"Accurate Meeting Notes Made Easy with Fathom"

What do you like best about Fathom?

Fathom has been very helpful, because it’s made taking notes during our meetings much easier. The notes are accurate as well, and while they sometimes need a few small changes or minor adjustments, those edits are not significant. The value is good compared to the cost. Fathom saves us a significant amount of time when taking and reviewing meeting notes, while also providing more accurate and complete records. Overall, I feel that the time saved and improved quality of meeting notes justify the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fathom?

One downside of Fathom is that the language and wording could be improved, particularly because our client is British and some of our staff are from Nigeria. At times, the accents, expressions, and words they use are not accurately captured, so some parts of the transcript or notes may not quite match what was actually said. It would be helpful if Fathom could better recognise different British and Nigerian accents and expressions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fathom helps us solve the problem of manually taking detailed notes during meetings. It saves time, ensures that important points and action items are captured, and makes it easier to review and refer back to discussions afterwards.
