**What do you like best about i360?**

It was helpful in making quick calls to the constituents we needed to reach out to. It also easily let us set a disposition for after the phone call ended. It can also be used for knocking on doors and speaking with people while easily being able to set different dispositions for that too.

**What do you dislike about i360?**

It can be a little buggy. Some of the employees' phones would freeze up every time they wanted to bring up a script to leave a message with people. It can also just be slow and freeze while making calls.

**What problems is i360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i360 helps keep track of the people we are reaching out to. It can be thought of almost like a dumbed down CRM for simple campaign management used for outreach.

**What do you like best about i360?**

It is so easy to call back-to-back people with the way i360 automates phone calls. It is also easy to set a disposition when going to visit people's homes for political campaigns.

**What do you dislike about i360?**

Sometimes, the app can be a bit buggy and freezes when you add a script for leaving a voicemail.

**What problems is i360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving automated outreach and being able to easily keep track of who we are talking to and what they say to us.
