I've been using Claap pretty much every week for the past several months mostly for recording team meetings, quick screen shares for async updates, and those AI summaries that pull out the key stuff.

Honestly, the best part for me is how fast it turns a rambling 45-minute call into something actually useful. The AI does a solid job spotting action items, decisions, and main takeaways most of the time, and it's saved me (and the team) hours of going back through recordings or trying to remember who said what.

I also really appreciate the async side of it. I can just drop a link in Slack, and people jump right to the parts they care about, add comments on the timeline, or even reply with their own quick video. It's way less disruptive than pulling everyone into yet another live meeting. I had a hard time when i connecting my Google calendar because it kept asking me to upgrade to pro subscription. The Connect Calendar box also stayed on my screen even after i saved my settings.
