Salesloft helps me be organized and saves time with my sales daily. Email management makes it easier to keep track of conversations and follow-ups, and the cadences helped me stay more consistent with follow-ups and keep track of next steps with each prospect. Content utilization helps me easily discover and re-use content that has been successful in the past. Account identification is also good because it helps me identify which accounts to focus on without spending time manually searching through it. The AI assisted me in creating follow-up emails and suggested ways to make messages more relevant, and it usually pointed me toward useful next steps, especially for follow-ups, as long as I review them first. When I have a lot of sales materials in the Content Library, it can get a little cluttered and getting to the right template or piece of content isn't always fast. Alerts can be distracting, particularly when I'm handling a number of accounts, and sometimes I can't tell if an alert is actually a priority or not. Prioritization is helpful, but from time to time I have to double-check the recommendations with my own sales priorities. I also use Playbooks, Audio/Video Recording, and Video Support infrequently since they haven't been a requirement of my day-to-day workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
