## trumpet Reviews
 ### 1. Very useful tool for sales to manage deals more effectively

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Really useful tool for sales - with some customisation you can make the mini-site really personalised for each deal. Especially helpful in multi-stakeholder deals where they can share internally, rather than wading through email threads with all the resources you've shared.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The only thing that comes to mind is adding media / logos. In an ideal world it would be more drag and drop between the sections. If this was tackled, it would be a 10.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dealing with multi stakeholder deals where people are introduced to the process at different stages means they have a centralised location for all resources we've shared, and can get up to speed faster.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping you get (and stay) multi threaded in deals, and make life easier for your stakeholders too!

Thanks also for your feedback regarding drag and drop - I might be able to help here, so please email vicki@sendtrumpet.com and let's chat.

Welcome to the band 🎺

 ### 2. Unified Resources, Somewhat tricky to learn

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that my customers get better engagements with our materials because Trumpet is a one-stop place to find everything. My customers are not having to go to a lot of different areas to connect the dots on all the things we've talked about and shared, which pulls everything together nicely. I also appreciate the reporting analytics from Trumpet, as the insight allows me to tailor my follow-up questions and conversations.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The drag and drop editor and the ability to correctly link videos and documents using the right widget is pretty clunky, and it hasn't been the best experience. It took a while to figure out how to use it. It was not the most easiest tool to learn, although there were plenty of resources shared, it had somewhat of a clunky interface.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to aggregate resources and call recordings, solving the issue of scattered emails and helping clients see what's next and remaining in the process. It improves customer engagement by providing all materials in one place, aiding in understanding client interests through analytics.

 ### 3. Effortless Deal Progression and Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salim J. | Senior Account Executive II - Canada Direct (Mid-Market and Enterprise), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is easy to use and customizable. It's really convenient that I can quickly spin it up directly from my CRM. Being a busy executive, I appreciate how I can quickly set up a room without spending too much time clicking buttons. It helps me follow up after a call before moving to the next one, which saves me a lot of time and gives me something professional to present to my prospects. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Honestly, there's nothing much I can think of. I think, like, as a next phase, and I think this is part of how we've implemented Trumpet. If you can if it can feed directly from the deal record, and customize like, auto generate certain things that are tailored to the deal. Like a executive summary, like challenges, pain points, that would be amazing. I think it already has that, but we haven't implemented those tools internally.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to centralize resources, track customer engagement, and manage deal progression effectively. It helps lay out next steps and involve stakeholders. It's easy to use, customizable, integrates with my CRM, and saves time by facilitating quick follow-ups.

 ### 4. Brilliant software for improving the buyer journey and gaining insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The best thing is the insights you get. It really allows you to understand how 'real' the opportunity is. I also like Trumpet because of its customisable features and the flexibility the tool offers. It allows me to create a bespoke workplace for prospective clients, making the journey better for them. I'm also impressed with how well it integrates with tools like Loom, Gong, and our CRM system, which is really helpful. The team at Trumpet, especially Helena, was super helpful in getting us set up and involved, and she's been brilliant even after the setup.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think sometimes it can be a little temperamental. I tried using their video editing software the other day, and it didn't really work. But after a refresh, it was fine.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving the customer buying experience. I use Trumpet for centralising resources, enhancing client interaction, and improving buyer experience without email threads.

 ### 5. Intuitive and Professional, Perfect for Sales Presentations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Svitlana K. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I find Trumpet intuitive and professional, giving a good impression to customers. It’s very easy to use and create with, and it centralizes all the information for clients, eliminating the need to check email threads. It brings together stakeholders and provides insights about their activity. I also appreciate that our CRM is connected to Trumpet, which is great for integration. The setup was very intuitive with shared templates that look great and are easy to replicate.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I would say more flexibility in terms of data import.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet for sales presentations and client reviews. It's intuitive, gives a professional impression, and centralizes client information, reducing email threads. It also brings together stakeholders and provides insights into their activity.

 ### 6. Personalization and Automation at the Top, Need for Linguistic Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I appreciate the customization and automation that Trumpet offers, which allows us to concretely adapt the platform to each use case and each position. This gives our clients the impression of benefiting from a tailor-made solution that perfectly meets their needs. Getting started with Trumpet is quite simple, and the support from the teams at the beginning, with very clear workshops, facilitates the implementation, customization, and rapid launch of the solution.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It would be fabulous to have automatic translation tools. We have all the content in English, but sometimes I have prospects who do not speak English and I cannot use these templates or others in their language. It would be ideal to have templates automatically translated into the correct languages according to the preferred language of the different prospects.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to keep in touch with prospects, track interactions, and increase the closing rate. Personalization and automation allow for a tailored service.

 ### 7. Fast, Easy-to-Use UI/UX with Great Support and Smooth HubSpot Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I find that the UI/ UX is really good for me and my prospects. It's easy to use and clear for my prospect to split the pricing / ROI, and also see the value of the products in another tab.

We have consistently received support from the trumpet team, and we have worked together to develop a product that is well-suited to our company.

The tool performs really fast, especially when creating the trumpet directly from HubSpot, which trumpet has integrated with.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I havnt been able to utilize AI that much and the font sizes can be slightly confusing

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's automating the contract process and allows me to have better control of how my prospect recives information

 ### 8. Verbessern Sie das Kundenengagement mit nahtloser Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan v. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

der Inhalt könnte von KI generiert sein, heutzutage ist es viel Kopieren & Einfügen von Salesforce und Gong

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 9. Boosts Sales Engagement and Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garrett D. | Strategic Accounts, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I do like the templates. I like that it's pretty easy that after a customer call, I can spin off a new microsite for a net new customer or prospect, and that comes off as a very low lift for me, but also gets this over to the client in a very quick timeline so that it stays fresh. I really like that Trumpet gives me insights as to what the customer is thinking. What are they navigating to? What are they interested in most? What are the landing pages that they're assessing the most? How frequently are they accessing it? Those insights are really helpful for me as a seller to understand where their heads are at or at least get a sneak peek into where their heads are at when we aren't talking or communicating online as frequently.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think there could be some AI aspects in Trumpet that would be great. It could provide feedback on the most frequently used pages within the trumpet rooms and give insights to help refine my templates, so I can get rid of content or pages that customers don't find valuable.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to keep deals alive, engage customers, and understand buyer intent. It helps me inform customers about our processes and tools, consolidate conversations, and identify key stakeholders while saving time with templates and microsites.

 ### 10. Effortless Template Management, Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua H. | Product Marketing Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use trumpet for creating and updating templates for our go-to-market team, and I appreciate how it helps our team collaborate better and create consistency across the entire business in terms of template layout. I love how easy it is to use, which means that anyone on our team can log in and create or update templates without needing extensive or specialist training. It's also great how easy it is to access insights and support from our trumpet Customer Success contact. Having our CS contact on hand is extremely valuable and means that we can get the best out of the service as possible. The initial setup was as easy as it could be, especially considering our business setup is quite complex.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

We are currently having to store shareable documents in multiple places (within Trumpet and outside of Trumpet), so having some kind of integration between the two would be great so we only have to update a single source. We operate more on a page basis so having a way to sync updates to pages rather than individual widgets would also be appreciated. These elements are already under new development and so would benefit us immensely.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps our team collaborate better and creates consistency in templates. It's easy to use, allowing anyone to update templates without extensive training. Access to customer support ensures we maximize the service.

 ### 11. Intuitive Interface, Enhances Engagement for Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kieran W. | Senior Presales Consultant

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really find that Trumpet brings structure and consistency to how we engage with prospects and customers, which usually gets tricky with emails, calls, and different documents. It centralizes information like tailored content and roadmap updates. The user interface is very easy to use and maintain, which is great for new starters and customers alike. It's not complex or unfriendly, so people are more likely to engage with it. Additionally, we've linked Trumpet to Salesforce and it works well, and we're looking to connect it with our Teams platform too. The initial setup was very easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It would be great if we (Me and customers) could edit the same documents, we have a lot of scopes so rather than emailing versions back and forward it would be great if we could upload one document and edit the content.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to centralize information and bring structure to engagements with prospects and customers, reducing complexity from emails and calls.

 ### 12. Effortless Setup, Boosts Sales Consistency

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like that Trumpet is very easy to use and configure. It's also simple to set up, which is important for my data tasks where productivity is key. I can't spend too much time on admin tasks, so Trumpet helps me work efficiently. It allows me to configure rooms quickly and ensures I don't have to do double work, helping me work structurally. Compared to competitors, it lets us send examples of a really good customer experience, which I like. The setup for personal use was very easy, and its integration possibilities with our current ID stack offer better compliance and safety rules.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Of course, when there's changes within the business, you always need to update it. So I rely on marketing to update it for me. But sometimes, this doesn't happen quick enough. So you, of course, always need to ask yourself you cannot be lazy, but you need to ask yourself the question, is this the best setup, and is this the relevant and right context?

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet ensures my follow-ups are consistent, providing a place for all relevant information, which enhances customer experience. It boosts productivity by simplifying setup and preventing duplicate work.

**Official Response from Will Angel:**

> Hey there!

Thank you for the feedback, we'd love to dive into this further and see if we can do anything to make things easier. Feel free to reach out to me at will@ sendtrumpet.com and I will be able to help :)

Thanks,

Will,
Lead Product Manager

 ### 13. Revolutionized Our Customer Interactions, Stellar Team Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graeme D. | Director of Sales UK&I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really appreciate the people at Trumpet. They are super friendly, supportive, and helpful. We got access to the platform before even signing up, which allowed us to test it out and see how it could benefit us. The whole team, including the engineering team, has been accommodating, particularly with our Salesforce requirements. They are always trying to meet our needs, and nothing seems too much for them to help with. I also love the customization ability Trumpet offers, allowing us to really make it our own, like branding it as room x room and adding video content, making it feel like part of our existing platform.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Definitely, the SalesLoft integration could work a bit more seamlessly.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Trumpet for creating transparency with customers, ensuring shared accountability with action plans, faster decision-making, shortening deal cycles, and maintaining continuity between sales and onboarding teams. It also helps uncover hidden stakeholders and eliminates email ping pong by enhancing direct customer collaboration.

 ### 14. Interactive Proposal Platform with Stellar Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like the analytics feature in Trumpet, which we utilize very often. It gives us the opportunity to look into who is looking at proposals, what specific areas they're looking at, and helps us inform our next point of contact or discussion. Additionally, the ability to build proposals bespoke and tailored to each individual client or prospect using different widgets, whether from scratch or using templates we've built up, cuts down on time significantly. It's also user-friendly, and I actually enjoy putting proposals together instead of it feeling like a chore.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

There have been a number of updates to the system over the last six months or so that have moved certain things around, like where you access photography, logos, certain widgets, and things. So that does take a little bit of recap and remembering where to get these things or where they're located now. But, you know, once you've done that, you do get back into the swing of things.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet for creating interactive proposals, making client engagement lively. It provides analytics on proposal interaction, guiding our next outreach. The bespoke, user-friendly design saves time and enhances enjoyment versus traditional PDFs or PowerPoints.

 ### 15. Ease of Use Meets Effective Engagement Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like Trumpet because it helps me keep all resources I share with prospects together in one place, which is super helpful when working across multiple stakeholders. It's great that these resources can be easily shared and found, often with links to Gong calls and demos. I particularly like the ease of use, allowing me to create templates that are easy to edit for different prospects. The fact that I can see how engaged prospects are is another aspect I enjoy, as it provides analytics that show which stakeholders have accessed the resources and how often. This feature helps me become much more accurate with forecasting and understanding whether prospects are following through on their commitments. Using Trumpet as an individual contributor is straightforward, as I found the setup process easy, using templates and creating my own content quickly. The designed widgets, along with the drag-and-drop feature, save time by making the interface intuitive and efficient.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Possibly, some of the widgets can be a bit fiddly. Sometimes, things can get a bit hidden. So some of the navigation could be improved, but, generally, overall, it's pretty straightforward and easy.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to keep all the resources I share with prospects in one place, making it easy to share and track. It helps with forecasting by showing engagement analytics, and I like the ease of use with templates and drag-and-drop features.

 ### 16. Effortless Follow-Up with Interactive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anahita P. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I love how easy Trumpet is to use and how interactive it is. I really like the chat box comment feature where my prospects can literally just type a question to me in real time, and I can go ahead and answer that. The initial setup was super easy, and it's very intuitive to understand how to use even if you're a first-time user.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Not much!

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to follow-up with my prospects after our first demo.

 ### 17. Collaboration Made Easy, Setup Could Improve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean-Marc R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how Trumpet creates a collaborative place for buyers and sellers to connect. The share and comment features are really helpful. It allows us to centralize demos, notes, and all company information to speed up evaluations. It's great for organizing company information that's usually scattered everywhere onto a central site where customers can review our information at their own pace, creating a more collaborative deal cycle.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Ease of setting up Trumpet could be improved. Making it more simple to add content would help.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to centralize demos and company information, speeding up evaluations and creating a collaborative deal cycle where customers review info in their own time.

 ### 18. Trumpet: Streamlined Sales Cycles and Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bronwen D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like the flexibility of Trumpet and the fact that you can brand it so easily. It's very responsive to changes, allowing us to develop digital deal rooms that are professional. The ability to add videos, comments, and facilitate interaction between customers and Account Executives is great. It's also a plus that you can bring in external stakeholders at any stage in the sales cycle and they are presented with a wealth of information which will speed up the buying process. The wealth of possibilities, like creating organisation charts and providing analytics, is impressive, and we're just starting to explore everything it offers. Finally, I really value the support Trumpet can provide and find it to be a much more scalable tool.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

At present, there isn't anything I dislike. It has been a very positive start and we have received great feedback to date internally on the impact it is going to have.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Trumpet offers essential AI elements that previous digital deal rooms lacked, providing valuable resources and speeding up the sales cycle. It enhances customer engagement and professionalism right from the start and is going to be extremely scalable.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the flexibility and branding capabilities of trumpet, as well as the ability to facilitate interaction between customers and Account Executives. We're committed to providing stellar support and are glad to hear that you find it valuable.

Welcome to the band 🎺

 ### 19. Everything in One Place—Fast Meeting Debriefs with Ready-to-Use Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Everything is in one place, and my meeting debrief is much faster than simply writing an email, thanks to the template that’s already in place.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Building the template is taking quite a long time, in my opinion. I understand it’s only a one-time investment, but it still feels like it could have been faster.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a single place where I can share all the relevant information with a prospect, so they don’t have to dig through 10 different emails to find what they need. It’s also extremely helpful to get buying signals through trumpet, because I can see exactly who clicked what. That’s something email can’t show me with the same level of detail.

 ### 20. A Fresh Approach to Meaningful Social Networking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nagabhushan T. | Mobile Application Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I like best about trumpet is how it helps people connect in a more genuine and meaningful way instead of just endless scrolling. The clean experience, engaging interactions, and focus on building real connections make the platform feel more personal and enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One thing I dislike about trumpet is that sometimes meaningful connections can get lost because of inactive users or delayed responses. It would also be great to have even better discovery and matching features to help people connect more efficiently with like-minded users.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet is solving the problem of shallow and disconnected social networking by helping people build more genuine connections based on shared interests and meaningful interactions. For me, it makes networking and meeting new people feel more natural, engaging, and less overwhelming compared to traditional social platforms.

 ### 21. Efficient Sales Room with Some Login Challenges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayden M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like that the templates in Trumpet are already prebuilt, which means I only need to customize a few areas. This feature allows me to manage many deals at once without spending too much time on them, giving my customers a white glove experience without having to spend white glove time. Also, the initial setup of Trumpet was very easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The biggest challenge is getting customers to log in to Trumpet and view the resources upfront. I typically have to hold the quote in there and force them into Trumpet if they want to view the quote. Otherwise, they won't look into Trumpet and log in with their email.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to consolidate all customer-facing resources into one place, creating a seamless evaluation experience. The prebuilt templates save time, letting me manage many deals and provide a white glove experience without extra effort.

 ### 22. Streamlined Sales Workspace with Game-Changing Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet as a digital sales workspace, and it helps consolidate all information into one place, creating a mutual work environment where I don't miss any key points or use cases. It's great for sharing with the prospect’s leadership team and has all standard and specific resources necessary for evaluations. I would say what I like most about Trumpet is that it keeps everything on track, consolidated, and organized. I really like the resources tab and the milestones feature, which help hold the customer accountable for timelines we present and go through together. The initial setup was incredibly easy, especially with a dedicated team to ask questions and set up the framework of the Trumpet builds.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

If Trumpet had an AI feature to recognize and generate the model or framework that I consistently use, that would be helpful.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 23. Incredibly Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant V. | Mid-Market AE, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Incredibly easy to use. After every initial call I have with a prospect, I'm able to create the room in minutes and then continuously add to it over the duration of the deal cycle. The notifications are perfect to understand where stakeholders are spending time and lead to deeper conversations the next time we meet. It gives full visibility into things I never thought I needed, and provides greater perspective into additional risk in the deal cycle to flush out earlier to win more deals, while driving further value for the prospect.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Generating a new section from scratch that is specifically asked for from the client can be a bit time consuming the first few times you do it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides visibility into where there is underlying risk in my deal. Zero engagement tells me a lot, as well as what pages people are spending time on. It helps me be more proactive in my deals and derisk earlier.

 ### 24. Effortless Sales Tool with Great Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really like that Trumpet is easy to use, which is great because I actually missed the onboarding session and was still able to figure it out myself. The analytics feature is another aspect I appreciate as it provides good insights, letting us know when prospects have been visiting and which parts are popular. This helps us understand what's working and where to focus more effort. I find Trumpet quite flexible for different use cases, and it allows our sales team to make good use of our digital assets by repurposing them in several ways. We can create unique sales rooms that prospects enjoy visiting, and they often feel it's a valuable and polished experience.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

No downsides so far.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to share digital assets and create unique sales rooms for prospects, providing valuable insights with good analytics and flexibility for multiple use cases.

 ### 25. Easy, Fun Pods That Wow Customers and Help Track Buying Intent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff W. | Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

As an Account Executive for HubSpot, I use Trumpet as much as I can to show my customers we are organized and are different than our competitors. It's easy to spin up a pod and actually fun to create. The feedback I've received from our customers has been extremely positive: "I've never seen anything like this before!" As well, I can track usage and that's super helpful in determining the likelihood of them purchasing.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Not a knock against Trumpet - there are some buyers who don't use it. I'd say about 60% of my customers use their pod but some buyers are just set in their ways and aren't open to new ways to evaluate software.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Keeping customers organized throughout their evaluation - all supporting collateral is in 1 place.
2) I use it as a mutual action plan to ensure we are aligned on next steps and timeline.
3) I can track usage and understand the likelihood of them purchasing.
4) It differentiates us from the competition.

 ### 26. A Central Hub for Customer Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet gives us a clear view of customer health and engagement in one place. It makes it much easier to track adoption, identify risks early, and manage customer relationships proactively. The shared customer-facing workspace also improves collaboration and keeps everyone aligned on goals and next steps.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Overall it’s a great product. My main feedback would be improving navigation and making some workflows a bit more intuitive. More flexibility in customization and reporting would also be helpful.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves the challenge of scattered communication and resources by bringing everything into a single shared workspace. It helps us stay organized, collaborate better with customers, and keep deals moving forward more efficiently.

 ### 27. Saves Time After Demos and Makes Follow-Ups More Interactive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahel K. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It saves me a lot of time after demos and makes any follow-up, post-demo engagement much more interactive.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Sometimes the text formatting in the input boxes can be a bit wonky.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By far, the biggest benefit is that it helps me stay on top of every client interaction and be even more consultative in how I engage with them.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping you to be more consultative with your customers.

 ### 28. Beneficial for Sales Proposals and Customer Success Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadja Z. | Customer Success Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It’s been beneficial for both our Sales team when putting together new business proposals and our Customer Success team during onboarding, as well as for ongoing account management.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It takes a little while to get used to because it’s different from other platforms, but that isn’t a negative at all. Once you spend a bit of time with it, it’s actually very user-friendly.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a very large number of clients, and having everything in one place has made a huge improvement in how we manage them. Before this, it was difficult to keep track of everything across multiple systems and stay organised.

 ### 29. Effortless Digital Sales Rooms with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how time-saving Trumpet is for me, as I can pull templates from other team members that have found success. I also appreciate being able to see how engaged the prospect is with the digital sales room. The initial setup was super easy, and the customer success team ran great training sessions. Additionally, the integration with Gong and HubSpot for our team is a significant advantage.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I find it takes a bit of getting used to when first starting with the tools.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Trumpet makes it much quicker to create digital sales rooms, allowing for better organization of resources and sharing with prospects. It helps prospects with internal selling. I can use team templates, saving time, and see how engaged prospects are with the sales rooms.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping you to understand how engaged your prospects are, that's what it's all about! Thanks also for the kind words about our CS team :)

Welcome to the band!

 ### 30. Incredibly User-Friendly, With Phenomenal Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet is incredibly user-friendly. It’s easy to learn and navigate, and the support has been phenomenal.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It might just be my lack of understanding, but it would be really helpful if there were a way to get notified when someone updates an attachment, widget, or shared page, so I can keep my personal template updated with the latest content.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gaining insight into a prospect’s level of interest in our solution is a game changer. The real-time alerts about activity in the pods are tremendously valuable. Just as important, having a central repository for information is much easier to manage than trying to keep track of what has been sent through email messages. It’s also easy to add new content and materials throughout the sales process, and prospects appreciate having simple access to everything without needing to dig through old emails.

 ### 31. All the Info in One Place—Easy to Navigate and Enjoyable to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

the ability to have all the information someone would need all in one easy to place while being easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I haven't really found any problems with it yet, has been a very enjoyable experience thus far.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to signpost people to relevant information without having to send a million links

 ### 32. Streamlined Resource Management, Intuitive Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like how Trumpet saves its various templates and pulls directly from my CRM information. I don't have to recreate the initial starting point each time, which makes it very easy to use. The modules are easy to clone, making it easy to replicate and distribute quickly from a sales rep's perspective. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and the usability and UI are very intuitive, allowing anyone to pick it up quickly.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think Trumpet is working on improving the integrations, and they're currently focused on this. The integration with AI will really help make it easier to create new trumpets at a quicker pace.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Trumpet helps solve the problem of resources getting lost in email threads and provides a centralized workspace for easier access to resources throughout the sales cycle.

 ### 33. Centralized Document Management with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent C. | Sales Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I love the centralization of all documents and everything under one platform with Trumpet. It helps me because all the documents are there, making it easier for me to follow-up and track all the different touchpoints I have with my clients. I think it also creates a clear 'wow' effect for the clients, showing that the sales team spends time on their cases and pains. Also, the integration between Trumpet and my CRM, Brevo, is great because I only need to type the client's name on Trumpet, and it populates directly from the CRM, allowing me to track any activity from my client. On top of that, setting up Trumpet was super easy and takes me only five to ten minutes to create a pod.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet to centralize everything, making it easier for clients to access all their documents.

 ### 34. Effortless Setup, Powerful Engagement Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoha A. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I like Trumpet for its ease of setup and sharability. As a first-time user, I could set up the dashboard in just a few minutes with a few clicks. I also appreciate the ability to track visits and engagement, allowing me to share it with prospecting clients and see who interacts with it and for how long. I find these features valuable for consolidating the sales cycle within my marketing agency. Compared to the previous product I used, Aligned, I prefer Trumpet for these capabilities.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Some customizations are tough, like the header image and icons that display on it can't be changed much (at least to my knowledge)

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use trumpet to consolidate the sales cycle by centralizing documentation, streamlining workflows, and tracking visits. It helps me easily share PDFs with vendors and track client engagement.

 ### 35. Using Trumpet to Simplify Prospect Communications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet lets me centralize everything for prospects and minimizes the need for multiple emails containing attachments. The UI is great and we've had fantastic performance out of the platform.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don't have any major dislikes with the performance of Trumpet. There is an initial learning curve like any other tool, but I feel that I quickly became adept at using it. Their support team has been great.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were sending a lot of email and a lot of attachments. Prospects would need to keep everything in order, which often became time consuming or they lost information. Trumpet puts everything in one place for us.

 ### 36. Trumpet: Revolutionizing Our Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I find the ability to replicate templates in Trumpet really helpful. It allows us to start from a basis of deals that are similar to one another, especially when they have similar properties, involve similar partners for implementation, or face similar problems in the same industry. It's very quick to build on top of that and align them to the individual deal we're working on.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

In the early stages, there were some small bugs I had to work around, but none ever lasted very long and were fixed quickly. Likely just a result of being early adopters.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet for joint evaluation plans in sales, providing a single place for alignment on goals, outcomes, and responsibilities. It replaces spreadsheets, saving time by quickly replicating templates for similar deals and streamlining the sales process.

 ### 37. Streamlined Client Onboarding in One Place, but Limited Customization & Integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

how it simplifies customer onboarding and collaboration in one place, making it easy to create personalized, interactive experiences for clients. It helps streamline communication, keeps everything organized, and makes the overall process more efficient and engaging for both teams and customers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One downside of Trumpet is that it can feel a bit limited in customization and integrations compared to more established tools, and there can be a slight learning curve when setting up more advanced workflows.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves the problem of scattered communication and slow, unorganized sales and onboarding processes by bringing everything—content, conversations, and next steps—into one centralized, interactive workspace. This benefits me by making it easier to manage client interactions, keep everyone aligned, and track engagement in real time, ultimately saving time, improving efficiency, and helping close deals or onboard customers faster.

 ### 38. Boosts Buyer Engagement with an All-in-One Interactive Workspace

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yathin Rohit G. | Junior technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Buyers actually engage more People can interact with content, comment, watch demos, sign docs, and follow action plans inside the same workspace.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Customization feels limited once you get into deeper use cases. People like the templates, but some say that advanced branding, layout control, and highly customized sales room designs can feel restrictive.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Low buyer engagement visibility
Sales teams usually don't know whether prospects actually viewed the proposal or ignored it. Trumpet gives engagement tracking so reps can see what buyers opened and interacted with.

 ### 39. Streamlined Sales Process with Powerful Analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryl G. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I love the ability to see the analytics and know when people are viewing the digital sales room. It's also been interesting to see when it's been shared to other people that I may not have actually communicated with yet in my process.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I think there's room for improvement in the mutual success plan portion of trumpet. It's too clunky and could be a bit more streamlined in how it views

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet for digital sales rooms to share resources centrally, avoiding lost links or attachments in emails and maintaining alignment throughout the sales process.

I love using Trumpet because it provides a central place for my clients, making sharing updates and documentation much easier. I appreciate being able to track activity, especially for those clients who are typically less engaged. I like having the pods as a central point for all communications with clients, which helps move away from standard email communications and offers more tracking for less engaged clients. Maybe fully integrated contract signing tool would be even more useful. That's the only one I can think off

I really like how easy Trumpet is to use. The integrations are what I rely on most in my day-to-day work. We also prefer Trumpet mode because it offers more features and has strong AI capabilities.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Ui could be improved so that it’s easier for someone new to Trumpet to get started. That way, it would be very easy for them to set up the deal room without confusion.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps me identify hidden stakeholders and better understand what my prospects care about, including the pain points they’re trying to solve.

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The ability to easily create personalized deal rooms for prospects using their widget based page builder. It's very easy to pull in call recordings or resources externally through the integrations they've provided as well.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Sometimes the page load speed when building or sending a new room is slow. This can also be reflected when building out a new room.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helped us solve a BIG gap between sales and onboarding. Using a room that can be accessed by both departments, we have utilized Trumpets "Mutual Action Plan" feature with prospects to streamline the sales to onboarding handoff.

 ### 48. Streamlined Document Compilation and Clean Stakeholder Handoffs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Centralizing document compilation has meaningfully streamlined our early-stage process. Most initial calls involve one or two leads who need to loop in additional stakeholders — having everything in one place removes that friction and keeps the handoff clean.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The main friction point is the edit-undo flow — a couple of times I've had to redo work rather than revert it (note: this may be user error)

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's become the backbone of how we run deals. Centralizing document sharing, structuring the sales process, and managing prospect interactions in one place.
