I love that it makes it easy to transcript and summarize those quick and sometimes, boring calls. It gives a very reliable record of conversations, and the deal intelligence significantly improves deal visibility. The AI also helps me present a summary of my calls to my employees and designers so I don't need to spend their time watching recorded calls.

Great for observing customer calls, but analysis output can be hit or miss
I am not the primary user. My team members go on customer calls, and I am an observer of those calls to understand what issues customers are facing. Call transcription and speaker detection is amazing and makes my job easier. Machine learning and analysis makes that exercise far easier.
