What do you like best about Liftify?

My favorite part of Liftify is the very robust reporting that allows me to quickly get a pulse on how customers feel about our service. I especially like seeing scores over time, something I rely on to get a true read. Of course, having a single place for all reviews and webchat saves an incredible amount of time. What do you dislike about Liftify?
