"Seamless Integrations and Powerful Search That Boost Workflow Efficiency"
What do you like best about Claap?

One of the most valuable aspects of Claap is how seamlessly it integrates with existing business tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and other CRM platforms. Instead of manually transferring notes or summaries after every meeting, it automatically syncs recordings, transcripts, and key highlights directly into the relevant tools. This has significantly reduced administrative overhead and improved overall workflow efficiency for our team. Additionally, the search functionality is extremely powerful. Being able to search across all recordings and transcripts using keywords makes it easy to retrieve past discussions or customer insights within seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Claap’s AI transcription performs well overall, but it may occasionally miss words—especially with strong accents, technical terms, or when multiple people speak at the same time. As a result, minor edits are needed after meetings. Processing time can also vary depending on the length of the recording and server traffic. During peak usage, transcriptions and summaries may take a bit longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformative Tool for Remote Collaboration"
What do you like best about Claap?

I like how Claap naturally fits into a remote workflow, making it easy to quickly record my screen, camera, or both without a complicated setup. This makes sharing updates or walkthroughs effortless and removes the pressure of live presentations while keeping communication personal and clear. The time-stamped commenting feature stands out since team members can leave feedback directly on specific moments in the video, which makes collaboration precise and actionable. I also appreciate how Claap automatically generates transcripts and summaries, making videos searchable and easier to skim. The clean interface and organized video library simplify tracking conversations and revisiting past discussions. Claap strikes a balance between simplicity and functionality, reducing meetings while maintaining clarity, context, and accountability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

While Claap works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. For longer videos, navigation can sometimes feel slightly limited—more advanced editing or trimming tools directly within the platform would make it even more efficient, especially when refining walkthroughs after recording. Occasionally, video upload or processing times can be a bit slow, particularly for high-resolution recordings. Faster rendering would improve the overall experience when working under tight deadlines. I also think deeper integrations with certain project management or CRM tools could enhance workflow automation. While it connects well with common platforms, expanding native integrations would reduce the need for manual linking or sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Meeting Recording and Sharing with Claap"
What do you like best about Claap?

What I like best about Claap is how easy it makes recording and sharing meetings. I don’t have to worry about taking notes because I can replay important moments anytime. It also helps the team stay updated even if someone misses a meeting. The overall experience feels simple and smooth to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

What I dislike about Claap is that sometimes the recordings take a little time to process. A few features also feel limited unless you are on the paid plan. I’d also like to see more options to organize recordings better. Other than that, it works well for daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clearer Communication, Fewer Meetings with Claap"
What do you like best about Claap?

I appreciate how Claap lets me record short video updates or meetings and share them without dragging everyone into live calls. I love the feature that allows giving feedback directly on the video — you can comment on the exact moment, saving time and keeping things clear. It's a more human way of communicating than endless emails or meetings. I also find it simple and natural to use; explaining things once on video helps people understand better because they can see and hear you. The time-stamped comments are a big win, keeping feedback clear, focused, and easy to act on, making collaboration calmer and more efficient. The initial setup of Claap is pretty smooth, straightforward, and doesn’t require being a tech expert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

One thing that could be better is discoverability — sometimes it’s not immediately clear where to find older videos unless you’re well-organized from the start. Also, for people who are new to video-first tools, there can be a small learning curve at the beginning. A bit more customization around notifications and better onboarding for first-time users would make the experience smoother overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Claap Review"
What do you like best about Claap?

CLAAP helps teams stay organized by automatically summarizing meetings and highlighting key takeaways. It makes it easy to review discussions, track action items, and stay aligned without needing to watch full recordings. There is a short learning curve at the beginning, but once familiar, it greatly improves productivity and makes follow-ups more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

One downside of CLAAP is the initial learning curve, especially for first-time users of AI meeting tools. Some summaries may also need light editing to better match context or tone. Additionally, navigating certain features can feel slightly overwhelming at first until you get used to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Team Communication and Time-Saving Features"
What do you like best about Claap?

Claap makes it easy for teams to communicate without always needing meetings. You can fastest record short videos, leave comments at exact moments, and get automatic summaries, which saves a lot of time. Everything is simple to use and easy to understand. It helps teams stay updated even if they’re in different time zones and fits smoothly into their normal day to day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Some advanced features and integrations are only available on their plans. Also, once in a while, videos can take a linger to upload or process, and AI summaries might miss a few small details, so its a good idea to fastest review them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Time-Saving, and Seamless—Claap Rocks !"
What do you like best about Claap?

From my experience, Claap has proven to be an outstanding tool for recording meetings. I have been using it for the past two and a half years, and one of the aspects I find most valuable is how it supports both note-taking and meeting recordings. I really appreciate that it helps me recall important details by summarizing conclusions and generating bullet points. The integration with Google Calendar is especially convenient, as it automatically displays recordings and saves me a significant amount of time. For me, Claap is extremely helpful because it preserves what matters most: my time. Setting it up was simple, and although we previously used Calendly for some tasks, Claap now manages everything we require. Also, I am very pleased and satisfied with the support I have received. Also, I feel the The AI summaries are actually quite accurate and help me keep track of key action items and next steps. which has helped our organisation to decrease the dependencies by 35 % as well as decreasing the complexities of projects, we used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

I dont see any cons using Claap they are doing really well in terms of services, work , as well as support hence no issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Big time-saver for remote teams with accurate AI"
What do you like best about Claap?

I've been using Claap pretty much every week for the past several months mostly for recording team meetings, quick screen shares for async updates, and those AI summaries that pull out the key stuff.

Honestly, the best part for me is how fast it turns a rambling 45-minute call into something actually useful. The AI does a solid job spotting action items, decisions, and main takeaways most of the time, and it's saved me (and the team) hours of going back through recordings or trying to remember who said what.

I also really appreciate the async side of it. I can just drop a link in Slack, and people jump right to the parts they care about, add comments on the timeline, or even reply with their own quick video. It's way less disruptive than pulling everyone into yet another live meeting. Plus, for things like demoing a new feature or giving feedback on a design, I just record my screen and face no need to book time on calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

It's not perfect, though. Transcription can get messy if someone's got a strong accent or if a few people talk over each other like in our brainstorming sessions, it sometimes misses words or mixes up speakers.

The AI summaries are usually spot-on, but every now and then they'll lump unrelated points together or skip over some subtle context that mattered in the discussion.

The interface is straightforward overall, but digging up older claaps or switching between different team channels/workspaces can feel a little clunky with extra clicks. Exporting isn't super flexible either I'd love easier one-click options to push summaries straight into Notion or Google Docs.

And on mobile, it's okay for quick playback, but commenting or navigating feels laggy compared to the desktop app. Definitely room for improvement there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Effective Communication with Video Context"
What do you like best about Claap?

I like that Claap respects attention, allowing me to communicate with context and nuance without forcing everyone into a meeting. It helps me explain things once properly, and people can engage when they're focused. I appreciate how Claap turns recorded quick videos into summaries, action items, and a shared record that can be revisited, especially for async work. Claap resolves the communication decay problem by providing a stable form for conversations: a video, a clear summary, and concrete action items, which reduces friction and rework. I enjoy using video as the foundation for sharing ideas, as it keeps the tone, emphasis, and reasoning intact, avoiding the flatness of text. Time-based commenting helps keep discussions grounded in the context of the original video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Claap?

Claap gets the fundamentals right, but a few things could be better. The AI summaries are helpful, not flawless. In more complex or fast-paced conversations, some nuance still gets flattened, so I don’t treat them as truth — more like a strong first draft that occasionally needs a human pass. Navigation can also feel a bit heavy once you have a lot of videos. When a workspace grows, finding the right Claap quickly could be smoother, especially across older content.
