What do you like best about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

We love that there are constant enhancements delivered every six months. Salesforce is committed to improving their product and it shows thru their regular scheduled updates. What do you dislike about Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud)?

Obviously the biggest problem is price. Salesforce is definitely not the cheapest option, but it does give us a great ROI as we are able to save in other areas because of Salesforce's tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud):

I highly recommend Salesforce. It is the largest CRM company in the world for a reason. It offers continual updates and enhancements, and can be customized to any company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Sales (formerly Salesforce Sales Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're literally using Salesforce to handle almost all of our issues. It's helping us schedule technicians for service and installation, it's helping us resolve customer cases, it helps us sell to customers, and it handles our billing.
