
I used to think Sera was good because it was lightweight and easy to use. I liked that it didn't hang up and it was easy to find stuff. I appreciated the dispatch and calendar schedule features, and it was convenient to move between pages. The mobile app was also a positive aspect for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm frustrated with Sera because it hangs up and the tech is slow. They haven't added any new features, and the customer support is unresponsive. I find their data management has issues, the mobile app crashes, and login doesn't always work. The lack of integration support is disappointing too. On top of that, the initial setup was very hard and took 3 months for onboarding. The leadership change seems to have affected its performance negatively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
