What do you like best about Otter.ai?

What I like best about Otter.ai is its exceptional accuracy in real-time automated transcription and seamless workflow integration. The tool excels at live speaker identification and generates highly coherent automated summaries directly after meetings. Its smooth integration with video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Google Meet allows our team to focus entirely on discussions without worrying about manual note-taking, making review and follow-up tasks fast and organized. What do you dislike about Otter.ai?

What I dislike most about Otter.ai is that its transcription accuracy drops considerably when handling specialized industry terminology or strong non-native accents, requiring extra post-meeting editing. Furthermore, the free plan has fairly tight monthly limits, and navigating or editing lengthy transcripts in the web interface can feel somewhat clunky when multiple speakers overlap frequently.
