Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Custom Data Actions Reviews & Product Details

It was user friendly and easy to use. I liked the fact that you could upload invoices right into the invoice window. Checks were easy to rerun if they did not print correctly. I used it every day for AP. Someone was always there to help me with questions but mostly with the 1099 process at the end of the year. It was easy to make yearend corrections as needed. Customization - The best part of using Microsoft Dynamics is its customization capabilities which really helped our business to set up the relevant work flows.

Integration - It has most native integration with most of the business applications which makes the collaboration work very easy.

Although its a great software for any business but its needs to improve on certain part such as

Implementation - This is a very complex tool and for the first timers, its very difficult to set up. Microsoft needs to work on this part.
