**What do you like best about Call IQ?**

Call IQ gives me the ability to go back and review my team’s calls without the need to listen to them all over again. It's ease of implementation is a bonus. All meetings are broken down into summaries which is very useful as I can just skim through calls to get a gist of them. I also get details on rep performance - which makes coaching easy. I use it regularly and it is so easy to navigate through the platform and the support is impeccable. Karthik is always there when we need help

**What do you dislike about Call IQ?**

Nothing so far. It would be better if it can suggest questions during the call

**What problems is Call IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, my team and I had to go through each call individually to find out what was working and what wasn’t. Call IQ helps streamline our coaching sessions.

**What do you like best about Call IQ?**

Definitely the transcripts and summaries. I revisit prospect conversations and understand what went on the call within minutes. I don't even have to go through the transcript or listen to the call, it's already summarized. 
 It's a lifesaver over here. I'm a new founder. With so many things needing my time and attention, Call IQ does my job coaching my reps. And the transcript quality is surprisingly good in its price range. Totally recommend

**What do you dislike about Call IQ?**

Not much to say - I think a little dialog correction will help reducing the umms and 'you know's in the calls.

**What problems is Call IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can concentrate on interacting with my prospects on call without needing to make notes - Call IQ does that for me! It acts as a reference point for all calls/meetings - which helps me better prepare for future meetings. It also helps me see instill my voice in my reps when they represent my service. Before this I used to listen to every minute of every call to know what went good or bad. Call IQ's made my life so much easier and given back at least 3 hours back to my day.
