Liftify has completely simplified the review generation process for us, and their team is fantastic and so helpful! They doubled our reviews within the first month of using them and have continued to drive great results

Following up on review requests - we had been asking for reviews once and people would often forget. Liftify does multiple requests using multiple different contact methods, and it has greatly increased the number of responses we get.

I am still not the most well versed with the platform, but nothing major at the moment that I find unsatisfactory. I would like to see some enhancements on the reports on the data.

Liftify helps me get information on my company's reputation quickly. With this information, I can keep my thumb on the pulse of our business and correct any issues quickly and efficiently. We get three to four times the number of reviews every month than we did prior to using Liftify.

We've seen our online public reviews increase exponentially and have been able to easily triage any issues by responding to a review in almost real-time.

Nothing bad to say about Liftify. Biggest challenge is change management.

Liftify public reviews are increasing our ability to attract leads based on reviews. We also send technician surveys which allows us to react to customer suggestions and to reward our techs.

Liftify is a top-notch review generation company—responsive, professional, and truly great at what they do. I have worked with a lot of review generation companies, and my clients have all seen the best results with Liftify.

You could argue that you already have software through Service Titan, or you have PulseM, but a lot of times, these really aren't cutting it.

I recommend their product to all my clients I work with. Reviews are an integral part of a Home Service's business and Liftify is able to help my clients gain reviews at a much faster rate.

**What do you like best about Liftify?**

The support of the Liftify team and quick start up. We got started in less than a week. This meant we got more reviews, faster AND it started impacting our SEO within a couple months. We saw more organic leads and were closing them at 2x our normal rate

The Lifitfy team was really great, I really don't have any dislikes.

The customer service at liftify has always been great. They are helpful and very personable. We got a google trophy in the mail from liftify when we hit 250 reviews, which i thought was fun and a pleasant surprise. I find their system easy to use.
