I have worked with various firms over the years and some were just horrible. I found one company wasn't even sending out review requests to more than 2% of our clients! After cutting them, we met Zach and his team at Liftify. They were able to set up copy and automations that instantly increased our rate of sending reviews and increased to conversions of those sends multiple times over. We now have 10s of thousands of reviews across our system in North America. They have also continued to inovate as our relationship carried on. New filters, new tools, Ai assistants and review replies. I can filter or I can run full throttle. I can do it myself or I can have them do it for me. Integration was taken care of by them with no heavy lift on my side. We are sending out review requests weekly. Best of all, they deliver on every promise. They are honest about how long things will take and they walk the walk. These guys can scale to any size operation. I am talking to you, large enterprise business decision maker. The staff at Liftify is very helpful and supportive whenever we need them. Our onboarding with them and the time it took to implement this into our processes was quick and seamless.
