I like that Balto can read what both I and the other person are saying. The way it follows the conversation helps me a lot, as it's the main thing I use for my script. I think it's awesome how you can click on different things, and it pops up with different things to say. The features really help me uncover deeper meanings behind calls and handle objections, giving me ideas of what to say. It makes it easier to follow a script and keeps me on pace with the call flow.
