Dealertrack is very resourceful and easy to use. The interface is straightforward after training. The Information we can access is crucial for business operations. What I like best is the ease of use for new users; it's easily accessible and can be taught to people that are new to the industry very easily. I also like that while DealerTrack has updated the interface, they have allowed long-time users to keep using key commands that we used in the Arkona version of the DMS. What do you dislike about Dealertrack DMS?

Some areas could still use improvements and have been brought up on the DMS 360 site and left unresolved. Some of those things would be bank reconciliation, ACH payments in payables, and limiting users on what accounts they can post purchase orders to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
