My experience has been largely positive. The platform is quite intuitive, especially those who are all already familiar with Microsoft ecosystem. The learning curve is relatively gentle. The seamless integration of Microsof Dynamics 365 Customer Voice is what really excites me about it. The days of balancing various feedback systems are long gone! It easily inegrates with the Dynamics 365 ecosystem,addying up-to- date feedback data to customer profiles. My life is made easier by this unified view,which gives me a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey that helps me test features.
Customer voice excels in its usability even beyond integration.Because of he pre-builttemplates and user-friendly interface,creating surveys is a breeze.Insightful surveys can be created in minutes by non-technical users as well,resulting in more feedback and less hassle. Furthermore,i only need to click to access the thorough documenation and helpful customer support if i ever run into trouble.
Moreover, a tester's paradise is the simplicity of implementation.Long deployment times and intricate setups are not required. Customer Voice scales and deploys quickly, so I can concentrate on making sure it works rather than getting bogged down in technical details.

Threr is a lot of feature overload in Customer Voice. Customization is fantastic,but there are so many options available that regression testing can become extremely difficult. Comprehensive testing is essential but resource-intensive because of the possibility that bugs will go unnoticed for extended periods of time due to some teams' infrequent use. A delicate balance must be struck between thorough testing and usability.

An effective way to combat blind spots is through customer voice! It clarifies user issues that i might have overlooked. Suppose you are testing a new feature and Customer Voice informs you about its usability,areas of difficulty,and features  that users would love to see improved.Eliminate speculating about what matters to them! Because of this feedback loop,I can fix actual pain points instead of chasing imaginary bbugs,which saves me a ton of time and effort. Finally,Customer voice makes every bug fix feel ten times more satisfying by assisting me in making sure the finished product actually satisfies users.

What I like the most about Microsoft Pro is the ability of not only creating forms, but also to envision insights and analytics. It is user-friendly, simple to use and has a great dashboard.

There is not a lot to dislike about it. However, I consider the price of the product to be a disadvantage as well as the lack of guidance when using the app. This could be improved by adding tutorials of some sort to engage new users.

It is a great alternative to Google forms.

I liked to see important contacts, queries and can sort the queries based on complexities.

I just cannot dislike anything in this product.
I am sure that there are improvement areas, but Microsoft has done well to design this App.

I can connect Customer Service to Automated Chatbots for minor issues; I can record the points; escalate them to respective teams, or keep track of solution time.
The Dashboard helps to see real-time performance and highlights any outstanding issue that may need instant focus.

Microsoft has revamped Microsoft Forms really well and now the features are even better than before. The Option to connect database links along with the Forms is great and the interconnect to Oracle and SQL DB is also a great add on. Data can be transmitted in the backend and the relevant databased can be updated instantaneously instead of the sender doing it manually. I really like the fact that now, MS. Forms can be integrated with MS. Outlook as well

I can not seem to find any reason to dislike Microsoft Forms

Remote server access is great while working on the forms and each form can be used by multiple team members, hence the overall templates can be edited and added on for the next requirement. Using forms we are able to gather feedback and also do massive analysis on what our end users really want.

Anyone can use forms. It's so simple to build a great form. Overtime you will learn how to branch and make more complex forms and then have other MS products that leverage the data added by users on the form.

It does lack some complex formula and conditional logic of other forms programs. So if you are a power user it may not be the option.

Microsoft Pro is where forms now becomes surveys with response analysis. Incorporating forms insight and analytics. It provides an email template builder which involves you to customize the body/message with placeholders and thus dynamically inserting the data. With forms pro, the surveys are more personalized and wit the power of Microsoft Flow one can easily send customized email trigger based on the responses received. It offers a great tool to incorporate tools to analyses responses which can be related to each other and offer more understanding in order to bring out a powerful result bases on related responses. Forms Pro is all about integration, that is automatically recording the responses in Google Sheet, SharePoint or even Flow. It gives a push notification when a Cognito response is submitted or approved. Best part is that how it creates a profile for the candidate / respondent. One has a greater leverage by taking the advantage of Microsoft Office 365, which again gives us greater control on analysis, insights and predictive outcomes. Powerful search also picks up even the tiniest details of the responses.

There is not much to dislike as it incorporates pretty much everything one can do with survey or some feedback. However, the only shortcoming which i dislike is the price and lack of a good tutorial or a video walk through which could help utilize the ton of features for a better productivity and outcome. The pricing strategy is the only downfall which could have been better segmented. There is also the fact that since its not a very old software, they should have marketed the product quite exclusively and empathically so as to bring greater number of people for acceptance.

**Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice:**

Just ask the question to yourself: "Do I need advanced functionality to send surveys, analyze the responses and automatically send the responses forms based on a trigger?" If your answer is yes, then Forms Pro is for you! 
Again, most of this could potentially be done without Forms Pro by manually exporting the results and building Power Business Intelligence  reports then manually creating emails in Flow, but why would you do all of that ?, when everything can be done by the software itself.

We have been using it extensively to get Employee details, personal details like, educational qualification, blood group, address for the purpose of employee screening during pre-interview selection round. Employee financial profile building by going deeper into the details like satisfaction, motivation level, productivity, utilization, quality audits, etc.

You have to know what your people need from you, what they need to advance in their goals. Truly receiving the results through a simple survey in Microsoft Forms Pro has been the best.

Having access to Microsoft Forms Pro thanks to a business account has been very pleasant. Use it and apply the results for the same people in your company, the best. I think it should be more easily accessible to other groups (non-business), that's what doesn't help to always improve, that I don't like.

Now we need to know where to head when we want to work to support others. Microsoft Forms Pro is an easy way to get answers.

After some time supporting the teams, I didn't know where it was necessary to adjust to improve. A more agile way was discovering that I could use Microsoft Forms Pro to send them surveys and find out. That's what I did.

Simply discovering what is needed, coming from the same people, has been the best. The benefit was mutual: Growth for the people and for me.

These types of tools were not available in the past, now that we have them, we must use them to improve our personal and professional goals.

The program did not fit my company's specific needs and was not as easily customizable as we initially thought. We in turn decided to manipulate the free version through Office 365 for the purpose that this program was needed to fill.

I would recommend using the trial period to your advantage as much as possible. Put time into making the trial period a true trial period so your organization can see if it is something worth purchasing and implementing over a longer period of time.

We were having issues with our timesheets and PR report forms, so we decided to give Microsoft Forms Pro a try. The benefit of the program was the ability to have employees on the road fill out timesheets in a timely manner instead of having to wait until they got home to fill out a PDF, print it, sign it, and send it into management.

The best part is how it integrates with the entire suite of MSFT products. Since we became a Microsoft company we've moved over the suite of products and I love how seamlessly the forms integrate with everything else. I will say that's quite the upper hand over google.

Not a lot to be honest. It's not like I live in this thing so I would have a slew of improvement ideas. Form software just needs to be easy to use and integrate well with other products.

I have used many Online Forms apps but Micorsoft Forms Pro is by far the easiest and the best. The multiple options available to make it very eye catchy and effective for feedback collection

We have been using Microsoft Forms Pro for about 2 years now and I must say it is a great application and that I do not have any dislikes about it

Good tool, when you create a form, you can invite others to respond to your survey by using any web browser or mobile device. It support anonymous reply, too. Responders do not have to have Microsoft Office 365 account. When results are submitted, you can use built-in analytics to evaluate responses. It suggests some auto generated reports. Support branching.

There are some limitations, but Microsoft is constantly improving the tool. Main drawback is that you can not limit how many people can respond to your survey. For example, it would be a great tool to collect limited number of replies to sign up for a training class (with limited seats).

**What do you like best about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice?**

Forms Pro is just a better version of Forms. Forms is already easy to use and figure out even has a basic microsoft office user, but Pro gives you the analytics tools if you are trying to dive deeper into your forms responses. It also allows you to use Quiz functionality and a more robust sharing feature.

Another thing I do like is the Pro version gives you the ability to make forms more personalize such as more personalized, user-based emailing and more options for questions.

Coming from the standard version to Pro, you will notice that the interface is exactly the same so there won't be any issues with change or learning how to navigate around as a regular user.

Forms in the Pro version benefit from the advantages of AI – based on the keywords we use in the title of the survey, we will be prompted suggestions of questions and their types, which we can immediately use and insert into the created form.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Voice?**

I do like that it integrates with Flow, but if you don't know how to use flow it might make Forms Pro harder to use. I am also the admin for the regular version of Forms, so I haven’t found the option to migrate the standard form to the survey from the PRO version. This is in my opinion an interesting feature that will help new Pro users benefit from all the features of surveys, without the need to rewrite them from scratch. If you use validation for the entered data, you can only limit it to the numbers and values ​​of these, e.g. less than, between, etc … Unfortunately, there is unfortunately no option to validate the entered values ​​using regular expressions or masks. Detriment. Would do well to.

There are several points I like to use in microsoft forms pro, one of them is the ease of installing and configuring this program, I can automatically send surveys based on event triggers, analyze comments impact on businesses, I can reach audiences with QR CODE, email , web pages and more, and the very affordable price, is a great tool, which is essential to use.

There error messaging is not that great when creating form fields and I found it too limiting to how I want a field to be editable for user entry.

Creating forms for users to use, instead of writing information.  Moving more towards a paperless society.
