Xcelerate Restoration Software Reviews & Product Details

Xcelerate is a purpose-built job management platform designed for restoration contractors specializing in water damage mitigation, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and catastrophe (CAT) response. It combines job management, CRM, field operations, scheduling, documentation, and sales tools into a single platform accessible via web and mobile. Founded in 2017 by restoration industry professionals with over two decades of field experience, Xcelerate was built to address the operational challenges unique to restoration work — fragmented communication between office and field, inconsistent documentation, manual data entry across disconnected tools, and limited visibility into job progress and profitability. Core capabilities include: Job management and dashboards — A centralized view of all active jobs with real-time updates on progress, timelines, technician assignments, and status across single or multi-location operations. Mobile field app — Technicians and project managers can upload photos, log moisture readings, capture job notes, and update job status directly from the field, keeping office and crew in sync. Workflow automation — Customizable, SOP-driven workflows that automate task assignments, trigger reminders, and enforce step-by-step checklists to standardize execution and reduce human error. Built-in CRM — Lead capture, referral source tracking, prospect management, automated follow-ups, sales leaderboards, and route planning to support business development efforts specific to restoration. Scheduling and resource management — Technician scheduling, equipment tracking, and work order management with map-based visibility to reduce windshield time and optimize coverage. Documentation and compliance — Drying logs, equipment usage records, and insurance-grade documentation tools to support claims processes and adjuster requirements. Websites and digital marketing — SEO-optimized websites, Google Business Profile management, city-specific landing pages, reputation management, and an AI-powered chat bot for 24/7 lead capture. Integrations — Connects with QuickBooks, CompanyCam, Encircle, Matterport, Docusketch, RingCentral, Office 365, Gmail, TSheets, Clean Claims, and 5,000+ additional apps via Zapier. Xcelerate serves small and mid-size restoration businesses as well as multi-location operators and franchise groups. It supports centralized dashboards, location-specific reporting, and user permission controls for organizations managing multiple branches. The platform is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, meeting independently audited standards for data security and process integrity. Pricing starts at $400/month on the starter plan up to $800/month the pro plan, with annual contracts required. Xcelerate is headquartered in North America and serves restoration contractors across the U.S. and Canada.
