"Incredible software"

What do you like best?

The strength of Service Fusion's list of capabilities it separated. We appreciate the way that the designers are always refreshing and adding highlights to the product. It is exceptionally finished, yet easy to understand. We can execute very straightforward undertakings, just as jump I to progressively complex situations. The capacity of this product to scale with our business is indispensable and one reason we chose to run with it.

What do you dislike?

I personally haven't found much to dislike with Service Fusion.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I truly believe their platform is advancing faster than any other platform and they are moving quickly in the right direction to include more features at an incredible pace.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This program is more adaptable than all else we have had the capacity to discover. We are not an organization that fits into any one territory/specialty so no program that we have utilized is a definite fit. This enables us to change diverse perspectives and figure what works best for us.

"A good service management tool."

What do you like best?

The best part of it is that the developers are continuously developing and increasing the features for the use of the public. By this we can complete the tasks without any issues and help to make our business up to expectations.

What do you dislike?

The availability of options to accomplish can sometimes be a good thing and bad as it leads to confusion and failure sometimes.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

A great platform that helps you in customizing your business and make it more useful. The features are very easy to use and it saves your time as well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A very good software to control invoices. It is very good in handling dispatching. Helps in getting the public opinion thus useful in making business more growing and prosper.

"Good helper in business"

What do you like best?

Service Fusion offers great functionality at a low price. Its huge plus is that you pay once for an unlimited number of users and access to the system, so we could save a considerable amount of money.

Customer support is truly flawless: they offer a chat and we can answer their questions. Remarkable job tracking feature. Another important advantage of this software is that it can send text messages to customers to warn about any events.

There is also a built-in personal messaging system that allows technicians and staff to communicate.

What do you dislike?

Technicians used to have problems with placing credit card transactions, but now we have settled this.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication between staff and notifying customers about events.

"A Great Management Software"

What do you like best?

The robustness of Service Fusion's feature set it apart. We enjoy the fact that the developers are constantly updating and adding features to the software. It is very complete, yet user friendly. We can execute extremely simple tasks, as well as dive I to more complex scenarios. The ability of this software to scale with our business is vital and one of the reasons we decided to go with it.

What do you dislike?

While the software is user friendly to an extent the amount of task that can be completed make it overwhelming at times. Also there is more than one way to accomplish tasks which can be good and bad, and can add to the confusion when training new employees on how to use the software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a more specific software to handle dispatching and invoicing. We have been able to eliminate physical paper trails and move towards being completely digital. This will allow us to be more agile and achieve business growth.

"Overall a good fit, could use some work."

What do you like best?

The calendar/scheduling is very easy to use with multiple people. I also like that job statuses are customizable to your own needs. The support is also very good; they use the customers' advice and reviews into account and continue to make changes to the program to better serve the customer.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that the notes on a job are not searchable. We don't use the completion notes because they are not time stamped. We need to know when the notes are made to keep track of how long the job has been taking.

Very easy to customize for your business.

This program is more customizable than anything else we have been able to find. We are not a company that fits into any one area/niche so no program that we have used is an exact fit. This allows us to change different aspects and figure what works best for us.

"Once setup it is great, love the status"

What do you like best?

I love all the different options for status, and that I can create my own. You can also add in a substatus which can be very helpful!

What do you dislike?

It is a bit challenging and overwhelming to get started unless you are starting at the beginning of your business. Importing anything in cannot be completed by the user, you must involve tech support. Unfortunatly, if they make a mistake then you have to clean up the mess.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We used Service Fusion to help us transition from paper to paper free. We LOVE that you can request signatures.

"Service Fusion Review"

What do you like best?

I like how much can be done within Service Fusion. The possibilities are endless, and it is wallet friendly.

What do you dislike?

Although there is a lot of great features, some of them are hard to navigate and take a while to learn the system.

The business problems that we are solving is being able to create tickets and work orders for our techs and clients. The benefits is that it saves us time and hassle.

"Service Fusion"

What do you like best?

The adaptability of the app/web for detailed work orders and work history

What do you dislike?

The timer feature on the app is terrible, it doesn't work the way you need it to. The app hasn't been designed to work offline which is a problem for areas with poor reception.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Service Fusion does sync with QB for your financial. ServiceFusion hasn't mastered that feature yet - financials.
