Significant improvements done compared to couple of years back - hoping to see a closely knit enablement aligned to the sales process and methodology without significant admin intervention and focus on becoming headless solution (enablement that feels natural and comes into the flow of work) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mindtickle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onboarding (Shift from excel sheet based checklists to structured practice-driven onboarding)

Training (Shift from less sticky, non-measurable ad-hoc training calls to self-paced, measurable programs on mindtickle)

Coaching (We are starting to build a culture of coaching)

Visibility (Earlier no visibility and insights into on-field activities - with Call AI, our leaders now get insights and also can directly collaborate well with efficient handoffs)

Satisfaction /Rating for training programs has gone up
