We are able to utilize its integrated CRM and Marketing Automation platforms for our agency, as well as our clients, at a fraction of the cost of competitors. It has rich tools that enable multiple capabilities, and has a stellar support team.

Support is great - they are super responsive, and we can get help over the phone, email, or live chat - plus a robust learning center and help area

**What do you dislike about Sharp Spring Agency Provider?**

Sometimes there can be wonky things that need to be checked off when setting up automation to ensure that everything is running properly, but nothing that support cannot help troubleshoot

SharpSpring offers a robust Marketing Automation and CRMs platform to agencies, with all the bells and whistles that is more user friendly than many other leading platforms

We are able to save a lot of time and effort with our emails, and managing workflows. We no longer need to rely on manual processes.

Everyone at this company is very nice, they take the time to get to know you and your business. The system is quite simple to use, it just needs a a bit more of a customization for complex agencies. Overall, a solid system for any agency looking to get off the ground

The people, super friendly and easy to get along with

System doesn't have much in the way of customization options

I ultimately decided against SharpSpring, just based on the complexity of my agency, but I will be back for another business I own
