**What do you like best about MarketSharp?**

Nothing, there actions make their product not even worth it.

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

I had one of the worst experiences imaginable with MarketSharp. From the start, their sales team misrepresented the product, using high-pressure tactics and making false promises about the software’s capabilities. After signing, it became immediately clear that the software didn’t deliver on any of the essential features we were promised, especially the webhook functionality they touted as a core selling point.

Within weeks—way before our first billable month—we canceled, realizing that this product simply didn’t work for us. Despite canceling and explaining the lack of functionality, MarketSharp is now attempting to collect fees, even threatening legal action for a product we didn’t even use for two full weeks!

On top of that, our team invested substantial time and resources, totaling over $50,000, trying to make their flawed system work—time and money completely wasted due to their deceptive practices.

It’s disheartening to see a company like MarketSharp prioritize short-term profits over customer satisfaction and honesty. No company should expect payment after failing to deliver on their promises and pressuring clients to sign up in the first place. Avoid MarketSharp if you value transparency, reliability, and respect.

**What do you like best about MarketSharp?**

Nothing was great about Marketsharpe. Customer service was very bad and not worth your time or headache. I would avoid doing any year agreement with them. The interface was from early 2000s and not intuitive.

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

Everything was awful about the CRM platform. If you are a home improvement contractor of any kind I would avoid the headache. There's better platforms out there and you will have a  better experience

**What problems is MarketSharp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It didn't solve any problems. After months of no help from Marketsharp we since migrated over to a better CRM that actually functioned.

**What do you like best about MarketSharp?**

I like that MarketSharp allows us to track data for all of our customer base. The automation is also useful to some extent, and the ability to create lead flows from sources like Angi Leads to MarketSharp to something like Hatch. It takes a lot of work off of us having to manually do things in the office.

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

I HATE the way the automation is set up. Programming it is wildly inefficient, and it is SO easy for mistakes to be made, especially working with less technologically oriented people in the office. It is a pain in my rear sometimes. Drives me nuts. I MUCH prefer setting up automation in Hatch, it's so user-friendly and MODERN looking. Oh, that is another thing- MarketSharp's design is stuck in the early 2000's and it hasn't grown with the times.

**What problems is MarketSharp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us track our customer base in one place and is a helpful central hub. Ideally, we should use it more as a team and be on the same page, but that is an internal problem. We will have to see what we can do to improve that.

**What do you like best about MarketSharp?**

Most helpful part of MarketSharp is the ability to keep all our records and communication with in one place.  

MarketSharp reports are crucial to our company and save a lot of time compared to having separate spread sheets.

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

The look could honestly be a little sleeker and the app better.  Desktop version is great

It keep's even I'm one place so our team can analyze data and move through the entire project quicker and easier.

**What do you like best about MarketSharp?**

I like that accounts can be grouped based on parameters in the mobile app. Also I like that in the desktop version, we've had the ability to place a follow up date on a completed project/account so that it will automatically pop up down the line .

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

I don't like the app at all. The system is great for storing data and it's easily accessible from the desktop login, but the app is clumsy and hard to navigate

If you are having trouble organizing data or cannot find account details, be sure to log into the desktop version to make all accounts visible to all users.

**What problems is MarketSharp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to easily follow up on completed projects by adding a future follow up date. This is for rehash and upselling/QA purposes.

Market Sharp is fast when making inquiries in the program.

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

I think the search engine to look for clients could be improved. You can have detailed info, and sometimes it doesn't come up.

**What problems is MarketSharp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Market Sharp to see leads, contract totals, pulling addresses for postcards, and advertisement success. We use Market Sharp constantly to look up a customer's information. We are updating our customer's data with copies of contracts.

**What do you like best about MarketSharp?**

What I love best about marketsharp is the customizations. You can have each person on the calendar a certain color so it’s easier to define. Also the use of reports helps me in my day to day. Also marketsharp has great customer service. You can call them and they can make a report on the spot or if you’re having issues and they can’t figure it out they have a very fast tech team. 

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

The set up for taking leads could be faster. It takes you from screen to screen and is very detailed but some days I wish it was all one screen for efficiency.

The staff at marketsharp is very helpful. When I have issues they usually can solve them without additional support from their tech team.

**What do you like best about MarketSharp?**

In this software allow to adopt a new system easily and with minimum training requirement. it is ability to track all detail with improvement. it also arrange information of client. it is excellent app in marketing. it is easy to update. it is easy to track appointment information. these software ability to allow to arrange contact information.

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

There are report option is little bit tricky. it is hard to get support from customer support. in this app we can not find easily for particular city or country. accounting integration is not interesting. equipment tracking is not good. These software need more training for new user.

Excellent tracking system is present. great app, i recommeded it.

 In this many function are very interesting like e-mail integration and schedule integration. we can not find any client information for particular city or country that's why I am not using this software.

The staff is extremely helpful, it's nice that it checks for duplicates before you can add a new lead.

Some of the steps can be very repetitive

I've been using MarketSharp myself for the last few months. They have a broad range of reports that are helpful and anytime I've called in with a question I've gotten help in a quick, friendly manner. They seem to constantly looking for ways to make it easier to use.

**What do you like best about MarketSharp?**

The best thing about marketsharp is the use of reports.

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

I dislike the process of setting sales appointments. There are too many steps which makes phone calls longer.

**What problems is MarketSharp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When having an issue with marketsharp, it is really easy to call them and get the help you need. If the person on the phone cannot fix the issue, they easily send the issue elsewhere.

I do like that you can store all the info we need, and integrate Marketsharp with other services we use.

I dislike the fact that we have had issues with tampering with our Marketsharp.

You can't search easily for a specific city or county for targeting.

**What do you like best about MarketSharp?**

We started using MarketSharp as a better way of tracking the minutia that we couldn't track with our existing program. We have many users utilizing the program in different capacities, but everyone was able to adopt the new system easily and with minimal training, regardless of their technological know-how. 

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

My company is in a unique position in that we straddle two ends of the industry that are very rarely done under one roof. This program is great for a company that stays at one end or the other, but unfortunately doesn't have the flexibility of coming at jobs from different sides like we do. If your company can utilize the linear nature of every job going through the same process, beginning to end, this could be a good fit. For the rest of us, it's best used in combination with another program.

The simple ability to track all of the little details in real time has been a great improvement. We're also able to reference information and stay on top of situations with ease, which is absolutely vital in an industry that often moves at a breakneck pace.

We really appreciate how easy it is to track lead and appointment information.

**What do you dislike about MarketSharp?**

The reports options could be more versatile as far as narrowing down the time frames. For example, right now you can't run a report that breaks down sales per week, for a whole year, with out running a 1 week report for each week of the year in question.

Really look into all the features and put it to good use, there is so much you can do with this program.

This program allows us to track all of our clients and prospective clients and our interactions with them including but not limited to purchase history.
