trying to tailor sales rooms for different client use cases. Also, for new users, it can take a little time to fully explore and understand all the features available on the platform.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps solve the problem of scattered client communication and disconnected sales resources by bringing everything together in one centralized digital sales room. It has made collaboration much smoother, improved visibility into client engagement with its analytics, and reduced the time spent on repetitive follow-ups. Overall, it has helped create a more organized, efficient buyer experience.

 ### 15. Easy Setup and Highly Configurable Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake C. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like most how configurable trumpet is and how easy it is to set up. I also appreciate that it gives me insight into who's engaging with my trumpet rooms, so I can better understand who is engaged and who isn't. The setup was fairly simple, and using a template to create my first room was really easy. It only took me about twenty minutes to figure out embedding things and adding widgets, which feels fairly intuitive.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing really. I think the challenges are probably made from a permissions perspective, like not being able to create your own templates would be one example. But, again, that's not an issue with the platform itself. It's just more of rules and permissions we have set up.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to host custom resources in one place, solving organization issues. It helps prospects assess our software and align on next steps, ensuring a smooth sales process with all needed information.

 ### 16. Centralized Client Communication Simplification

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet to create rooms to send to customers after my sales calls, which compiles documents like Sales/Marketing use cases and customer testimonials, making everything centralized and convenient for my customers. They love having all the resources in one place, and it prevents me from having to send multiple documents separately. This centralization makes life easier for my clients, as they don't have to download everything to view them and can share it internally.

It's also nice to have insight on which client is viewing what so that I can tailor followups accordingly and with purpose.

Also, the reps at Trumpet are very responsive and on the ball if we ever need anything!

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Absolutely nothing! The upcoming integration with Claude will be super.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to create centralized rooms for customers after sales calls, compiling documents and testimonials in one place. It prevents me from sending multiple documents, making it easier for clients to access and share resources internally. Also helps to know who is viewing what so i can tailor followup accordingly

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Tony and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support from the team. We love that both you and your clients are enjoying the experience of having all resources in one place!

Welcome to the band :)

 ### 17. A gamechanger for sharing marketing and sales collateral with prospects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Annette B. | Senior Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

As a marketer, what I like most about trumpet is how it lets us turn our collateral into something that actually feels considered when it lands with a prospect: branded, on-message, and cogent rather than a string of attachments and links. The templates and reusable content blocks make it easy for the wider team to stay consistent, and being able to see what's actually getting engagement helps me work out where to focus effort next.
Vicki and the team have been brilliant too - quick to reply, full of practical solution whenever asked, and offering up suggestions regularly.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Next to nothing! Putting a pod together from scratch can take a bit of time when you're customising heavily, though once you've got a few templates set up it gets much easier. Library organisation could be a touch tidier as things scale, but nothing that's got in the way of actually using it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing trumpet has solved for us is fragmented content and patchy visibility. Before, our materials lived across email threads, decks, and shared drives, and we had little sense of what was actually being engaged with.. The HubSpot integration has been a real boost on top of that, tying pod engagement back into the marketing funnel so we can see what's genuinely moving deals along. As a busy scaleup, we're just starting to dip into the new AI tools trumpet has rolled out, and we're excited about the time those could save us going forward.

 ### 18. Simple and Effective with Minor Setup Hassles

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan R. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I find Trumpet really simple to use, which is great because clients love it too. The analytics tracking feature is super helpful for us. Being able to see when a client or prospect logs in and what they're looking at is amazing. It allows us to focus our conversations on the specific things they're interested in, rather than kinda guessing and hoping. This feature has changed how we work. Additionally, the initial setup of Trumpet was super easy. We did a trial, used it, and then signed up without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think some of the ways in which you set a pod up are a bit annoying sometimes. It's not as intuitive as you would hope it would be. Adding a new section to a pod or trying to customize it specifically to how you want it is a bit annoying. I've done some workarounds by creating a website and embedding the website in because I want it to look a certain way.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet for recruitment, setting up proposal decks for clients to assess candidates. It's simple to use, tracks analytics, and helps us know client interests, changing how we work.

 ### 19. Streamlined, Customer-Facing Sales Rooms with Strong Integrations and ROI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah L. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like best about Trumpet is how it centralizes and streamlines the entire sales engagement experience into a single, customer-facing workspace. The UI/UX is clean, intuitive, and makes it easy to create personalized sales rooms that bring together everything a prospect needs-messages, assets, proposals, and next steps-in one place.

The integrations are a major strength, especially with CRM and sales tools, which makes it easy to keep everything in sync without manual updates. Performance-wise, the platform is smooth and responsive, even when managing multiple active deals or rooms at once.

From an ROI perspective, Trumpet has helped improve engagement rates and deal velocity because prospects have a clearer, more structured buying experience. Instead of scattered emails and attachments, everything is organized and accessible, which reduces friction in the sales process.

The AI and intelligence features also add value by helping personalize content and structure sales rooms based on deal context, making outreach more relevant and tailored. Support has been responsive and helpful, especially during onboarding and setup.

Overall, it improves how I present, collaborate, and close deals by making the sales process more interactive, organized, and efficient.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

What I dislike about Trumpet is that while it’s very strong in creating structured sales rooms, it can feel a bit limited in customization depth once you want more advanced layouts or highly tailored branding beyond the standard templates.

The setup process is generally smooth, but there is a bit of a learning curve at the start when figuring out how to best structure rooms for different deal types.

Integrations are solid, but in some cases I’ve found syncing with certain tools could be more seamless or offer more real-time updates without manual checks.

In terms of performance, it’s usually stable, but when managing multiple rooms or heavier content, it can occasionally feel slightly less responsive.

The AI/personalization features are useful, but still somewhat basic-there’s room for stronger automation or smarter recommendations to reduce manual setup further.

Overall, it works very well, but I’d like to see more flexibility, deeper automation, and continued improvements in scalability for larger or more complex sales processes.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet is solving the problem of fragmented and unstructured sales communication by bringing everything into a single, customer-facing workspace. Instead of juggling emails, attachments, documents, and follow-ups across multiple tools, I can centralize all deal-related content in one sales room, which makes the buying process clearer for prospects.

It also addresses the issue of low engagement and slow deal progression. By giving prospects a guided, interactive experience with all relevant information in one place, it reduces friction, improves clarity, and helps keep deals moving forward faster.

From my side, the benefit is improved efficiency and higher-quality interactions. I spend less time chasing information or sending repetitive follow-ups, and more time focusing on meaningful conversations. It also improves visibility across deals, making it easier to track engagement and understand where each opportunity stands. Overall, it leads to smoother collaboration, better buyer experience, and faster deal velocity.

 ### 20. Exceptional Support and Quick Adaptation with Trumpet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jens S. | Lead Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I love their customer service and support. Everyone is very helpful from the CSM all the way down to the customer service rep, even the CEO if needed. If there's a problem, you get help, which is something I've never seen before. I also love the reporting feature in Trumpet, as it gives me clear indications of who is engaging with my material and helps me map out our contacts. Additionally, I'm an absolute fan of the new AI Copilot feature. With its rich template library, Trumpet lets me start very quickly and is very easy to use. The customer service is a huge plus because they are always available and roll out features fast if needed.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing to share at all. You got a problem, you report it and the team works on a fix asap

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet provides a unique way to engage with customers using their own branding, saves me time with a massive template library, and streamlines my process, ensuring consistency.

 ### 21. Intuitive Signal Tracking, Ideal for Sales Qualification

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thibaut S. | CEO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really appreciate the Data insights and signal part of Trumpet, as it helps me understand which buyers are genuinely interested in working towards a deal and which are not. This is really interesting to me. The ability to give homework assignments to prospects and observe their clicks and interactions within the room allows me to gauge the energy of a deal. Trumpet is a huge time saver since it helps me focus on opportunities that are likely to close. Additionally, the setup is really simple, and the onboarding is super straight to the point, making it quick and easy to send the workspace to my customers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing, it's really a great tool. Everything was really simple so no complaints so far.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to understand buyer signals, which helps me disqualify unqualified prospects. It focuses me on opportunities likely to close, saving time and ensuring I work with serious buyers.

 ### 22. Essential for Winning Six-Figure Deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pascal L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I first came across trumpet when it was pitched in Dublin, and the impression it left was unforgettable. The presentation showed me how this team approaches marketing and customer care, and I was genuinely impressed, which made me look into the platform. As an early adopter, I loved trumpet almost immediately, especially for my highly customized, content-heavy outreach. Trumpet shines in tailoring content for each client in a world full of AI noise. Its integration with Gong and Salesforce is excellent, providing immediate notifications when a trumpet is opened and syncing seamlessly. I appreciate that the team around the product is as strong as the platform itself, being responsive, friendly, and collaborative. Rory, the founder, is approachable and genuinely invested in our success, which is refreshing. I love the real-time notifications and easy content creation for sharing with stakeholders, which helps move opportunities to close quicker and build more champions in less time. For me as an individual user, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Complex content creation and the time it takes.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to customize outreach and align asynchronously with stakeholders, accelerating deal closure and building champions. The real-time notifications and easy content sharing are crucial for managing complex sales cycles effectively.

 ### 23. Centralizes Sales Processes, Game-Changing Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana D. | Senior Technical Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I find the analytics in Trumpet to be game-changing, offering data from the buyer's side that we have never had before. This includes insights on who has viewed the pod, total stakeholders shared with, which pages are most engaging, and identifying new contacts for our CRM. The integration with Hubspot is particularly convenient, allowing us to see insights directly in our CRM. The Trumpet team is also very receptive to our feedback, and they've delivered many features based on it, significantly enhancing our experience with the product. Setting up Trumpet was pretty simple, especially with the help of their customer success team, who made the process smooth and helped us optimize their offerings for our needs.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

With Trumpet, when it's used, it works. Like with any new tool, our largest hurdle at Hubspot is the initial ramping period and adoption. The Trumpet team is proactive when it comes to opportunities to engage our reps, but we are hoping for higher usage. One more thing we would ask of Trumpet is the ability, as an admin team/sales management team, to see our weekly and monthly active usage in a self-serve environment, so we can better assist our user base.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet centralizes sales and CS content, preventing fragile manual docs and increasing engagement. Its reports offer insights into buyer activity, improving service. Integration with HubSpot enriches internal processes. Additionally, Trumpet aligns with buyers’ preferences, enhancing customer delight and experience standardization.

 ### 24. Effortless Prospect Connection, Minor Buggy Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan J. | Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how easy it is to connect with a prospect using Trumpet. I really love that I don't have to deal with a million emails in an email thread, as Trumpet acts as a single point of contact. I also appreciate that I can see when they've engaged with the content, which makes relationship building easier. Additionally, the initial setup of Trumpet was very easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Sometimes it's a bit buggy when adding images or quotes to the platform.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet for post-sales follow-up. I love how easy it is to connect with a prospect without a million emails. It's a single point of contact and lets me see when they've engaged, making relationship building easier.

 ### 25. Easy-to-Navigate UI with Fast CRM Integration That Helps Close Deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony G. | Senior Mid-Market Licensing Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The UI is extremely easy to navigate, it integrates with all of our CRM systems, loads quickly, have managed to close a lot of deals without having to go to different stakeholders individually, We were given a great introductory course on how to use things and the way it picks up on the clients looking at it really adds to the personalised feel

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The only issue I have had is if I insert a video it sometimes doesn't encode right but have resolved these issues pretty quickly

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving the issue of having to have meetings with multiple stakeholders, you can meet with one person and they can then pass the information around the business.

 ### 26. Awesome Salesforce & Gong Integration That Streamlines Pods and POV Plans

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The integration with Salesforce and Gong is awesome. It’s great that I can duplicate a pod, add the Salesforce opp into Trumpet, and it will automatically create the pod with the customer’s info and logos. It’s also been really helpful for POV plans—following along with the customer, assigning tasks to the customer, and checking off boxes as we go. Overall, it’s been a great tool to use and has helped make our POC more successful.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

There are still some quirks with the editor. At times it can be difficult to edit text, and the lack of O365 integration to pull in contact info—like our account executive—is a real gap. Right now, I have to manually add the AE’s name to the contact field and upload their photo myself.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps keep customers engaged during a POV by providing a centralized place to track the POV plan, recordings, and documentation, and it also makes it easy to present everything to the customer.

 ### 27. Effortless Proposal Creation with Dynamic Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how simple Trumpet is to use, reducing friction in proposal creation and writing. The platform's simplicity helps with efficient workflows. I also appreciate the increasing variety in styles and design, as Trumpet is always evolving with different design options. The CMS functionality to hold a bank of evergreen content decreases production time, allowing for more tailored content. Trumpet's native AI is great for tailoring copy to specific personas, which keeps the proposals dynamic as engagement across stakeholders increases. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, and Maddi from the Trumpet team was there to help every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Trumpet can sometimes be buggy. Some examples include: the toolbar disappearing completely until you refresh, the toolbar getting in the way or covering a line you need to work on, needing to refresh live mode 2 or more times to see changes reflected, or the content library auto-scrolling to the oldest content when you open a folder. They're minor issues in the grand scheme of things.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps us with efficient workflows, brand consistency, and engagement tracking & analysis. It's easy to use, reducing friction in proposal creation and writing. The CMS holds evergreen content, decreasing production time, and the native AI aids in tailoring copy to specific personas, keeping proposals dynamic.

 ### 28. Great Look and Feel with a Smooth, AI-Powered Workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like most is the look and feel, and how well it fits into my daily workflow. The interface is great, and my clients find it easier to use when I share a link with them. The AI layer on top of the platform is also a huge help and makes the overall experience smoother.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think the only challenge right now is setting up templates; once you do that, everything will be smooth sailing.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, we used another platform to share our sales room, but the UI wasn’t great. We also couldn’t create multiple rooms, and it didn’t allow for a personalized experience for each client. Trumpet performs much better in those areas. Another thing I really like about Trumpet is the analytics - I haven’t seen another platform provide such strong insight into how the sales room is being viewed.

 ### 29. Customizable and User-Friendly, Despite Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kindall D. | School experience manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like the ease of Trumpet. I like how everything is customizable and how it meets my customer's needs. I appreciate that I can put everything in one place and just share a link for Trumpet instead of sending my clients multiple emails. I like that I can message them directly from Trumpet and the ability to preload all my docs and videos in one space. I like that I can customize, like recording a welcome video for my clients and designing pages that make it easy for them to follow the onboarding steps with our platform. Everything is really easy, from the beginning welcome page to the steps they need to follow to migrate to our platform, and I really appreciated that.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Sometimes it can be a bit clunky.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to stay organized and provide clients all necessary information in one place, avoiding numerous emails. It's customizable and lets me load docs and videos in one space, making it easy to share with clients.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support from Maddi and the team. We love that it's helping to onboard more efficiently.

Thanks also for the feedback regarding your template, I'm sure we can help here! Please reach out to maddi@sendtrumpet.com or the team via the in-app live chat.

Great to have you in the band!

 ### 30. SendTrumpet Streamlines Pre-Sales Sharing with One Link and Powerful Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I've been in pre-sales for years and the biggest operational headache has always been the same — scattered documents, forgotten attachments, multiple versions floating around in email threads, and zero visibility into whether the customer actually looked at anything you sent.
SendTrumpet fixes all of that in one shot.
The core idea is simple: one link, everything in it. Decks, recordings, proposals, architecture diagrams, next steps — all in a single branded space you send the customer. No more "can you resend that doc", no more digging through email chains, no more guessing if they read it.
What I particularly like is how customizable it is. The widget system lets you build the room the way you want it, not the way the tool forces you to. It feels like your content, not a generic portal.
The enterprise integrations are solid too — it connects into the tools you're already using, so it fits into your workflow rather than adding to it.
What really stood out to me though is how responsive the team is on feature requests. You raise something, they actually listen and act on it. That's rare.
If you're still manually sharing documents, losing track of what you sent, or frustrated by messy multi-doc handoffs — this is the tool that gets you out of that habit for good. It's one of those rare ones that actually changes how you work, not just adds to your workload.
Genuinely one of the best tools I've picked up in a long time.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

None so far. If i have to add, it will be ability to integrate with claude

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here you go:

The biggest problem it solves is the mess that comes with traditional document sharing — forgetting to attach something, sending multiple versions across different email threads, having no idea whether the customer actually opened anything you sent. It was frustrating to manage on our end and probably just as confusing for the customer receiving it.
Trumpet consolidates everything into one link. One branded space with all the materials, recordings, proposals and next steps in one place. The customer gets a clean experience, and I get visibility into what they're actually engaging with.
The benefit for me practically is that I spend less time chasing down "can you resend that" requests and more time on actual selling. It also makes me look more organised in front of the customer, which matters in enterprise deals where you're trying to build credibility with multiple stakeholders at once.

 ### 31. One Place for Everything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how simple it is to use and that it keeps everything in one place. It creates a much smoother experience for prospects, as they can easily access proposals, pricing, case studies and next steps in one central hub. It's also really useful being able to see how they're engaging with the content, which helps me have more timely and relevant follow-up conversations.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

There isn't anything major I dislike, but I'd love to see even more personalisation options and templates to help build pages a little quicker. That would make it even easier to tailor content for different industries or personas and sometimes it might just be me, but it doesn't feel clear on the icons, if you click on them, what it does.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps me keep the entire sales process organised by giving both me and my prospects one central place for everything. Instead of sending multiple emails with proposals, pricing, case studies and follow-up resources, everything is stored in one easy-to-access hub.

For me, it's helped keep deals moving because prospects can easily revisit information, share it with other stakeholders internally and always know what the next steps are. It also gives me visibility into how they're engaging with the content, allowing me to follow up at the right time and with the right conversation.

Overall, it's made my sales process more efficient, created a better buying experience for prospects, and helped reduce the back-and-forth that often slows deals down.

 ### 32. Big fan of trumpet!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon G. | Senior Account Executive, UKI Small Business (L4), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I appreciate how trumpet helps with multithreading in deals - one link is very easy to share with decision-makers and buying teams, creating a positive + personalised experience for the buyer without juggling multiple resources. Also love the Slack integration - so helpful receiving personal Slack notifications whenever anyone engages with the pod - which helps with timely follow up. Learning how to use the tool was very intuitive and straightforward too.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Would be cool if it could connect to Claude for more than just search, so that I could speed up pod creation.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By supporting multi-threading, it gives me more control over moving deals through the funnel, and has positively impacted win rates.

 ### 33. Simplifies Sales Process with Effective Tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob D. | Business and Sales Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is not complicated. It's easy. I've put in the work ahead of time to create nice templates, and now, in terms of sharing that information with customers, it takes just a couple of minutes, and then my follow-up is done. So it's fast and simple. I also appreciate the tracking feature, which is a huge value on its own, helping me know exactly when clients view the information I shared. It's extremely insightful to see what my customers view inside my pod, making sharing information captivating and compelling.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think the pod building itself could be improved, especially seeing that there's a lot of AI technology today that can create extremely nice visuals and graphs and charts. My one kinda minor hiccup was in the beginning, where you're in a vulnerable time learning the tool, that's also when you're going to do all the work to build all your templates. So I think better tools for building the templates, editing the templates, and that kind of thing, or when I say templates, I mean pods, would be extremely helpful.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet turned my long, hard-to-digest emails into a clean space for my clients. It also gives me tracking info, so I know what my clients are viewing, like pricing or contracts, making it extremely insightful.

 ### 34. Intuitive, Trackable Content Sharing—Setup Can Be a Bit Tedious

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan M. | Enterprise AAE , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet is a great tool for showcasing material without the heavy lift of sending lots of collateral over email. The UX is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the wide range of integrations makes it simple to embed calls from platforms like Gong.

The engagement tracking is especially helpful for understanding who is opening the data centre and when they’re doing it. I also find it really useful to be able to see how different pods are performing across the company.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The initial process of building trumpets can be a bit tedious, especially when I’m making custom ones for clients and tailoring them to their needs. Still, that’s just the nature of the game.

If we could integrate Gemini / an AI assistant to help build, that would be very useful

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allows you to keep track of everything you share in one place and not in long, heavy email chains. You can tag and push individuals to get things done within the trumpet, which is also very helpful.

 ### 35. Streamlined Customer Collaboration with Trumpet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jalta v. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I appreciate Trumpet's ease of use and the ability to reuse templates generated by our enablement team, which really speeds up the setup process (it takes me 10 min to customize it based on the customer's desired outcomes pulled from Gong). I've had a smooth experience since the initial training, and I've received a lot of positive feedback from my customers and prospects who love Trumpet and often ask about it.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The only thing that might be able to be improved is when tagging someone who has not visited the digital pod. You have to write out their email letter for letter, and you're unable to just tag someone by copying and pasting an email. But that's very minimal.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to keep all shared materials with prospects and customers organized, saving time and working efficiently. It makes sales smoother and communication easier from the first interaction to a closed deal.

 ### 36. Absolute Sales Booster!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Intuitive, modern, fast communication and easy sharing of information during the sales cycle. Everything in one place, clear and easy to use. Depending on the deal stage, you can unlock new things.

Through the various media, the space is very illustrative and it's fun to use the space. It is set up and established very quickly.

The evaluations provide interesting insights into customer usage. This allows you to deduce how "seriously" the customer takes the project and how they engage with the topic.

For the preparation and follow-up of deals, you only need a few minutes and the email jungle is history.

Differentiates us from competitors. No deal without Trumpet!

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Complaining at a high level: When you insert images / PDFs, they sometimes seem too small to read. But you can solve that with screen zoom.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more emails for information exchange, everything centralized in one place, tracking of customer activity. Easy sharing of information.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thank you for your review of trumpet. We love that it's a 'sales booster' for you!

Thanks for the feedback too regarding images / PDFs. I have a couple of tips for you to make them bigger - please send an email to vicki@sendtrumpet.com and I'll gladly share :)

Thanks so much again, and happy trumpeting!

 ### 37. One-Stop Deal Room That Closes More Deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryne F. | Initial Clinical Reviewer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I find trumpet super helpful for almost all of my deals, but especially the mid to large size deals as an account executive. I use it to keep organized, so my prospects can access any information they need. I put recordings, MSPs, proposals, list pricing, resources, case studies, and additional information they're looking for, all in one place. It helps keep all my deals organized and moving in the right direction, so whenever a prospect or customer is looking for information, they have one place to find everything they need. It's worked really well, and a few prospects have even asked what I'm using and how they can gain access, so I've made some introductions to the CEO, who's also really nice. Put simply, it's helped me close deals especially when it's a longer sales cycle with heavy multithreading. One aspect made easy here, is our team has already created template rooms. It's easy to come in, add additional information, context, and pieces, then move on, so there's not a ton of admin work.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Sometimes adding images doesn't look as clean as I'd like it to, but the fix has been create PDFs instead. I'd also like to have multiple columns for my Gong recordings for a different type of format.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves how to keep multiple recordings and deal cycles over months organized in one stop shop. Prospects access documents, recordings, proposals, pricing, and all our resources in one place. It helps bring in stakeholders when multithreading, keeps my deals moving, and has helped me close more deals.

 ### 38. Streamlined Sales Decisions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Uzair S. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It helps ensure that the organisations we’re selling to—and all departments involved in the decision-making process—have clear next steps in place, with information that’s easily accessible. Makes decisions more helpful, and you can easily see who has accessed the information, and you then know what's required from yourself, the sales person, to target and cover with the prospect. For example, if the accounts person is yet to review certain information on the portal, you can chase this up, or do it via reminders from Trumpet.

It's super easy to build a pod once you have a base template made, and you can easily adjust everything to suit who you're selling to best. Trumpet even automatically brands the Pod (portal) with the customers brand saving you time from having to do it yourself.

The onboarding process was quick and easy. Vickie has been extremely helpful with great response times to any queries we have as an organisation.

Also, integrations with products like Slack and Outlook make it so much easier to know what's going on with your deal.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Although the insights are amazing and very detailed, it could go one step further with the ability to see how they're interacting with the pod live.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We as an organisation sell to law firms who have many departments, and key decision makers in different offices. An email may be lost, but Trumpet brings everything into one place and makes it much easier for everyone to review. Emailing and having different threads with different departments becomes an issue as when companies are reviewing several providers, information can be lost.

 ### 39. Easy Setup and Design Flexibility That Elevates the Buyer Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** 👨🏼‍💻 Adam J. | VP of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

We implemented trumpet just over 12 months ago.

Super easy to setup, but what sold us on the platform vs competitors was then design flexibility.

We’ve been able to adopt our initial Sales Focused poss to reuse for Client Success, Business development and next up partners.

The ability to create a new pod in seconds, open up new sections as buyers go through their buying process, improves our buyer experience across the board .

We’ve had many customers asking, “what is this software? Super helpful”

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Would love a tighter ROI calculator, but we create in lovable and need and it works great

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency through buying process, professionalism, organization of materials for the client

 ### 40. Streamlined Communication, Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emre A. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like that Trumpet is easy to use and supports my day-to-day work with a lot of features. The AI features are particularly useful for content generation. Trumpet makes it possible to communicate with my customers asynchronously and also synchronously. It helps me create content quickly and analyzes customer behavior, which is really helpful in sales rooms. The support system is great, and our customer manager is very capable and nice, always supporting us with any questions.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

In certain setups, in certain templates, it can be a little bit overloaded. Some enablement teams tend to create these overloaded templates. Some AI features might seem a little bit too much which you probably don't need. Sometimes you don't need to overengineer such solutions, but it seems like companies want to create more features to get as many people as possible on board, which is not 100% necessary, I think.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet for easier customer communication, thanks to its context-based approach and slides. It speeds up content creation and analyzes customer behavior, making my work more efficient.

 ### 41. Intuitive Deal Room Solution with Fantastic Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack C. | Senior Account Director - Talent | Learning | Employee Engagement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really appreciate how intuitive and simple it is to build out different types of rooms with Trumpet. I also love the visibility and insights on who has come to the rooms and what they've looked at; these insights are fantastic. Plus, Trumpet has a very strong UI that's seamless for the end user, making it easy to use and great for passing information on to other stakeholders who wouldn't normally have access to it.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

For me, there's still an understanding around what does good look like. I need to have a firmer look into that. When thinking about the client for Trumpet, it's unclear what 'good' looks like, or if there's a base, like top 10 pods that you can recommend.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After the demo stage, Trumpet ensures all information is in one place with a strong UI. It's seamless for users and helpful for sharing with stakeholders who wouldn't normally have access.

 ### 42. Effortless Follow-Up Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agostina L. | Business Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I appreciate the most about using Trumpet is the fact that all the relevant information that a prospect might need is all in one place which saves me from having to send out such info to every single prospect every time they ask for it. The initial setup was very straightforward. The team that supported us was fantastic in scheduling calls and making sure that we really understood how Trumpet works. One of the people that I appreciated most is Vicki Threadgold - she made sure that we really understood the tool.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I would love to see an integration with Looker. Instead of sending a screenshot every time via email to our customers, it would be very efficient to pull Looker reports directly into Trumpet to show our customers the up-to-date data on their usage and performance.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Trumpet to create follow-up pods after customer calls. I now use it exclusively for account management of my existing customers. I like that all relevant information, like reports and quotes, is readily available, sparing me from sending it to each customers individually.

 ### 43. Simple, Modern Way to Share Professional Sales Content and Track Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shouryan S. | Software Engineer I – Full Stack Developer, Client Onboarding & Wealth Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet is very simple it makes sharing personalized sales content. The interactive pages look professional, save time on follow-ups, and help track customer engagement. It feels more modern and effective than sending long emails or static presentations.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One thing I dislike about Trumpet is that some customization features can feel limited compared to fully custom-built sales pages. It also takes a little time for new users to understand all the tools and setup options before using the platform efficiently.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves the problem of messy and disconnected sales communication by bringing proposals, documents, videos, chats, and updates into one interactive pod. The pods make it easier to personalize the buyer experience, keep everything organized, and track engagement, which helps save time, improve follow-ups, and close deals more efficiently.

 ### 44. Trumpet is a game changer for our GTM teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawrence S. | Head of Buyer Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The suite of AI now embedded within Trumpet is great-they very much delivered on their roadmap promises

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Now that the suite of AI is embedded within Trumpet the next area I’m looking forward to arriving is the enhanced integrations as we look to integrate with Claude.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Async selling and multithreading - trumpet allows us to 'sell whilst not in the room' but do so in a way that enables and engages the buyer and allows us to multithread. It creates and engaging experience and allows us to nurture opportunities along the whole sales/buying cycle. It also provides analytics to allow us to assess deal health and also monitor which content is being engaged with by our prospects and each persona. We're also using it post sale too, creating a consistent experience for onboarding clients once contracted. We are also using trumpet for internal enablement by creating training pods for our own teams to access.

 ### 45. Trumpet Streamlines Collaboration in One Shared Workspace!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keethan S. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like best about Trumpet is how it makes communication and collaboration much easier in one place.

Instead of scattered emails and documents, everything is organised in one shared workspace, so it’s faster to share information, track engagement, and keep deals moving forward. It also helps create a smoother experience for the stakeholders I'm working with.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don’t have any dislikes about Trumpet, loved using it!

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps solve the problem of scattered communication and information by bringing everything into one shared space.

For me, this makes it easier to keep track of engagement, share updates, and ensure everyone is aligned, which saves time and reduces back-and-forth.

 ### 46. Streamlined Sales Process with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** aj a. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how easy Trumpet was to set up and use. The set templates make it plug and play, which is great for junior sales reps to understand and use with minimal need for sales enablement. The editable templates give them a framework, like safety rails, which helps ensure that reps execute according to best practice as we grow and scale. I also appreciate how Trumpet works well with my CRM and sales engagement platform.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

We have had some issues with load time in the past but this has seemingly been fixed. Almost all my sales tools now have a mobile app which I love as it can get real life notifications on key deals.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet provides a digital sales room to store information for business deals and onboarding. It solves the challenge of engaging content monitoring and facilitates educating multiple buyers, ensuring consistent messaging across engagements.

 ### 47. One Place, All Deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Simple UI that prospects actually want to use

What sets Trumpet apart is how intuitive the interface is. Prospects don't need training to navigate it. We build partnerships around Trumpet, and then it becomes our onboarding hub. The simplicity is the feature. It removes friction from the customer experience while giving us total visibility into the deal. Highly recommend.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Trumpet's simplicity is great, but we'd love more flexibility to customize the look and feel. Being able to add more of our brand identity, adjust colors, layouts, and general appearance would make it feel more like ours when we're bringing prospects into the platform.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deal info used to scatter across email threads. Trumpet centralizes everything in one place. Now my team and prospects have a single source of truth for every deal. No more digging through inboxes. It saves time and eliminates miscommunication.

 ### 48. Centralizes Content with Smart Engagement Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samyuktha N. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet to keep track of all my emails and content in one repository. It centralizes everything, and the engagement tracking gives me clear visibility into what’s happening on the customer’s end. I especially like being able to track buyer behavior and the related metrics, such as who opened something and how long they spent on a piece of content. Overall, it helps me stay in control of async selling and respond more intelligently with real context, instead of just guessing. Their team is really supportive and the pricing is not so much

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Setting up the entire thing takes up time; templates there would help.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet centralizes my content and emails, providing visibility into customer engagement. It solves the problem of not knowing what's happening on the customer's end, enabling smarter replies by tracking buyer behavior and metrics.

 ### 49. The Easy Way to Win More Deals & Stay Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony B. | Mid-Market AE , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It's very easy to use once you build a template or pod! Building a room can be done in as little as 15 minutes. The integrations are great & it's very user-friendly. Their support team is very helpful, too.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don't have anything that comes to mind.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves for me having to avoid sending multiple emails throughout a sales cycle and having prospects lose items I send them. Every Gong recording, asset, case study, etc, is stored in Trumpet. It also has allowed me to track interest in a cycle and uncvoer new contacts. It keeps buyers engage through the cycle and helps me multi-thread.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support from the team. We love that it's helping to keep you and prospects organised whilst understanding interest.

Welcome to the band!

 ### 50. Intuitive, Highly Customizable Platform: Quick to Learn and Powerful Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tunde A. | Senior Sales Development Representative , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It's so easy and intuitive to get around. It didn't take me long to understand the platform and feature and it just feels like there's so much you can customise for your customers needs

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I would like more training on the platform because I feel there is so much more I can unlock to better serve my customers. I have watched quite a few of the videos they've created, but I would appreciate more frequent workshops for customers.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I now have a much better understanding of the buyer's journey, including where they look on the pod and how they prefer information to be delivered.
