What do you like best?

Having the ability to bring all project elements into one place: so estimating, build plans, communicating with sub-contractors and capturing all relevant documentation. Mobile app is very helpful in making sure everything is fed back into the system while on site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The estimating tool is very clunky. It doesn't allow you to load all the various estimates received from subs into the system and choose which options to select and automatically update the budget. That is challenging when considering different approaches to roofing, siding, kitchens etc. Estimating is positioned as one of its primary differentiators and it wasn't very flexible in aligning of how you might cost out a project. Recommendations to others considering the product:

CoConstruct is a great initial tool particularly for smaller shops like ours. The ease of use on the estimating could be improved and so larger organizations may want to consider other higher cost options that allows for more flexibility. The primary issue we were trying to solve is keeping consistent communication and planning across the project lifecycle. A web based tool is ideal in that way particularly since some of our team are in different locations. What do you like best?

There's a lot of useful items this software delivers. My favorite is the scheduling. It allows me to keep track of items coming up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Mobile app freezes, especially during uploads. Hard to use from jobsite, needs strong internet connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Making the estimate in CoConstruct and having that tie into the specs and determinations segment keeps all the data in a single place, in an exceptionally sorted out way. What do you dislike?

It can require a long time to set up a project - explicitly a rundown of for the most part random things. The customer perspective on some stuff is somewhat less straightforward than I'd like. When I work out that cost lines for every thing I'd like to have the option to show the depiction of each cost line to the customer. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?

For some reason, when using the app, it won’t work whenever you’re on WiFi. It makes it inconvenient for our project managers to upload tasks on the job site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

It can create custom proposals and import files with a simplified drag-and-drop mechanism.

The communication with the client improved significantly

The projects can be broken down into smaller tasks, to which the agents have full access, thus maintaining transparency in the system

It does not come with a free trial.

It is a bit expensive than its competition softwares, but it comes with project/task management, sales, accounting, collaboration, and CRM features in the very same package, therefore making it worth the money Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Careful planning on building selection templates is a must. You cannot spend too much time with this. It is also really important, if you want selections to be the best time-saving tool in the program, that you update your selection templates as you make modifications in specific items in projects. Also, a good plan for numbering selection items is necessary for keep items in a logical sequence and grouping in categories that make sense Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Earlier, we were running around like crazy looking at printouts of Microsoft project and having to update the schedules at night. It was very time-consuming. The scheduling is hands down the best feature of this service. It allows us to schedule our subs without spending as much time on the phone, calling everyone to inform them of what we need to be done. It also eliminates the need for me to adjust the schedule manually at night and having to call everyone in the morning while driving to work every day. Another great feature is the selections page!! What do you like best?

This management tool is one of the besy in business. It does not have a lot of reports or features like Quickbooks or Excel but it still worthy of precise usr. Much faster and user friendly. Somerltimes less options are better to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The ability to toggle through schedules, proposed changes, and financials all in one app. Additionally, the overall functionality is very user-friendly, mobile-friendly, and cloud-based which is a major bonus. The more input you can put into the software the better. Always great to discuss security of information and information storage prior to signing up in order to further feel at ease in what program you're stepping into. Initially my concerns were for information loss or breach however I felt confident enough in the support team that the proper measures are being taken in order to sustain and improve performance in these areas.
