**What do you like best about Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Custom Data Actions?**

It was user friendly and easy to use. I liked the fact that you could upload invoices right into the invoice window. Checks were easy to rerun if they did not print correctly. I used it every day for AP.  Someone was always there to help me with questions but mostly with the 1099 process at the end of the year.  It was easy to make yearend corrections as needed.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Custom Data Actions?**

Entering vendors needed to have a place where you could enter more information.

**What problems is Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Custom Data Actions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Custom Data Actions?**

Customization - The best part of using Microsoft Dynamics is its customization capabilities which really helped our business to set up the relevant work flows.
Integration - It has most native integration with most of the business applications which makes the collaboration work very easy.
Reports and data analytics - It has so many prebuilt reports n dashboards which has helped our top management to make more faster decisions.

**What do you dislike about Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Custom Data Actions?**

Although its a great software for any business but its needs to improve on certain part such as

Implementation - This is a very complex tool and for the first timers, its very difficult to set up. Microsoft needs to work on this part.

Maintenance - this is also one of our concerns, Microsoft has to work on it and improve this.

**What problems is Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Custom Data Actions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved our below problems

- Improved Reporting and data analytics
- Customer Experience
- Better Visibility into our customers data
