What I like best about Liftify is how seamlessly they combine execution, partnership, and measurable results.
 
Their team is incredibly easy to work with: proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. They made the entire process of growing our Google presence effortless for our internal teams while delivering results that far exceeded our expectations.

The impact speaks for itself: a massive increase in our Google review volume, a significant improvement in our average rating, and clear visibility into the data behind it all. Their reporting and insights are straightforward and actionable, which makes it easy to measure ROI and keep progressing toward our goals.

So far, we haven’t encountered anything we would consider a drawback or limitation in working with Liftify. Their process has been smooth, their team is responsive, and the results have consistently exceeded expectations. As our partnership expands into new areas like customer and employee surveys, we’ve been impressed with how adaptable and supportive they’ve been. At this point, there’s truly nothing we would call a negative in our experience.

Liftify is helping STAR solve a crucial challenge: capturing authentic customer feedback at scale and turning it into a powerful driver of trust, visibility, and overall customer experience improvements.

Before partnering with Liftify, gathering reviews consistently, and at the volume needed to stand out, was difficult and time‑intensive. Liftify solved this by taking the entire review workflow off our plate and implementing a highly effective outreach process that our customers actually respond to.

The benefits to STAR have been significant:
-Massive improvement in our online reputation: Our Google reviews grew from 338 to over 5,000, and our average rating jumped from 4.1 to 4.8. This level of brand credibility simply wouldn’t have been achievable through internal effort alone.

**What do you like best about Liftify?**

Liftify is a comprehensive platform bringing together all our reviews from various channels with the ability to manage responses from one place. It is truly a one-stop-shop and makes managing our multi-location reputation management so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Liftify?**

There are a few quirks with the reporting, as a multi-location business, but they are a very minor issue, and do not hinder the use. I have found that when I select a single location and drill down further, I sometimes have to hunt around to find which location I am viewing, whether through filtering menu or other places. It would be nice if the location were clearly displayed at the top of the page.

**What problems is Liftify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone who manages reputation management for a multi-location business, it would be near impossible to keep up with review and survey management without a tool like Liftify. The AI review response tool has made our lives to much easier, as it responds to positive reviews on our behalf, having learned how we want to respond to those reviews. For the more neutral or negative reviews, Liftify makes it really easy to track what reviews I am working to resolve with the team. I can't wait to get their Ticketing feature off the ground - this will be even easier!!

**What do you like best about Liftify?**

Liftify has been a major driver in scaling reviews for us. We started by testing a few locations, and after we saw review volume grow significantly, we decided to onboard the rest of our 21 locations. The implementation was quick and we were fully transitioned to Liftify within two weeks. We're now consistently seeing double the volume of reviews month-over-month and they were able to effectively improve our overall rating from 4.8 to 4.9. Liftify understands home services and how much of an impact GBPs and LSAs have in this industry, and since rollout, we've seen a clear lift in local visibility and lead quality. The team we work with is amazing and really dedicated to seeing us succeed. They've been able to take our feedback and quickly run with it, as well as provide weekly reports to track performance and easily share with leadership.

Nothing to dislike! Anything we've needed modified has been addressed quickly by the Liftify team.

Previously, we were having a hard time with overall review volume and wanted to take some of the pressure off of the techs to get these in-person. Liftify has utilized their best practices and applied them to our company to significantly lift our review volume.

Liftify drives consistent, high-quality review volume without adding operational friction. The biggest value is that it understands how reviews actually impact Google Business Profiles and Local Services Ads. Since switching, we’ve materially increased review velocity while maintaining a strong rating across markets, directly improving local visibility and lead quality. The system is easy for teams to adopt, scalable across locations, and actually works in real home services environments.

**What do you dislike about Liftify?**

Very little so far. Like any platform tied to operational execution, results depend on adoption and follow-through, but Liftify’s workflow minimizes that risk. Any refinements we’ve needed have been minor and addressed quickly.

Liftify solves the challenge of generating reviews at scale in a way that supports local SEO, Google Business visibility, and LSA performance. For us, reviews are a performance lever, not a vanity metric. **What do you like best about Liftify?**

I like that Liftify provides a 'set it and forget it' service, requiring no constant management. I really appreciate how they know their lane and do a great job working within it. Liftify makes my life easier by offering a dashboard where I can see all reviews across multiple platforms and respond to them directly. I also find the platform extremely user-friendly compared to others like WebPunch. The initial setup was very easy as they walked me through all the steps. Overall, I'm very satisfied with their service.

We have been a Liftify customer since 2022 and I have nothing but good things to say about this company! Their service and responsiveness runs at a very high level.

I have had no complaints they have been a great partner for our team.

Prior to using Liftify we had no process for generating reviews and our Review count was at 5. Since we starting partnering with Liftify our review count has now grown to 250 Reviews helping us further establish ourselves in the Indianapolis area. The partnership with Liftify has helped us grow our lead count grow organically.

**What do you like best about Liftify?**

I really like how Liftify benefits our Google reviews and customer relationships. It gives us a broad overview of how the business is doing from a service standpoint. The setup was really easy, pretty much hands off as Liftify handles all the heavy lifting :). I appreciate that we can use it for thank you cards, gift cards, and the referral program as well. A very cost efficient service.

**What do you dislike about Liftify?**

I guess, right now, the referral program isn't as user friendly as I would like, but to it's defense it was just in the beta stage. Knowing what referrals turned into jobs hasn't been easy. Haven't really wrapped my brain around it very well on my end. The one customer who called was thrilled when I hand delivered the Referral Gift Card.

**What problems is Liftify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Liftify frees up our office admin's time by sending gift cards and thank you cards once the jobs are done, allowing a focus on leads and customers. It benefits us with Google reviews and provides a broad overview of business performance from a service standpoint. These are all vital customer retention programs that are easily neglected when we are busy.

I like the automations set up in Liftify because they make it an easy hands-off experience for us, kind of set it and forget it. The clean dashboard is great too, as it allows us to see all our reviews in one place, helping us monitor bad reviews, remove spam reviews, and automatically respond to good reviews. Additionally, I appreciate that Liftify links to Google, Yelp, and our CRM Service Titan, which allows us to move data back and forth efficiently. The initial setup was fairly easy, and I find these features in Liftify especially beneficial for my needs.

I like the automation aspect of Liftify. It's the key piece for me because it runs in the background, and I don't have to think about it. It effectively helps by notifying our guests after their experience, encouraging them to submit a Google review quickly and easily from their phones.

We had issues with some campaigns and getting Liftify to integrate with our systems. It wasn't something on the Liftify side, but we couldn't count on it working correctly every time. So, we stopped our text campaigns and just utilize the Google reviews right now.

I use Liftify to quickly notify guests to submit Google reviews, solving our issue of having few reviews. Before, it was hard to engage them, but now it's automated, helping us gather feedback easily when their experience is fresh.

**What do you like best about Liftify?**

I love how Liftify checks the box on everything we need in review management. It ties in effectively with our CRM, allowing us to solicit reviews and view them all in one location. The AI insights are incredibly useful, helping us produce great responses to reviews, often with little editing needed. The majority of review platforms can be managed within Liftify, which provides peace of mind that we are responding promptly. The AI's recommended replies are spot on, requiring minimal adjustments. Additionally, Liftify's reporting features give us clear insights into our review scores and response rates. We also appreciate the 'drip campaign' setup, which is more effective than a one-and-done message. Overall, the transition from our previous product was seamless, and the setup was easy. The support from our Liftify representatives are TOP NOTCH as well. I can't say enough great things about their team -- they are some of the most responsive (and action-driven) people I've ever worked with.

There's no way to respond directly to BBB, Yelp, Angi/Home Advisor reviews. I don't fault Liftify for that though -- these platforms don't share access well.

Liftify helps us solicit reviews, integrates with our CRM, and centralizes review management. It simplifies responding with AI-generated replies, provides insightful reporting, and replaced a fragmented system with an all-in-one solution, ensuring timely responses.

The reporting features are also a plus, as I can run reports to see which team members are getting online reviews and look at data over different date ranges. Setting it up was pretty easy, and I only needed to get access for my team members. The AI response is pretty good as well, though it could use some improvement. I like Liftify a lot, and the team at Liftify is strong and always helpful.

I don't like all the words that the AI selects sometimes. It uses words that I don't believe most people use in everyday language.

We have seen a massive growth in our Google reviews as a result of switching to Liftify. Our reviews have grown almost 200% per month! It's super easy to use, implement, and has been a gamechanger for our business.

They are working on this feature, but having the AI responder identify certain job keywords and input those into the review. We have a complex set up, so this is at no fault of Liftify.

The accuracy has been in question. GBP and Liftify don't always have the same totals.

 Liftify has made it incredibly easy for us to improve our online reputation and quickly build rapport with potential clients. It's so much more than just getting more google reviews (which they helped us increase our reviews 4x). They've helped us rethink the way we are seen in the market and have helped us improve our positioning in an ever increasingly competitive field. Communication with our rep is always fast, efficient and helpful.

**What do you like best about Liftify?**

Straightforward, easy implementation and platform.  Integration was seemless.  I work directly with the founder and CEO on a daily basis as needed, the team is pleasant, responsive and very accommodating to solution products or services to meet our unique business model.  They are constantly trying to improve their product and offering and we've seen immediate lift and value for the investment.  I was familiar with other platforms, but nothing performs like Liftify that I've seen.  Common feedback with other platforms was "my rep is constantly changing" and "they are slow to respond" this is not the case with Liftify.  Issues resolved immediately and I have direct access to the owner and CEO.  Couldn't be more pleased and wish every vendor was this amenable to work with.

Honestly, I'm struggling to come up with a negative for Liftify.  We've not implemented another tool or vendor that showed an immediate lift in value to the business.

In a business sector that is highly fragmented with a ton of competition, Liftify is creating more volume in Google Reviews which is impacting our search results and LSA performance in a positive manner.  We are getting ready to implement customer surveys and NPS to track and inform customer sentiment which will help our businesses focus on the operational positives and areas needing improvement.  Will give our leadership actionable feedback in real time and allow us another dimension beyond top line and expense management to measure the current health of an operation.

Their team made getting started extremely easy. The onboarding process was seamless, and we had a clear and professional setup meeting with their administrators. They laid out the plan, implemented it quickly, and had us up and running in no time. From there, it’s been a well-oiled system that works behind the scenes to support our reputation.

One of the best parts of working with Liftify is how easy the system is to use. The dashboard is always available and simple to navigate, and we are emailed reports regularly—daily, monthly, and quarterly—that are clear, relevant, and informative. A number of things in no particular order. Quick and plentiful communication. Known Zach for a number of years now, accessible and puts the clients first. They do a good job trying cater their services to the needs of the clients. Open to feedback, moves fast to resolve issues, and provides good insight before decisions get made. Overall really happy. Easy to work with, the software itself is straightforward and easy to understand after a few minutes. Works with our systems well.

**What do you dislike about Liftify?**

I don't have much here. I'm sure there's room for improvement but for what I and my team need we have smooth sailing.

Overall the ability to generate customer reviews in a timely manner resulting in a much larger volume. Ease of use for the customer and has streamlined our processes and allowed more space to work in.

Simple easy to use platform for both internal and external use. The Lifitify team is also quick to respond to questions and help with implementation and best practices of their product!

**What do you dislike about Liftify?**

I have yet to see a downside to using this platform, so much so that we have increased our integration and have turned over NPS management this year to them on top of our review management.

**What problems is Liftify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a total Voice of the Customer management tool that integrates to our system.  Allowing us a one stop shop track and measure both reviews and NPS trends, quickly respond to customer reviews and track metrics on Reviews and NPS.

Utilizing this platform has allowed us to see not just a regular increase in our review/nps traffic but better response rates then our previous platform

**What do you like best about Liftify?**

When we bought this dealership in Nov 2021, there were 2 cars, 8 employees, and many horrible reviews. We hired Liftify early in our business growth mode and they were the perfect team to guide us through our options for requesting reviews; they worked with us to build a system that met our needs and they have helped us achieve a 4.9 Google star rating (yes, that includes all the prior owner's bad reviews and the bad reviews we earned). The team at Liftify responds quickly and genuinely cares about our mutual goals and success. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Zach and his entire team. Their platform integrated easily with our dealership's management system, DealerTrack, and connects our daily customer base. The entire system was set up to run daily and I get daily results; its great!

**What do you dislike about Liftify?**

I'm a relationship builder and I love meeting people face to face. The only downside I have with Liftify is that I haven't met any of their team in person. I don't need to meet them in person, but it would be awesome to know the people that have worked diligently to help my business so I can thank them.

We needed help automating the review request process. Lifity has integrated a system that sends outbound communication to each of our customers and has been extremely successful increasing the volume of reviews we receive.

**What do you like best about Liftify?**

They are very responsive to any issue or question brought to their attention. During meetings, you can tell they genuinely take a vested interest in the success of our business and their role in it. Kristen and the team are fantastic to work with. I have several members of my team that use this as a primary means of communication, it's 2025 after all so texting is a great way to generate business. From a management perspective, the built-in reports are very helpful and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Liftify?**

Some features haven't been opened yet, at least to us. The ability to send texts to multiple contacts at once is not there, so it's tedious if you want to go text 20-30 people a reminder message to follow-up.

**What problems is Liftify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team primarily uses Liftify as another touch point to recapture lost revenue from unsold estimates.

**What do you like best about Liftify?**

I saw rapid, sustainable growth in Google reviews for all of my business. The change was most pronounced for my businesses with very few reviews and no local SEO momentum.  The integration with my CRM was also very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Liftify?**

I have no complaints. I've asked the Liftify team to see if we can generate reviews of our intake CSRs in addition to our post service service review that typically focuses on the technician.

**What problems is Liftify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rapid review generation and consumer listening.  With Liftify, my Google reviews are consistently building helping my presence when consumers are shopping. Also, I have additional surveys that provide the NPS score and understanding of the customer experience to celebrate wins and continual improve.
