I find Trumpet visually pleasing and easy to use, which makes it great for our sales process and customer success / event delivery. If I was being picky, the user interface could be a little more robust. Sometimes when making edits at speed, version drafts are lost. I'd also like to see a more premium feel to the POD given its often giving our first impression to prospects Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After using other tools such as Clari Align or Highspot, I found that Trumpet is the best-in-class regarding customization, insights/KPI's and also they implemented well their AI for guiding sales into what's working and what needs to be discovered still to gain control of the deal. I like that trumpet integrates with HubSpot and keeps everything organized in one place instead of having lots of PDFs and email attachments. It looks a bit more professional, and I can embed it, which makes it much easier for everyone to use it properly instead of treating it like another isolated tool. I like most that as soon as a potential champion joins the pod with internal stakeholders, the live buyer tracking analytics will send an alert. I also appreciate that contact engagement data is automatically synced into HubSpot to update the stage of their deal.
