I use Otter.ai for Zoom meetings with the Parent Advisory Committee for my son's school, and it really helps us keep meeting minutes, action items, and record voting results. I like that Otter.ai provides meeting notes and summaries, and the transcripts are searchable. It's also relatively straightforward to set up with Zoom.
