The ease of creating a demo using captures from our website. We use the demos both for marketing and customer content so being able to represent the website in it actual format and layout is effective. I also like the recently added option to copy and move slides from one flow to the next. This has been very helpful when needing to include identical content in multiple flows. We also leverage the AI feature to help draft insights automatically based on our captures; this decreases the time spent crafting content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, we do not get to anchor the drop-down menu options from our site. This means we often have to use multiple slides to represent walkthrough steps instead of being able to show it on one step on the flow in a dynamic page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As for the implementation side, I'm not entirely sure, but based on the feedback from our team, it appears to be quite intuitive. I use it frequently, and it has been tremendously helpful for me.

I started using it more for the demo aspect as a CSM. It helps me spread the information on the new products we work on.

Starting off with ease of use, the Navattic team constantly pushes updates that make my life easier. I rarely have to open the documentation to understand how the product works. It's just very intuitive and simple yet packed with features.

Next, I want to mention all the different ways I can use it to support our business, from sales enablement to internal education to conferences and now even POCs. I use it absolutely every day, and my work is essentially Navattic.

Guys, the Salesforce integration is not my favorite. Apart from that, I really don't actually dislike anything.

I love how Navattic’s intuitive no-code builder lets me spin up polished, interactive self-guided tours in minutes. At its core, Navattic fulfills its promises and is surprisingly easy to use. By making product presentations more accessible, especially for complex and diverse products, we can clearly demonstrate our product to potential clients in an understandable way. This is very valuable because it has allowed us to quickly start building and showcasing solutions, not only for new prospects but also to create educational demos for current clients. This helps us better support customers regardless of their setup. Additionally, it provides many self-educational resources and includes useful integrations like Salesforce, Pardot, Slack, and others, which have helped us maximize the platform. For my team of 5 builders, it took no time to get up to speed on how to build demos that were both informative and impactful. Our product team has started to consider new ways that we can use the platform to engage our clients at shows or new launches due to the simplicity of its rollout. As we have come up against challenges, our Customer Support team of Alisa and now Erin have been there at every step to ensure that our questions are not only met with meaningful answers, but action. Navattic makes it incredibly easy to create engaging, no-code product demos that feel like an actual product experience without requiring engineering resources. The platform does have a learning curve—terms like “flows” and “captures” take time to get used to, and building the first demo can feel tedious. Navattic gives people a whole new, low lift way to explore our product that we never had before. We found that people aren't always ready to start a trial or book a call – Navattic is the perfect solution for bridging this gap. Not only does it increase engagement on our landing pages and reveals valuable intent data, but it also better qualifies leads for our sales team. People who take navattic tours know what to expect of the product and have specific questions heading into a demo. This is super valuable to our sales process.

But perhaps the best part about Navattic is the team. Everything from the sales process, onboarding, and ongoing support has been wonderful. Some of the native reporting is not super intuitive and could use some refinement, and at times the app responsiveness in the back end of the demo design process can be buggy (pages not opening, buttons not responding, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a SaaS product that has time- and sequence-dependent workflows that are difficult to present through a sales demo environment. Navattic provides the ability to show workflows across time and even user types to present an end-to-end snapshot for our customers. What makes it even easier is that new screenshots with 90% of the same page layoff (e.g. showing a small new feature), Navattic auto-detects existing elements that have triggers and reconnects things without the manual setup. We performing a lot of invisible steps with element triggers, so this feature is invaluable. We've even started using it for internal enablement training. I highly recommend it! Overall, no complaints. The horizontal step scrolling can get a bit cumbersome (e.g. we have 40+ steps in some demos), but it's just awkward and not a restriction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This software has revolutionized the way our company presents information, both internally and externally to our customers. This is super valuable because we're a CPaaS, and our products and processes can be pretty complicated. Navattic simplifies the "how" around so much of what we need our teams and customers to know. The software is very intuitive and easy to use, which is why we're using it for more and more products and processes. The UI is robust for features and capabilities, and is very user friendly. The steps for creating flows make sense as I was able to teach our team in one training on how to use it. And all the different sharing methods are great. Some of the little things require a lot of clicks like adding a button, and it could be a bit more intuitive in terms of adding small elements like that.
