**What do you like best about Restoration Manager?**

compatibility with other programs and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Restoration Manager?**

extremely slow load time after updates, every time I get used to the layout it changes with an update

**Recommendations to others considering Restoration Manager:**

Try not to change the outline for the system. My co-workers also get frustrated when an update happens and we can't find something because it's been moved.

**What problems is Restoration Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily able to access info from other branches of my company within a few clicks, and equipment tracking system is very useful

That if you misspell a name, it doesn't offer suggestions, it says its not there

It does WAY more than what we use it for.

**What problems is Restoration Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving by putting in the partial name & sometimes a "*" works. A "+" sign helps with looking for past customers.
